i was on holiday for 14 days and left the plant to its own devices. (AUTOPOT takes care of that) and when i came home i was amazed. it has doubled in size. it has coped very well with the LST training and a very funny and whimsical growth has developed. i will continue to use this type of LST. it has become so thick on the main stem that it has bent the plastic clamps. i am once again impressed by the FAST BUDS genetics 😎💪

11/5 -- They now have 2 weeks of 12/12 under their belts and it's truly been a tale of 3 plants for the past week and a half. GZ2- This one has the opportunity to meet its full potential. It has stretched to give me this beautiful canopy and very few signs of over feed or stress in it. Hopefully she stays this way. Moby- look like it may have been developing some deficiencies. I fed it a few days ago and it seemed to respond well. Some leaves have gotten yellow but the plant is do thick and dense I'm not worried about a few falling off. All in all, it's been steady eddy for Moby Dick that I now believe is also a Barney's Farm Freebie(the seed is now listed where I buy mine from) I'm not going to change it but if you're keeping track, this is most likely a tent full of Barney's Farm. Gz1- and now the music gets a little more serious. I really started recognizing problems with her right at flip. She has lost a lot of fan leaves due to yellowing,, dark stems and I can tell her branching has suffered because of it. Growth at the bottom looks weak and even wrinkled in some spots. She has burn spots and signs of deficiency galore. But also VERY dark fan leaves. I've just come to the conclusion that flushing was probably my best move. She can still have a week of solid growing. If I can get it corrected now, this plant will still be respectable but the trend is disturbing and alarming to someone who knows how fast they can decline. So in conclusion, things are getting a little hairy. Flowering always brings on a new set of challenges and I'm still learning every single time. Turmoil

The plant finalized stretching and bulking up. I've could also give her more space in the tent after reorganizing and next week she's going back to high wattage lamp

Amazing stretch last week, but it’s still not enough. After day 36 defoliation, the plant has started putting many energies on branch development. As a result, in the night between day 36 and 37 she created many pistils and increased leaves number on every branch. It’s interesting how main branches have fattened up on cropped points. As you can see on the photos, some of them are huge! Day 36: made some defoliation because lower branches were covered by leaves! Light penetration is now optimal. Day 38: another huge cropping on every branch I could find, even on lower ones. EVERY SINGLE BRANCH, snapped!

This week went pretty well, I did not get the final toppings done yet, so I will be doing that later this week. I am still feeding veg nutes, and running a 19/4 light cycle. I am hoping to get the final toppings done this week, and then keep her in veg until around week 9 or 10 then flip to 12/12 and see what happens. 03/15/2021 Reppoting of GSC done I used Bonide(4-10-3) Root&Grow with iba! to lessen shock of transplant and heavy defoliating. Flipping to 12-12 today (the first clones will be for outdoors) made before and after videos of defoliation, and reppot. Blue Dream is cruising along nicely with a little LST bending of branches & stems,so all in all not a bad week..

Flowering week 11.

SCROG time wellllll maybe topping and fimming time then scrog time. Man barneys has the best damn genetics!! these plants grow so hearty is amazing. have another breeders strains in the tent as well and they are slacking big time compared to barneys ladies. The video shows the first day i bent the plant and started using yoyos. the pics are from a few days later. growing beautifully. will be transplanting this week and setting up the scrog

week 5

Herrrrro gang! Welcome to another week of Daank's grow! 8/2: Brought back the Great White. I was reading that it works well in conjunction with other root excelurators, like Rapid Start. I got 2 more temp/humidity sensors for the tent. It allows me to keep track of 100% of what is really going on, I find it to take away worry (b/c temps are very important!). Today was a "eureka!" moment in terms of understanding run-off pH and it's value to telling the grower how healthy the plant is and what nutes may, or may not, be needed. I also got some new LED glasses so I don't burn my fucking corneas when tending to the garden - they are phenomenal and I suggest them if you grow with an LED. Check the videos and photos. Pistils are growing rapidly and baby budlets are starting to form. I'm actually getting a nice subtle purple color - it's very neat. Today's run-off pH was 6.3, and I gave it 6.3 for water - so that's a good sign (I bounce the pH all around from 5.5-6.3). I'll keep track of this moving forward in the diary. Minor defoliation. ***Pro-Tip: If you're wondering what the run-off should be... around +.5/-.5 of what you put in is good. By the end of this week I assume we'll be in full swing. Day 39: I have ordered new nutes, Advanced Nutrients. The reviews, photos, and research all point to using this for the best results. I found them to be a bit expensive, but if I can always get perfect pH values without much of a hassle... I'm down. They will be here by end of the week and I'll transition that over this weekend. I can't wait. Day 40: 8/6 - Advanced Nutrient nutes arrive today. Watering will be a pleasure. The plants look great. The buds are real. Small smell. Trimmed last night quite a bit for bud production. They love George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". It perks 'em up.

Week 4 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. No nutes - tap water - 24hr light schedule Venom OG is in the normal pot.

Still dealing with a little clawing... Two straight waterings with only pHed water (~1.75 G each time). No longer feeding any veg nutes so hoping things improve. Photos/video taken 105 days after breaking soil, day 28 of flower.

What a fun run this was ! These Ogreberrys finished up from 81 days to 102 days with nice hints of gassy , sour purple , sweetness and glistening with frost! These ladies will cure up for a month an will be ready to test out ! So much fun , I highly recommend this strain if your looking for some oooy gooohy resiny grape smelling nugs !

Another week, a little bit stressed, fixing and growing. First epsom salt foliar, pretty light (1g/L).

So this week I did a few upgrades in my garage. First off, I insulated the garage itself to minimize wasting energy keeping my garage warm. Secondly I put a little space heater to help keep my temps more consistent, especially when my lights go out for 8 hours it tends to drop into the mid 50’s, which personally is too low for veg for me anyway. My babies are starting to do some growing now, and with this weeks little bump up in nutrients, I think they will begin to take off. I went up with the calmag as I’m using 100% coco coir as my medium, and it really does eat up a lot of Calmag. I think my babies will get nice and green and have a nice life in my updated garage. Lemme know what y’all think, I’m happy to share and document not only successful grows, but failures also with everyone. We need to humble ourselves and learn to be better from one another everyday.
