Went into the dark for 48hours then I trimmed any dead leaves off and a few larger easy to reach leaves. She’s hanging in a dark tent now with a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent. Ducting to my flower tent to keep it from stagnating. Frost is starting to fade and swelling quite well. Afghani is getting a much more complex smell not as sweet as before still looks like looks like at least 2 weeks for her. They have all just been getting water for a while now.

AMAZING WEEK! The environment is reading for flowering. Lighting, feeding, watering, air temp and CO2 are all stable and should give my plants a stress free life. Humidity is still high, so I'll need to come up with a plan for dealing with that ASAP. I've introduced CO2 into the grow with my brand new AirBomz unit. It uses a light sensor that releases CO2 when the lights turn on, and then uses a timer to release every 2hrs until the light switch off. I doubt I'll reach the 1200PPM stated by the manufacturer, mainly because I'm running an extraction, but I figure some is better than none. Cool controller also included. After doing some reading I can see there's two things that I need to look out for: A) Switching off the extraction so it doesn't suck away the precious CO2 before the plants have had a chance to absorb it B) Making sure the room doesn't get too hot whilst the extraction is off, causing heat stress My solution is: A) Switch off extraction for 15mins at the AirBomz 2hr interval B) Use the Temp Controller the switch off the circulation fan when temp exceeds 27C C) Controller then switches on the active intake when temp exceeds 28C D) Temp is held at 29C whilst the extraction is off D) Extraction turns back on after 15 mins, temp drops below 27C E) Temp controller switches off active intake... F) ...And switches on the circulation fan G) Repeats every 2hrs NEXT WEEK: Work out how much the girls are drinking! I'll know when I change the reservoir.

Week2 Day 1- 08/19/2023 Weekly Maintenance- Non-Water change week Added .5mil/gal of TPS SILICA Gold = 39 gallons X .5 = 19.5mil = 20mil add She really does look great today. More roots are finding their way out of the basket and into the water, looks like where I topped her the side stems are growing out nicely. Humidity is still running just a little low, I am making sure I keep a close eye on the humidifiers and added more water as needed. Week2 Day 2- 08/20/2023 She is doing Amazing!! Her roots are in the water and she is starting to form a little ball, the leaves are doubling in size and spreading out. Overall happy with how this grow is going thus far. Lots of Prayers for it staying this way the entire grow. Week2 Day 3 - 08/21/2023 I am very happy with her growth she is absolutely exploding, the main leaves are almost as big as my palms now, and the root ball is starting to form very nicely. She overall looks really happy to me. Week2 Day 4 - 08/22/2023 WoW!! Checked on her today and she looks like she doubled in size she is doing amazing in the environment. I had did do some Topping today and that was about it. Week2 Day 5 - 08/23/2023 She is looking amazing to me. Really proud of her and her growth. Week2 Day 6 - 08/24/2023 Not much to report today, her growth is going great. I topped her in three spots. Looks nice and comfortable, Saturday Water Change Day. Tomorrow I will get all of her end of week measurements for height and all. Week2 Day 7 - 08/25/2023 Week 2 is officially in the bag, she is already at 8 inches. 4-6 weeks left depending on continued growth until we switch her to flower.. we will see how it goes but she is looking amazing and the root structure is looking great! Humidity is still a little low I added water to the Humidifiers and adjusted the input air flow down slightly. I also turned on the 4th fan to increase circulation in the tent.

Im worried about it stretching too much also I switched to 12/12 this week

I tried to start this diary with HP 12% from seed and it worked until micro-organisms in the air and water; what distillation has missed the "vocs" the cardon didn't catch. Caused them to later on because of free radicals and this is why high levels of HP can cause mutations and cancer when it steals atoms by ripping them apart. I liked growing this strain very much, it was very easy growing and everything worked out nice, I like the structure of this plant the node spaces are not so big and everything filled in nicely when she was flowering. The fastbuds zkittelz has giant huge buds they where one of the biggest buds i grow on auto's. It was a plesure to see em getting bigger and bigger. I found that the plant was very forgiving as in mistakes you make, so i recomend this to every grower out there. They only thing is it takes a little bit longer then they advertise. But then again maybe the company's are giving you the most early time you can harvest if you do everything as perfect as you can. I think you cannot do much more perfect as you have a plant that grow as big as this one. So that being said i think if you let em go for 2 weeks more then in the last 2 weeks the buds are really fattening up and they double in size sometimes. In the end i had some foxtails on my buds, not all of them but still a few, I was thinking about it, and maybe it is because i pushed her a little bit too much in the end with the nutrients, She was not that close to the lights i think. Or maybe it is also a little bit in the strain. I definitely grow this strain again. (no rights to the music in the video)
