🌸 Week 4 Flower Report: Growth, Challenges & Big Changes! 🌸 Hey, Grow Diaries Fam! ✨ We’re here at Week 4 of Flower, and what a week it’s been—packed with challenges, adjustments, and exciting progress! Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. They are starting to beginning the calix's and white hairs are forming lets GOOO!!!!!!

This is the week 2! Well, the plant looks really healthy, and she kept growing up, straight to the light! Good to see that even after the strange beginning, with the stem crooked, she recover her path! This week, I'm also planning to start feeding them with some NPK. Just need to read a little bit more about it and buy nutrients. Probably I'll try Canna stuff. Anyone know if it's good?

I cut some more leaves from both plants. The ibgger one is now about 70cm tall.. o.O I wonder why she does that :D Plus I wonder if the buds will get as big as those i nmy smaller tent. There's a one week older Amnesia growing with slightly bigger buds... even though there is only a small 100w lamp.

Melon Gum is doing okay. She still has some spotting. I am gonna neem oil treat her in a few days. Beside that, things look good. Han crecido bastante, las veo muy bien, riengo generalmente cada 2 días, el pH perfecto, absorben muy bien los nutrientes, el sustrato muy bien desde q lo eh cambiado este cultivo... Esty muy contento y el resultado va tomando forma, trabajando duro se obtienen buenos resultados a la larga, hay algunos fallos para mejorar pero de momento las niñas están bien y van creciendo y engordando favorablemente... Me gustaría tener más espacio y más material tecnológico para el cultivo, pero de momento es lo q hay y nos apañamos bien... Buenos humos para todos 🏻💨💨 😎💀 🇦🇷🤝🏻🇪🇦

first day of putting into setup forgot to check water temp ended up getting to 77 may also be why #3 started teisting bad. Roots already coming out of bottom seem healthy. I am in growing in my garage I have an ac unit hooked up but still hit temps of just under 80 degrees a few days but got Temps back down around 75 during the day.

Growing well into week 6ish of flower, had quite a bit of burn come through but the buds are stacking up well! Stickier and louder every day.

This is her last week. I let her dry out a bit too much mid-week 😢 Her leaves were going yellow before this though, she's been on plain water for a while now. Will be harvested within 24h 💪

Have some deficiencies or ph imbalance still troubleshooting. The pH was off but now everything is back on track. I have some amber on the watermelon, the northern light is milky from top to bottom but no amber yet The smell is pretty strong I do not feed the plants at all besides watering them with water from fish tanks. Made some live soil and added horse manure, homemade bone meal from fish bones, compost from vegetable scraps and black soldier fly frass. I do not use chemicals on any of my grows.

Day 70 (Day F26): streching has started

Starting to look really nice had to take it out the tent as I hate the yellow tinge from the bulb cannot see the correct colour of leaves or how frosty she looks leaves look a little dark gonna start flush next watering , giving just over 2l every seccond day if I was to do this again I’d use a bigger pot but I was expecting this to be an auto. Branch with fasciation split into 4 still gonna get some nice buds on it just not as much as I could of had I noticed earlier in the grow
