31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Week 1, She is responding well to the flower nutrients at 900 ppm but, she wants a little more. The ppm dropped to 820, so i decided to slightly increase ppm to 990. . Day 9 . toped up the reservoir with 5 lts of ph balance water , after the hack i gave her to defoliate she almost immediately stoped taking in nutrients and ppm shot up to 2060 but drank 5 lts of water in two days. all adjusted now , lets see tomorrow.

Good week overall, The plants are levelling out and getting extra green with the transplant, no more die back :D Still no word from Gaia Green so I think they just don't care after getting bought out. similar to GHE and scotts miracle grow big brands are taking up smaller independent companies to get every aspect of the market then cheapening the product slowly over time. I have topped them again and waiting for the new shoots to grow in, I have also removed the lower branches and put them into vials to clone out. Will see how they do and if I want to grow them outdoor this year or give em away. I will be looking for a new home for the 4th plant that survived in the smaller container. But it won't be ready for another few months till the weather improves for outdoors or anytime right now if I know a buddy wants a plant in my area. I also topped my peppers in hopes it will bush them out a lot and get a solid plant. Holy basil is also fine, I feel I am going to need to give it some more food in a bit they will be approaching nutrient depletion soon. The extras I put in the water this week are the same as any other, fulvic acid, potassium silicate, yucca extract, a bacteria pro bio soil product "NOT LABS" and PH adjusters. Trying out critic, ascorbic and malic acids powders as a alternate to phosphoric acid liquid. If it works its an option for PH down and one I can buy in bulk almost anywhere. 85% phosphoric is hard to source unless you got a grow shop close by. I was also reading that critic has a strong affinity for dissolving calcium and might work better on it vs phosphoric and dies out faster. but this needs more looking into before anything concrete is devised. O I also made some Brownie Cookies, they turned out well. Chewy on the inside and crunch on the outside. I infused them with 15.5G of flower and a quick butter bath only simmering for 30min, 7g CBG ZeroDue from SeedStockers + 7g Dnamed Kush CBD Auto from Dinafem + 1.5g Strawberry Cola Auto from Exotic Seeds. Strained out all the weed and used the butter in the cookies. I would make them again, all cookies got flaked salt as a garnish, They are very light and I can eat a few of them and still be ok, This is what I want, great with reducing inflammation and relaxing the body. If I want a more THC high I'll eat more of them or take a separate THC edible. Week five!!!! Ok guys, So I waited way too long to flip LMFAO. I hope I have made it through most of the stretch and as you can see I may be able to get the lights 8 more inches up to the ceiling in an emergency but let's hope it doesn't get to that point. I have reduced the Base nutrients and added 2 additives. A big problem I noticed today 13 Jan was that the water pump was moving hella slow. I had to wait a long time to add each nutrient so that I didn't just burn the first plant in the system. I have 2 pumps in the mail though so we are good. Humidity will spikes maybe 3x but I always bring it back to 50% RH. For the next round, I'm going to have to be really aggressive with my training techniques. these things just get huge so fast and I wasn't ready for a 10-week flower cycle. oh due to the pump issue don't trust the TDS amount this week. I'm sure you could ballpark it and I know my system will never go over 1k TDS with everything I'm running currently.

🌿 Schönen Sonntag & einen entspannten 1. Advent aus der richtigen Zeitzone =) 🌱 Wochenupdate Diese Woche wurde echt viel gefummelt 😄 Im Fokus standen Canopy-Aufbau und selektives Entlauben =) Bin da wirklich pingelig und könnte das den ganzen Tag machen… echt schlimm 😅 Was ich jetzt schon sagen kann: Blueberry Cupcake hat mit Abstand den krassesten Stretch hingelegt. Purpz hat ihren Platz auch relativ gefüllt, performt echt gut und ist fast gleichauf mit BBCC. Notorious zieht auch, soll aber wohl etwas später definierter drücken. Mir gefällt ihr Wachstum richtig gut. Guzzlerz macht sich auch echt gut für ihren schlechten Start. Ihre Sides gehen mittlerweile richtig steil. Ein paar mehr Triebe wären nice gewesen, aber da lag sicher auch einiges an mir.. :D Abseits meiner Dummheiten lief alles absolut smooth. Eine tolle Veg und richtig gute Stretch-Phase bis jetzt =D🔥 🌿 Pflanzenstatus & Training Ich halte die Canopy aktuell noch flach – für zwei, drei Tage =) Anschließend steht das Verteilen auf die Meshes an. Danach dürfen sie endlich nach oben =D Die Richtungen sind grob gelegt, erste Ansätze sieht man auch schon =D Ich kann’s echt nicht erwarten… Budporn ist einfach magisch 😄🔥 Über die Tage sind immer wieder größere oder verdrehte Blätter rausgeflogen – hauptsächlich, um Luft und Licht auf möglichst viele Triebe zu bekommen 😊 Man kann wirklich ohne Bedenken ~30 % Biomasse rausnehmen, wenn die Vitalität das zulässt, ohne sichtbaren Stop im Wachstum 🌱 🌬️ Luft & Ventilation Hab jetzt noch zwei Clip-Ventis dazugezogen. Die Angst vor Schimmel kickt langsam wieder =D Es laufen jetzt zwei unter und zwei über der Canopy – jeweils gegenüberliegend und zirkulierend. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich den Boundary-Layer-Disruption-Effekt kenne bzw. davon weiß, und ihn durchaus stimmig finde 😊 Aber bis jetzt war die Angst vor Schimmel in irgendeiner Ecke doch größer 😂 Ich hab nicht den Eindruck, dass es negativ ist, zirkulierende Luft auf die Pflanzen zu richten, solange man nicht voll draufpustet 💨 ⚙️ System Läuft nach wie vor stabil =) Die Top-Ups halten die Nährlösung sauber auf Kurs. Gestern hat sich klar abgezeichnet, dass wir mitten im Stretch-Peak sind 😄 Sie ziehen massiv Kationen und verursachen dadurch einen deutlich messbaren pH-Drop. The plant started off good. Unfortunately the environment wasn't the best to begin with but overall I think with the deficiencies still present. It turned out okay. This was grown with just the standard grow micro bloom. Due to covid, I was unable to order additional macro nutrients. Yeilds suffered as a result but overall happy for my first grow.

Day: 9 I'm considering replacing a cpl of these with different seeds. They are already behind schedule-1 OG Kush and the Gorilla Girl. Any tips varigation on leaves? I just gave them there first feeding of Big Buds and Blooms (N5) after the 24 hour Superthrive wait period. Both Superthrive and NPPK were used at 1/4th the strength called for on the lable. Nighty Night girls. Going to bed wet is not ideal but they needed a full watering bad..hoping I didn't over water (purified water) Some of the soil just does not seem to get wet in these pots. weak leggy blackberry kush has some wind tonite. Hoping to boost stem strength. they are trying to fall over from the weight. Day 10: made little stakes from coated wire. Repositioned the Gorilla Girl for a third time. You can see that part of the stem looks white from being underground. Still gonna give it a little more time. Otherwise, all are seemingly fine after first feeding. Day 11: applied SuperThrive and my Gorilla Girl turned yellow for a few hours. Glad she is resilient!!! Day 12 thru 20. So my PH meter was wrong and I have been watering with 9+ water for the first 2 weeks. i had 2 ph meters in case this happened but one is for soil...new grower mistake. So...I've lost precious time on my aotos and my gorilla girl is ...lord help meh..she don't look too good. All are alive in spite of my noobness. I'll post some pics that should have a disclaimer stating this is not what your plants should look like at 20 days in. Also had to transplant into non-waxlined pots. This is not the best experience to show publicly but new growers can maybe learn from my mistakes.

Chinazes) The nuts have all sprouted, Easy to grow, 70 days have passed from the beginning of the first week to harvest, Incredible, sweet, delicious smell, once you smell this aroma, you can enjoy this smell for hours)) I recommend it to everyone!!)) I will put this variety in the top.

Right so basically, a week ago today marked a month for these ladies and because I had a broken phone it was very hard to keep up to date with the journal but hopefully now I can keep on top of this grow for you guys. It's been 35 days since germination for the Rhino Ryder and Afghan Kush. I'm using soil from the back garden and now that there is a bit of foliage, with the watering etc. The humidity has risen to a level I'm not happy with to which I'm going to invest in a portable dehumidifier to bring down the moisture in the air. I had to defoliate as it was getting really bushy and the fan was struggling to get air through the fan leaves. I cannot believe the RR, started off as the most finicky plant from germination and now it's the tallest f***er of the 4. She has shot up! I looked at the yellow tips on the leaves and apparently it's a lack of Iron. I read that Iron deficiency can be left to work itself out typically if it's not severe. Usually after a few days after the leaves are left to expand the yellow disappears and they turn a nice fresh green colour. The smell in here is fantastic!
