Week 5 flower. This one just grows slow. Slowly filling in. Very frosty, but not a nice smell. Hopefully the flowers end up tight, hard, and smelling great. Lights are at 12-14” from canopy, and plants are taking it well. Blumat drip still working, and hand watering once a week with Gaia Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Not going to top dress anymore as these 30 gallon pots have lots to offer still and this plant is using nothing really. Thanks for views!

Moin, Die 6. Hey, The sixth week of flowering is almost over; the buds are continuing to develop day by day, and by now you can see a truly classic Kush bud structure and they’re growing more elongated rather than golf-ball-shaped. The buds are literally covered in trichomes, and a slightly sweet aroma with a dominant pine note seems to be emerging. Fortunately, though, it no longer smells like pickled gherkins but rather has a refreshing, woodsy scent. The terpene profile also reminds me a bit of Gorilla Zkittlez. I’m thinking of lightly pruning the plant again next weekend, since many new leaves have sprouted since the last week of flowering and are still blocking light penetration and air circulation. But I’m not sure yet if I’ll actually do that, since anything that gets too airy will be frozen anyway. Thanks to the lower heat, there are no longer any temperature issues, and I’m very happy with around 25–26 °C, the relative humidity could be a bit lower, but that can’t really be controlled without additional equipment during this grow cycle.

5/11 - Started the "flush" this week! Making it as easy as possible on myself and just using straight tap water to fill the res', and guess what?! I installed the new AC Infinity 6" in-line fan, and it's finally allowing me to keep the tent closed while maintaining an optimal environment. Smell begone!...until I open the tent, that is. The tester nug I clipped from the other week is losing the hay smell, and looking like the frostiest bud I've ever seen. Everything is looking like a 5/16 harvest! Do I seem excited?! I am!! I'll add some pics later today when the lighting is better. Funny how I now have the optimal setup with only a week left to go. Excited to utilize it for the next round though! 5/16 - Y'ALL!!....Y'ALL!!!!!! Attention, please! I have a very important announcement. It is time for Helen to go on to the next life. To commemorate this historic and paramount moment, I am uploading my first video and some amazing (iPhone) pictures (if I do say so myself). As a first-time grower, but loooooonng time cannabis enthusiast/consumer, I still cannot believe I grew this amazing plant. In fact, I am now writing this entry after having vaped part of the tester bud, and let me tell you, I almost cried tears of happiness after the high sank in -- it's phenomenal. The taste has a hint of lemon, lime, earthiness, dominant pine, with a menthol exhale. The effect is very cerebral (as expected for an early harvest), but relaxing. I feel a wave of calmness flow down my body and a nice pressure around my eyes and sinus (which is usually stuffed). I hope she doesn't mind me sharing, but I thought it was touching (and humorous) that my gf legitimately started crying when I told her it was Helen's time. It's ok, she will be remembered and honored over the next several months, and ages to come. ---- Thanks for following 🤙 Always appreciative of tips or suggestions

__________ Hi everyone, there was no worm tea this week as very little was produced. This was likely due to the recent cold days and nights. First step: feeding the worm bin, adding damp paper, and mixing it slightly to help the microbiology break down scraps for the worms – see Video 1. Otherwise, as expected, the lady has reached her final stage, indicated by the autumnal colors. The plant is pulling nutrients from its leaves. Many of the pistils have already turned orange-brown – harvest isn't far off now – see Video 2. It’s already apparent that the buds are about 1/3 smaller than in the previous grow using 30 liters. That will be my future setup for the Sonnenerde organic hemp soil – 30 liters. Humidity and temperature remain stable at 52% and 23 degrees. I’ve increased the lamp power to 60% for the remaining two weeks to push the bud development. The scent is subtle, but if you accidentally touch the flowers, it literally explodes with a sweet and creamy note – unassumingly good. The fungus gnats are gone and didn't turn into a major issue. I’m still very happy with the Gelato Auto.

Dear diary, Week 7 has brought us closer to flower. Despite some variations in their development, they continue to progress steadily. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 46: Provided a feeding session with a nutrient strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.7. After tying down the tops yesterday, the plants exhibited upward growth again. ⏰ Day 47: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. This also is the day that marks the final topping session, bringing the total number of tops to 16 for each plant. The plants have responded well to the previous training, and I'm eager to observe their continued growth with the mainlining technique. ⏰ Day 48: I provided the plants with a feeding containing a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. ⏰ Day 49: During the evening feeding session, I maintained a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.6. Additionally, I removed another set of fan leaves to optimize light distribution among the tops. ⏰ Day 50: The plants received a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and a pH level of 5.8 ⏰ Day 51: During the evening feeding session I provided the plants with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. ⏰ Day 52: Administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.64ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. To ensure optimal light exposure for all the tops, I removed the last set of old fan leaves and did some more low-stress training on the other 2 plants in the tent to align their heights more closely with the WCs.

10/27: I rearranged the garden today and checked to see if she needed water yet. Nope.. 10/28: I watered her with about 1/4 gallon including terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, and some beastie bloomz because she's a little K deficient. 10/29: She's only stretching about an inch every couple of days..spending more energy on pistils, which is fine by me. Damn she's a hungry one, though! I'm still planning to flush tomorrow with no major nutes, but will give her another little dose of N and a metric shit-ton of P and K once she dries back out. 10/30: I decided not to do a flush and just did a very thorough watering today with added terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, humic acid, myco and bene bacti. I put about a half-gallon through her and let her sit and soak up all the run-off. It should take a few days for her to dry out. 10/31: I checked her moisture level. I'll feed her tomorrow. She's still looking P and.or K deficient despite my attempts to correct it. 11/1: I took her out of the closet and did a little defoliating. I sprinkled a little bat guano on her soil and fed her with about a half-gallon including all the good stuff, including beastie bloomz and full strength Tiger bloom. Surely that'll do the trick... 11/2: She still looks terribly K deficient and I just don't get it..thinking maybe my Ph tester needs recalibration or something. Like, maybe it's just to acidic for the K to be absorbed... I sprayed her thoroughly with boom boom spray and a little tiger bloom today.

Took out some leaves on both usually try to only cut off around 10 a day or every other to not stress too much. 1 girl is getting really close to harvest the other still is packing on height and bud structure. Really pungent diesel with a fruitiness to it. I'll be extremely delighted if it smokes anything like it smells. I hope at least the 1 is done before my bday so I have some smoke 😁 Good luck to everyone and happy growing 🌴

Decent week. I had a branch start drooping massively on UKBS 2 and decided to amputate, the last thing it currently needs is to have one branch being nursed back to health while it tries to recover from the stem wasting that's taken place already. I've not yet resolved myself to it, but I'm fully prepared for the worst case scenario of total plant death and having to take clones. (which I certainly will be doing if total death occurs, this has been an incredibly fast and strong growing pheno) Inside the tent, both of the plants are kicking into flower mode; it's approximately halfway through week 2 of flower as the diary weeks aren't synced with the flowering cycle unfortunately. Carl 1 is a very stretchy plant, almost 12 inches above the net once I flipped to flower. Carl is starting to put a strong stank on, not as much like skunky weed but more of a piney and lemony scent. UKBS 1 is starting to flower as well but is much smaller so has a less noticeable odour. Both of the indoor plants will be receiving a defoliation at F21 ish to clean up any lower bullshit that I don't want developing into larf. updates as the week goes on, the usual.
