It's time to harvest them but this I wasn't there for last 2 weeks had humidity issues causing bud rot

This grow I am going to do it differently. I am going to do day tracking instead of date tracking. I am using using pre-grown ( two grows ago) Coco mix with nature suppers soil to experiment with reusing grow medium. The pots are 5 gallon air pots. I have never used these before so we will see. The 1st take on them that they are very messy compared to fabric pots. Once established, I will be using half strength Advanced Nutrients for Coco since these are autos. Day 1 - 3 Seeds soaked overnight and were put directly into the 5 gallon pots. I pre-soaked the Coco with 5ml/gallon Clonex and covered the seeds with a mason jar. Day 2 - Temp stayed around 78 all day with me going in and out of the tent looking for a sprout. Nothing yet. 😀 Kept the Coco moist under the jar. Day 3 - One seed has popped. I sure hope the others do, if not in the next 48 hours, I will plant more. Day 4 - Two seeds popped and one was up with the husk on and I accidentally pulled it out (dumb ass). I put in another seed. Day 5 - One of the 2 seeds that popped died. Not sure why but it looked like it would not shake off the seed casing. It was not reaching towards the light then found it laying on it's side. I planted another seed. Day 6 - The one that has popped seams to be doing well. Only time will tell. Day 7 - The replacement seed has popped. I hope all goes well.

Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams! These 5 ladies got chopped down this week, the three pheno 1 strains have nice dense buds, very sticky! One pheno 2 is very fluffy, airy buds and the other pheno 2, is someplace in between, not rock hard, but close to it. Last time I'll be growing this strain, she was easy to grow, but not a smoke I enjoy, the indica hits harder as the buds cure and I'm not that interested in couch lock. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight.

This week buds are super dense and getting frosty by the day. Starting to wish I made the best use of space as some of the lower canopy not recieving as much light. A little difficult to reach all plants. Arimq is very strong and citusy , pungent & fruity.

They are all showing preflower and chugging along nicely.

03/18/2021 Flowering is starting!

Weekly update: August 6th Looking great, major spurt of growth on both girls, #1 (sativa leaning girl) had major final stretch to end off stretch in 3 days (hopefully). And #2 (stockier indica leaning pheno) has had a big increase in flower size in 3 days which is promising, and is also producing a very sweet and tropical fruity gas smell, this is TCP after all! Oh yea and I’m running about 1700 center 500 outer ppfd and tapering down if I see anything but nothing so far all good nice genetics, may drop in the next week even if no signs or symptoms, to prevent and not be too greedy. Now for the not so good… been getting 10% runoff almost every feed, but my runoff of #1 was 3500ppm and pH 4.5 and #2 at 5000ppm and pH 4.5. Been giving around 850 ppm input at pH 6.0, never went over 1000ppm input. So I have to correct with 25% increase in feed volume, 300-400ppm input at pH 7.0 for what I infer to be 2-3 feeds until runoff ppm is significantly lower, and pH is at least 5.5. UPDATE Aug 8: To address the toxic/locked-out root-zone I did a regular feed with runoff (1.5 gal total volume per pot @ 820ppm bloom focus), runoff consisted of pH 4.2-4.5 and 4000-6000ppm... OUCH. I then fertigated with 0.5 gal plain pH 6.5-7 dechlorinated tap water each. I repeated this a total of 3 times, to which the last flush had 3 ml/gal cal-mag. final runoff ppm @ 1000-2000, pH 5.3-5.5. To conclude, I more than likely wasn't achieving enough runoff per scheduled feed, and did not cycle a few plain pH adjusted waterings. I had almost the same thing happen last run with autos, except they were showing signs of lockout, these photo girls are not. I must do a regular watering every 3 feeds, achieve 20% runoff with high ppm feeds, and 15% runoff at least with mild to moderate ppm's. Lesson learned, I hope I get a full run in the future without hiccups like this. Days 64 - 70 I just returned from my vacation, and I'm happy to report that the automated watering system worked flawlessly. Although I'm using water-soluble fertilizers, it seems the CalMag from BioBizz settled in the solution, preventing the plants from absorbing it properly, as we can see in the pictures. Aside from that, everything is going smoothly, and the girls are getting closer to their harvest day!

22/08/22 - W04 - D22-28 : the girls are responding good to the training. So far so good. Made tranfer to another reservoir. In the last day D28 I see first sign of SOG

omg, another week has passed...... :) Day 100 - and then there was 11 Buds ....... lol Switched over to normal water on both ... smaller has been on water 1+ weeks ..... Endoscope arrives this week i hope..... harvested afew buds to fit it all in the tent and setup lights properly... trimmed em, wired em abit to support the weight of the buds.... I'll see how the endoscope results show, as to harvest...... i think growth slowed abit over last week or 2, because of poor light setup, not enough room in tent, and other grow 6400k led.... got a new tent on the way... 😎 Day 101 - Pics - edoscope, usb arrived... it's very good, but hard to stabalize / focus, i'll have to work out how to use it better...... the pics i posted were of a younger bud from the bottom..... i'm happy with the cloudy with amber, and harvesting.... 😎 Day 103 - vid of all trimmed and drying out upside down in tent. What’s good, fam? Zuppler comin’ through with that week 2 veg update, straight from the capital. The ladies startin’ to really take off now – roots stretchin’ out like they ownin’ the whole crib. We keepin’ it real clean with that RO water, pure as the ocean, ya feel me? Advanced Nutrients been feedin’ these queens like they on some luxury diet, and it’s showin’. Leaves lookin’ lush, no deficiencies in sight, and them stalks startin’ to thicken up like they preppin’ for the fight ahead. Ain’t no stalling in this grow, everything on the up. I’m keepin' the environment steady – temps and humidity locked in tight, like I’m runnin’ a ship with no leaks. We just cruisin’ through, lettin’ the ladies do their thing, no stress. This week’s all about that foundation – roots go deep, stalks get strong. We buildin’ queens, homie, and they 'bout to be ready for that next stage soon. Let’s keep it movin’. Peace, Zuppler out.

The plants are doing well. Got the tent up. They've nearly doubled in size even though you can't really tell from the pics. They're bushy so a defoliation will be coming soon. I've topped them twice, all but GDP3 aka Elle. She seemed weaker than the other plants and kept growing out misshapen leaves, so I only topped that one once. Overall tho they're doing well. I think I'm getting to the point where the nutes in the FoxFarm soil have been depleted and it's time to start giving them nutes in their watering. We'll see. I'm happy. 😍
