Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Unfortunately what we never want to happen has happened with my baby.. bud rot.. on day 98 of cycle I found 1 bud with bud rot, cut it off, checked the plant and could not find more.. flushed the plant and wait next day to see how it goes. After 2 days main bud was identified with bud rot too.. so sad.. probably due high humidity in my environment + colder weather we are starting to have.. so on day 101 harvest it.. could go few more days to get more amber trichomes but decided to harvest it to avoid lose more buds .. I will keep watching it to see if no spread when drying :(

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The plants grew to almost 1 m. and I had to attach the lights to the box itself because the height of the box of 178 cm is not enough to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plant itself. 😟 Unfortunately, their roommate, the Green Gelato Automatic is now too far away from the light, although I raised it, it is still some 50cm away. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. They began to be more thirsty than before, which is not surprising given the height of the plants. They are very elongated, especially when compared to the Green Gelato which remained small and dense. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plants look satisfied, there are no signs that they are missing anything. I hope it doesn’t grow too high anymore because I will have a problem like with Mother Gorilla in an earlier grow. The leaves are not too dense so the light reaches the lower branches to some extent, but I am planning a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. I changed the light regime to twenty hours of light and four hours of sleep. It was also watering day. They got the full range of BioBizz for the first week of flowering. I prepare 9 liters of water each time in which I put BioBizz, p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick and as of this week I’ve started adding Cal Mag preventively. With that amount of water, I water all three plants evenly. 12/07/2020 - Day 24. Watering. The procedure is the same as the previous times. This time I also filmed the way I do it. 15/07/2020 - Day 27. Watering. Same 9 liters as before, with full BioBizz and preventive Cal-Mag. 16/07/2020 - Day 28. Photography and filming. Bueno, le salió la radícula en las primeras 24h, pero quise esperar a que se desarrollara más antes de transpartarla al sustrato, tras pasar más de 48h me quedé sorprendido que siguiera (aparentemente) igual, la pase a la tierra(💦mojada en el centro con 100ml del agua que utilicé para germinarla), se me hizo eterno esperar a que sacara la cabeza, tremenda alegría al 4 día ❤️🙌🌱, al ver el sustrato relativamente seco volví a mojar💦(esta vez con la mitad, 50ml aprox.). Decidí comer hummus (como ella jijiji) y ponerle el plástico de invernadero con la idea de manter la humedad alta💦💦💦

Medusa 2/5 is starting to get fatter. I decided to Lollipop and remove the lower growth. Im curious to compare the colas and see if lollipopping really increases bud size. This plant really grows beautifully, two main colas in top from the topping, and all the other colas around the two main colas. I started giving green sensation PK booster this week I reckon another 4 weeks before harvest.

I had to top Cantaloupe haze and White widow as they were too close to the lights and I didn't want to loose any ppfd on my lowers. My GSC seems perfect for not topping. next time I would top those strains at least once. I have been flushing the CH and getting run off around 1200ppm which seems like the max she can take the others like it stronger so I have been flushing them every 2-3 days. CH is tough to keep happy but will continue to monitor. All plants are in week 4 of flower 12/12 from seed.

Things are looking good, started with some lst with my hands at first now I've secured them with ties. The gelato looks like it finally want to start its growth due to whatever stress it was going through. Happy with how things are picking up

Day 51 - The switch to RO water has made the world of difference in DWC. Definitely don't over look water quality if you grow in any type of hydroponic set up. But the girls seem to be taking off, they smell so gassy and sweet, real strong aromas. Hard dense nugs which i know will continue to fatten up (the RO water change has allowed me to run a lower EC of around 0.8 and the pH has been super stable at around 5.7 i like a rise and dont mind it going up a little bit its been fine since using RO) The buds have got loads of colours coming through and I'm excited to see how the end result turns out. I think this will go 9 weeks (63 Days if im not mistaken) if needed ill let her go longer but we shall see. Day 55 - Girls are getting on well, slowly tapering the nutrients down letting the girls drink and eat. EC is at about 0.8. Won't go higher than that until harvest now, most likely. Leafs are turning a purple/black colour from the colder night temps. Buds are gettibg harder and thicker by the day. Will be feeding right up until a few days before harvest. Then a flush for 3-5 days with just RO water. Still about 7-10 days left.. maybe even 14 depending on what the trichomes are telling me. Stay tuned for the next one. Flavours
