Lots of popcorn buds because I really did not understand defoliation or lollipopping and was too scared to try. I have since become a much better judge of what leaves to pull and when. This diary was just to create a record of every grow I have done so far. Thanks!

Blueberry was originally created by Canadian DJ Short and dates back to the 1970s. It is a 3-way indica-dominant hybrid cross of an Afghani strain together with Thai and a Purple Thai. When grown in good conditions it can grow into a fairly large plant displaying a range of red, purple and blue colours and producing very good yields. Another quality of Blueberry is that, although taking a while to cure out, when correctly prepared and packaged it has a very long shelf-life compared with many strains available today.. /BOUQUET Unsurprisingly when fully-cured Blueberry has an incredibly fruity perfume along with the unmistakable sweet flavour of blueberry. /EFFECTS The effect is a pot smokers dream - a very potent yet happy high which is very euphoric yet relaxing and enduring. ------GENERAL COMMENT------ The first 7 days of this grow is almost complete, Blueberry and the AK47 germinated fine, had some issues with the Candy Kush Express, so the last seed is germinating, and seams that it will emerge soon! I'm optimistic, so basically till now we will do a free seed run, since this ones came with the genetics I purchased from seedsman and gyo green. 😎😛 -251217 First feed with a very light nutrient dose. Will implement some cal mag next water. Humidity has been a little hard to control, is oscillating a lot. ------SM.BLUEBERRY COMMENT------ Development is ok, nothing overwhelming for now, lets see how things evolve. Still not convinced of the easy plugs, kind of hate them, direct soil seams more effective. 👍

End of week two notes : Created a gilly web to get everything nicely pulled in a way that is barely stressing the plants . Because all of thebsteings have specail knots as they grow in certain places , it will take stress off other parts of the plant in the webbing . Also increased out solution temperature From 21.6 to 23.8 also we were adding 150 mills of budjuice once a week and then the CO2 to breathe bag would be why we are increasing the temperature in order to get that CO2 to fully Digest it as much as possible without causing any burn or over temperature stress to the plants. They are on the floor , and it being -40C and colder I think that is to contribute to the plants not drinking as much . As you can see there is no sign of nutrient burn or really and disfunction I can see ? Let me know because as always I am always looking to bounce ideas !!

As usual Moscow Blueberry is growing fast and hardy, and the Strawberry Cheesecake is happy in her early flowering stage. She’s starting to smell a good bit, and her terp profile so far smells like sweetened coffee! French Macaron’s growth is speeding up now that it’s gotten the chance to grow into its pot. I’m concerned with Northern Lights, as the new growth is twisted and weird. Hopefully I’ll figure out the cause by the end of the week or it may solve itself once the twisted leaves grow out more.

One week more. The two ladies have developed quite well in the last week and I have now defoliated them again. I think the yellow leaf tips are due to low humidity. The morello cherries auto in the soil also had a bit of bad news for me. There was a small bag of bananas, which I have removed for now and will continue to observe whether new ones appear. With a new cultivar, I can well imagine that it will be even more stable. Otherwise, the morello Cherrie flowers very fast and l'm a little surprised at the low stretch.

Hey guys what's up ? Today we're feeding sweet gelato Also we're adding extra LST To secure the lady and make her grow even some more ✓ She's doing good, taking her time Now she's comfortable in that big pot She's got a mega mix soil w a lil bit of everything good for her to develop well thru the stages Also we've got good temp and good humidity lvl For now on just gotta keep feeding them and securing LST because soon she will become a monster and if we miss one day it's going to be really hard to follow, sometimes LST can be really hard to do and takes tons of your time but all of it is beautiful :) Alright guys I guess I will keep you up date if something comes up!

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is measured in decisions, not dreams. Dopamine release is not the pursuit of happiness; it's the happiness of the pursuit. "Mens Dei" Cannabis buds can expand or swell in warmer conditions, but this is not necessarily a desirable effect. High temperatures can cause the buds to become airy and loose, reducing their density and potentially impacting potency and aroma. First 4 weeks flower, blazing hot expansion of buds, 4 weeks after cool off? Why?? What can be made to expand, airy and loose, can also be made to contract, dense and tight. Why? Trichomes do not discriminate, although we like to think of trichomes' primary purpose as being to get us high; they are there to provide photoprotection (sunscreen). Trichomes apply themselves based on area dimensions; the more area = the more trichomes in order to protect. Different from density: Trichomes, the resinous glands on plants, are often produced in response to stress, including high light intensity. This increased production can lead to denser trichome coverage on the plant, stress, stress, stress, stress is the signal. There is a certain beauty in watching the large water-filled buds once swollen to the brim slowly shrink during drying, as the surface areas contract, the trichomes just cluster up to form denser and denser coatings, already dense from high light intensities, UVB exposure, and IPS, and every other stressor I could tweak. Trichomes, the resinous glands on cannabis plants, are often produced in response to various forms of stress. These stresses can be environmental, like excess light(HIL) or UV-B radiation, temperature fluctuations, or drought, or mechanical, such as wind, pruning, or even the weight of the plant's own buds. The plant reacts to these stressors by increasing trichome production as a defensive mechanism to protect itself and its valuable compounds like THC and CBD. In essence, cannabis plants perceive stress as a threat and respond by producing more trichomes as a way to protect themselves and their valuable compounds. Several studies have shown this. Not so much a "master" grower as a master of stress. Psssst. Tip. Trichomes fill with "antioxidants," including THC. Ant"ox"idants, The production of antioxidants in plants is intricately linked to their oxidative apparatus. The plant has limited oxidative capacity/apparatus. During daytime photosynthesis, a large percentage of that oxidative capacity is tied up in protecting the plant. During the night, plants alter their metabolic pathways. This leads to a far more focused production of specific antioxidants, like THC. Plants also produce antioxidants during the day. Excess light, for example, can trigger the production of excess antioxidants as part of their defense mechanisms against reactive oxygen species (ROS). The differential ROS production by blue and IR light can have significant biological consequences. For example, high levels of ROS induced by blue light can lead to cell damage and death, while lower levels of ROS produced by IR light may be involved in beneficial cellular signaling pathways. Long nights under the IR (very low ROS), the boost in cellular respiration, and the boost in energy production. In a perfect world, I'd give the plant a shock treatment of 60DLI in 4 hours and give her the other 20 hours to perform cellular respiration under IR. The stress of those 4 hours would be rigorous and full of stress abound, 1800-2000ppm CO2 is easy for a couple of hours during daylight, it's maintaining it that's hard, but 4 hours is very doable with nothing but a little extra "carbon sugar" in your medium every other night during the first 4 weeks of flower. In my opinion, you only need to jack CO2 for those first 4 weeks of flower to see maximal output, after that it's all about trichome preservation, everything else comes second. Without the temps to assist with metabolism, CO2 is reduced to normal levels along with temps 4-5th week of flower. Buds are primarily composed of water. Developing flower buds, like other plant tissues, require a significant amount of water for growth and turgor pressure, which helps maintain their structure and firmness. Turgor pressure in plant cells is primarily generated by osmosis, but transpiration plays a crucial role in maintaining it. The optimal internal leaf surface temperature for photosynthesis at 1800-2000ppm CO2 is likely in the upper range of 97°F, meaning ambient would need to sit at 102°F-ish or thereabout for full metabolic utilization. That's putting your transpirational pulling force x5 x6 maybe x7 of what it would be if she were cruising at 68F. "My buds won't fatten, what can I do!!" Crank that bitch. If your purpose was to blow up a balloon as fast as you can, as much as you can, would you use 2x force or x5 Force to do so? Bad analogy, but you get the idea. Kiss. Optimize photosynthesis & VPD by day, cellular respiration by night. TECHNICALLY: "While transpiration and cellular respiration are both ongoing plant processes, they are not neatly separated into day and night. Both processes occur both day and night, though at different rates and with different emphasis. Transpiration, the release of water vapor from plant surfaces, is primarily driven by sunlight and photosynthesis during the day, but it also continues at a lower rate at night. Cellular respiration, which provides energy for the plant, occurs continuously, both day and night. " BUT Only 10% ATP can be processed through photosynthesis and carbon capture. 90% of ATP is processed when the plant's oxidative capacity becomes available (NIGHTTIME). Cellular respiration relies on the process of oxidation to generate energy. Specifically, the final stage of cellular respiration, called oxidative phosphorylation, utilizes oxygen as the final electron acceptor to produce a substantial amount of ATP, the cell's primary energy currency. Several environmental factors can hinder cellular respiration in plants. These include low oxygen levels, temperature extremes (both too high and too low), humidity, water stress, and the presence of toxins. These factors can impair the function of enzymes involved in respiration, disrupt the availability of substrates, or directly damage plant tissues, thus reducing the rate of cellular respiration. Factors such as oxygen concentration, glucose availability and temperature will all impact the amount of aerobic respiration an organism will perform. See you next grow, *twiddles thumbs* Signum Magnum. This week was spent doing some needed cleaning and minor defoliation and start aiming towards flowering in the next week or so. I dumped all pots and wiped out as well as the resivoir and added fresh water and nutes to all the plants. While plants were out of tent I did some very minor defoliating as well. I picked up a few goodies this week. I noticed a fruit fly or two and decided to pick up an insect trap off amazon (let’s see how it works 🤞🏽). I also picked up a chargeable watering wand that is worth 3x its price for how easy it makes it to water/feed my plants. I just drop in in my 5 gallon bucket after nutes and pHing water and get to work without moving a single pot. Wish I got this sooner!

ladies have started to take off much more this week. I added heavy 16 finish to schedule of nutes. may be adding fire and roots also over next weeks. no huge issues this week, felt pretty dialed in for most part. using grow room glasses ive found i can get decent video of the girls under lights vs having to take them oit find ok lighting and taking a pic. noticed smell coming off the plants this week, its weak right now, but definitely starting to stink! going to top at the 3rd node once they reach 8 inches tall. after day 28, I transferred into 3 gallon fabric pots, which will be their final homes til harvest! (bottom leafs on plant #1 got some spotting, one side was windburn from earlier in grow, the other side I got a few drops of nutrient mixed water on them, and even after wiping away it left spots on leaves, its all good they are going to be removed after topping)

Even in the version worked with main lining and sent into flowering a little later, Zamnesia's Tangerine Dream remains one of the fastest plants to flower and is surprising because it is the most solid flower of all, it is a boulder, stone, pure marble. ** We remind all users that we grow two plants per variety, one worked with techniques and the other left to grow freely and beautifully to preserve its speed and the classic Christmas tree shape in height. Below in this diary we have the Main lining plant. Description // This plant had a fast flowering like its sister left to go without techniques. The phenotype is practically identical, solid flower, excellent resin production even in the great heat, structure of the super thick ones that drive me crazy. The smell is always that of mandarin while it is peeled perfectly in line with that declared I imagine the magnificent taste. Why? I tasted the hash that remained on my gloves and I was going crazy. For citrus lovers who are a bit tired of the forced lemon scent. Trichomes and maturation // We looked carefully under the 10x microscope (and 10x x 1.6) and noticed a good percentage of milky/clumpy trichomes, still many transparent but also many golden amber. It is mainly sativa, but only 60/40, so guys, if we want to maintain a more sativa effect, we need to harvest with a majority of cloudy/milky trichomes if we want a more indica effect, remembering that THC oxidizes too much, amber is the right color. I use it during the day and therefore I look for a more sativa effect when the plant is sativa. Fertilizers and soil // We used the Plagron range of organic nutrients the whole time, all the recommended additives and the Pro Mix soil, unfertilized and organic. Calculate the dosage that best suits your needs on the website ------ https://plagron.com/ Nutrients are available in convenient packs on the Zamnesia website --------- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11457-plagron-easy-pack-natural.html I love this strain, I love its mandarin scent and its hard, potent flowers ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10966-zamnesia-seeds-tangerine-dream.html Zamnesia Short Description // Whether you're new to the fascinating world of cannabis cultivation or an expert, Tangerine Dream by Zamnesia Seeds will give you great satisfaction both in growing and smoking. Carefully selected from G13, Afghan and Neville's A5 Haze clones, this strain boasts a slight sativa dominance of 60% and offers a relaxing yet uplifting effect. She’s also easy to grow and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor growers. As we’ve just seen, Tangerine Dream is a pleasure to grow, but she’s even more enjoyable to smoke. With 25% THC and a pungent blend of exotic terpenes, Tangerine Dream smells incredible, tastes delicious, and delivers a balanced, long-lasting effect. When you open a jar full of these dense, resinous buds, you’ll be hit with a delicious citrus aroma reminiscent of freshly peeled mandarins and grapefruits. With hints of citrus, spice, and incense, each hit is a sensory delight reminiscent of sipping a refreshing juice on a sunny porch. Finally, as the effects kick in, you’ll be treated to a long-lasting, balanced, positive cerebral buzz, followed by a gentle physical relaxation. Perfect for weekends away or social gatherings. Order your Tangerine Dream seeds today and grow this invigorating hybrid. The whole world of growing and much more is on Zamnesia: take a look at the site and you will find "the best that nature has to offer" in various shapes and colors. --------------- www.zamnesia.com
