Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

GTH SEED #1 in training, just super cropped on one side to even conopy. The first site im recording will be a clone,it is on back side of plant and will not produce. #2,#3,#4 pics,#2 is stripped of leaves at about 12 inches. 06/16/18 #4 is showing pre-flowers,#2,#3, no sign yet. #1 check in the morning. 06/19/2018 Still no pre -flowers on #1,#2,#3, #4 however is female so I Fimmed her to encourage side shoots to grow biggest of wider canopy. #1 reacting well to supercropping 20 tops as of today. Praying she is female🙏🙏. She is a stretchy girl in flower 2 to 3 x her vegged height so trying to be low profile as possible.👍

This is the start of my second grow and also second Northern Light Auto from RQS, the goal is to hit #1 in g/plant for that Strain. I didn't take as many notes as in the last grow but there are timelapses, some photos and metrics from probes. Started with 3 Seeds and then picked the 2 strongest. The System is a NFT System but due to the size of the tube and root growths the solution with submerge the roots ~70% later on. To combat that I use 3 small 1.5w air pumps, these are super silent, if one dies I got 2 more running and to be honest air pumps used in DWC systems are often oversized and rely on Broscience. In my Salad/Herb NFT Systems I don't use any air pumps and the plants are just fine and grow great. This time I added sprinklers to humidify the air inside the tube, slightly moisturize the Rockwool and speed up root growths. Spoiler: Was a great success :) The ratios for the fertilizers are not accurate in the following weeks, I have a 120l Reservoir that is filled 90-110l I top it up once or twice a week to sustain PH and EC, if you want to copy it just go by the EC and use the B (Calcinit) and A (Kristalon Blue/Orange) 50/50. I mix the solution myself with dry salts that I bought in bulk 25kg bags. 4l Water(distilled/RO preferably, tap water is OK) + 1kg salts mixes just fine, keep the solution dark and cool and it will stay stable for months. Dry salts don't expire if kept cool and dry so only mix what you need and keep the rest stored as dry salts. 40ml A + 40ml B is about 2EC and 6PH with my tap water, very similar to Canna, Plagron etc. isn't it? just with the twist that I pay ~20% of the known brands. P2O5, K2O, MgO etc. are always the same as long as they are produced by a good manufacturer, Yara is a world leader in fertilizer production just not to be found in you general hydroponics or hardware store. Any other known manufacturer is fine as well, pick the cheapest. Check Hoocho on Youtube to see a guide on how to mix your own solutions, it ain't that difficult trust me. From week 5 onwards I also use Oxygen granulate (KMPS, CAS-70693-62-8, 2KHSO₅ * KHSO₄ * K₂SO₄) if you want to use this check pool supply stores and buy the cheapest. Keep this one dry, cool and dark. I used a old pill bottle to keep some ready to go because it came in a 1kg container and I only need 2-4g per serving + the bottle has a silica pack in the cap. From week 6 onwards I used Haifa Grow Clean for Details check week 6, I use this one as dry salts and add it directly to the tank, it does not interact in a bad way with the solution. For meassurements I use a generic 8in1 Meter "PH-W218" branded by many companies, as usual, check stores and buy the cheapest. (Check week 1 for an image of it) I got mine from Aliexpress for ~70€ it uses the Tuya app so you can always check your metrics and export them aswell. The PH and EC probe are accurate and are giving me stable results for almost 1 year now, I re calibrate the PH probe once in a while and it is tops 0.15 off after a month, always double check your results with PH drops/paper. Bluelab is... A LOT more expensive for less value. For the timelapses I use 2 Tappo C210 2k Cameras, these have the ability to make the stream available trough RTSP so that you can access it trough a link in a browser and that way I snap a Screenshot with a raspberry pi :) after that I just render it with blender to a timelapse. plants are flowering well, foliar feeding will continue for another 2 weeks, 2 600w lamps are now set at 450w. defoliation will be applied this week.

As you can see the plants started preflowering mid last week, so now i changed the nutrien solution with preflowering ml/L. Some roots start to appear outside the pot at the base. As you can see the biggest one is higher than the led (shit, i can't make it upper ;( ). I have to think what to do Plants look happy and healthy and have doubled it size last week, from 35 cm to 68 cm Day 46 update - I opened a groww qestion about some marks on leaves. I thought it was nutrient deficency but it seems to be nutrient excess. I have used flash clean from terra aquatica/ghe to remove salt excess at coco. I also observed that it was too dry on some plants so i will add 1 more water period along the day. I will wait 24-30 hours without watering and will change the reservoir to flowering doses. End of week 6, start of week 7 now, going to be flipping today, all the plants are very healthy, deep green with no signs of any issues, the net is mostly filled out and should hopefully get near full coverage by continued tucking through nthe stretch period. The food has been switched to base nutrients better suited for flower, will be using big bud and overdrive from the advanced line. Wish me look on the next phase 😀

I guess when I topped the girls I left a little i piece of the cola on some of them so a few of the plants have extra colas growing from the main stem that was topped which is a good thing cause enjoy who doesn't like more colas! They start out looking like mutants but after a while they start looking more normal.

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

This week i gave no nutrients (except flawless finish) and watered twice as much as i did during the grow. Will be cutting on the 30th of December. Got the PPM down to 220 on the 27th before so i was 450-500. I hope the plants won’t taste bad.

Début de 3 ème semaine. 1 d'EC dans la terre. Je commencerais à amener 1 ml de grow biobizz en milieu de 3 ème semaine pour monter à 1,3 d EC. Les plantes restent assez courtes "ramassées" car les lampes ne sont pas très hautes à 52 cm des apexs. Finissez bien l année "aussi mauvaise fut elle" essayons de la finir avec plein d espoir pour l année 2021 ! 💚💛❤️ Blessing mama Earth 🙏

Hi everyone I chop her down day 86 and let her dry in 19° temp and RH 65 % I'm going to slow drying for best results 7 to 8 days She is very dense and sticky bud and so heavy too I think she yield over 150g plus but the bud are not 100% purple its mix with light purple and green ass you can see in pic or video but still I'm very very happy and already germinate another purple lemonade 💜 next week I will update smoke reviews and final dry weight 😀

Gave the ladies their first dose of nutrients. I made sure they were very diluted. they loved it. When I came to check on them, they were all praying. Yay.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

I think the plant goes very well... it’s my first time... It is arrived the exact week to use PK13/14, what do you think?

18 september 2022 flowering: week 8 -now 2 weeks of water only -the 10 heavy top heads need assistance -I used wires to keep them up -Harvested the smaller-lower-more mature branches -- 154g wet -felt like it would speed up maturation of main heads -also fun having less mature weed
