So, she’s doing great despite cool weather. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract. June 17: second round of topping to make 8 colas done this morning. Will do another round in a week or two to get the final 16 cola layout I want. June 20: released tie downs this morning. Looks really good on the last day of spring. Solstice and the photoperiods are right on schedule, unlike my two autos. Made second compost tea as shown in video. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), good compost, and I use coco coir for something for the bacteria to physically live on (substrate or matrix). #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. They are all doing well. There was some slight yellowing of leaves before their light feed which has since faded off. Im preparing a rice and oat ferment that I'll give them next week.after transplant

Hi Growmies, This girls are just amazing, they are growing beautifully and from this week asking for more food, there leaf structure is typical hybrid, they are beautiful in all ways.🌞🌱 Last week’s under watering shows some phosphorus deficiency in one lady so we will take more care of her from now. Watering in every third day with 3 litres each. Running the light on 100% brightness. Just rearranged them under the scrog net and while doing all this i got full sticky all over me from fingers to arm so can’t complain about resin production haha.👨‍🌾🏻 There sweet and herbal smell with pungent funkiness is lovely and it will just increase for sure in the next week and I can’t wait. 10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

Brauchen sehr lange mit dem Übergang in die Blüte. Mehr als Härchen noch nicht zu sehen. Dennoch viel Potential in Sicht.🐝

the buds are swelling nicely now starting to reduce the amount of feed i give it and increase the {Rain water} ,we use water from the sky all times we find its the best source of water for plants. This project is to show you can have an idea in mind and for fill it T shape {top shelf} This is all down to the spacers and remember this was a cutting straight into flower as are most of my grows,if anyone is into this and would like to learn then drop me a text. we can send you some free spacers.

Great easy cultivar to grow, even with the pythium issues in the higher temp DWC. The harvest was very resinous, the terpenes are amazing. The final weight should be pretty good, plants are finishing dry, I'll post dry weight when known. Thanks for hanging out and watching this girl grow :)😎

Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

This is the start for week 9 and got to doing some last training and ended up splitting the middle stem, that end up with her got into shock unfortunately, she don't seem to understand happy but we will see

From the very beginning she was strong and sturdy kept up great with growth and when it came to flower she just blossomed I think I might have cut her a little early but still the smell and bag appeal is top notch ! I give it 4 stars because I think the bag appeal could have been better but other then that this is a great strain!

These Durban girls(hopefully) are showing off…So green and full of life…I hope to at least get 1 male to continue this strain. Time will tell.
