Welcome to the start of week four. We join her royal majesty as she begins what I suspect will be a big week. She has continued to impress every day and I am increasingly excited to see what she can do. I'm beginning to dream of my next grow [G3] a tent full of princesses. I still do not know what effect the attempted FIM has had but I suspect by the end of the week it will be obvious. Day 23: Secondary shoots have overtaken primary. I'm curious as to how the FIM pans out. Day 24: LST on lower nodes. Day 25: Citronella continues to show mortals of lesser breeding what royalty can do. Day 25.5: Scalpel! Wire! LST! HST! Defoliate! Defoliate! Defoliate! Her majesty has been adjusted (per royal decree). Day 26: Her majesty is thirsty... I'm having to feed her twice a day. I need to move her into a bigger pot. Day 27: Accidentally snapped off a side node attempting HST. Have dipped in rooting hormone and potted. Perhaps this will be the first Princess. Day 28: Photo before lights on hence wilting. Weekly summary: Because I took off four really big leaves Citronella's progress doesn't seem as impressive this week. However let me assure you it has been transformative. Her stem is thick, her colour is perfect, she responds willfully to my attentions (training). She is a mother plant so everything I do is geared towards producing more and stronger side stems.

Well this little tester has out grown her sisters by quite alot in its development , she is much larger and bigger leaves than the others and looks like she is really reaching for the stars and has had nothing more than fresh water until this week

Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

Week 6 begins with a 3 liter feeding and removal of a few dead leaves. Buds are developing nicely and frost is present, woo hoo!! Thanks for stopping by.

Flush all this week and harvest for the end of this week. looking good I think but a few have learnt a few things while on this grow. excited for the next grow for sure but might need to hold off a bit to smoke and make use of all this good stuff :D Will update once all has dried and smoked up follow along for an update. Already sampled this week but wanna see how it goes dry.

Well she looks like she's finally done stretching she's starting to crown and I can't wait to see what she turns into.. I hope this is going to be a tasty one.. I will say for a half gallon of dirt this is turning into a pretty big plant.. initially I was hoping for an ounce or two just to try it but now I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with three or more... When you use maxi Bloom with Cal mag and silica you don't need a 5 gallon pot or 7 gallon pot to grow a big plant you just need to be able to feed it every day because the pot dries out quick.. that combination of nutrients is literally like steroids for your plants.. as long as you know how to flush properly this is definitely the way to go and it's also 100% the cheapest.. a 3 lb bag of Maxi Bloom is less than 20 bucks and you could do a whole run from beginning to end with just that bag alone.. you can actually do multiple runs with just that bag.. hope all is well Happy growing everyone ✌️

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. Flowering has really taken off. Kolas are thickening up and smelling amazing... The plants are still a little short. I think I may have stunted them in veg, possibly by giving them some bloom nutrients too early. Was a recommendation from "Mr. Canuck's Grow" (not sure that it was a good one).... Brewing a fungal-dominated compost tea for flower rn, going to administer tomorrow and show the results next week... also trellis didn't make much difference with the uneven canopy, maybe I installed it too late 🤷‍♂️

Day 81 - Rock machine & Doctors Choice #1 getting cut down today! I am so glad I decided to let them go another 2 weeks because buds on both plants got much thicker the last 2 weeks. DC#1 has a strong fruity smell & has purple hues all over the bud & the Rock machine is caked in crystals and has more of a gassy smell! So I started flower this week we've been flowering now for about 5 days I have around 10 or 12 tops around 26 to 28 in away from a plant with my light I have them at 75% flower production and stacking is looking nice I did some defoliation and I'm brewing a kelp extract and molasses tea for it all in all everything looks nice

Milky Dreams got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Hello everyone A fun week again. Plant is showing nice development. I really try to focus on exposing the future budsites. Last year I didn't tuck away the fanleaves enough. This grow I'm tying them all down as much as possible. I find it hard to place them right so every 2 days I do some adjustments. The evolution I have right now is exactly the same as last year so I gotta have faith in the next 2 weeks that she will grow big. Previous grow I had about 60% of the possible canopy. With the right techniques I'm sure I can reach about 80% canopy coverage. I know I'm not the best LST student but I'm trying 😄 Any advice is welcome I'm still giving water with a bit of nutrients but I'm gonna add plain 6,5 PH water from now on. Every second watering during the week plain water. A good rain now would also be very welcome 😄 So far so good Hope everyone is okay See u next week Happy growing 🙏
