Week 5 of flowering is now complete, and the buds are finally starting to look like real buds. Frost production is picking up noticeably, and the plant is beginning to show its full potential. I did a solid defoliation this week to open up the canopy and improve light penetration. From here on, it’s mostly a waiting game while the buds continue stacking and filling out

Lemon Cake week 18 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Thanks for the visits, likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love💚. The plants are waiting for warmer weather to finally realise their potential outside. Unfortunately, it will remain very cold this week with sub-zero temperatures at night. There are no recognisable diseases, I just think they are a bit stalky. They don't need much water because evaporation is low.

Weather has been rainy and windy so she has been living under a shelter at nights and most days. The climate is getting moisty here so i decides to remove some fanleafs again to keep a good airflow. Buds are getting bigger and they make me wanna sing ' I like big buds and i can not lie..'

Stretch is starting, so I did some defoliation🌿

Flower has begun and things are starting to take shape. Small amount of stretch has begun and nutes have been switched to flower. 3 ladies are very happy and are starting to shoot pistils.

Flowering week 8. Flower developing was quite slow because i had too low humidity too early. Now humidity should be ok. Ph 6.0 & ec lovered to 1.60. Plant started to drink heavily on fd 52.

This was a wild ride. Gave way to many nutrients and I realised this way too late, when lock-ups already started to happen. The buds still look very potent, I just think they had way more in em size/potency wise if the nutrients would've been on point. Not growing auto flowers indoor anymore, but I'll deffo be growing this one outdoors this year! The smell is out of this world, #1 smells like tropical fruit juice, #2 more of a candy-sweetness but definitely tropical. Can't wait for ya'll to grow this one!

12/1 - Well, here we are. December 1st, start of week 9. She is absolutely loaded with buds and I just can't wait to see how they swell and ripen over the coming weeks. I switched over from Early-Bloom to Mid-Bloom nutes (DynaGro Week 5 Flower, Recirculating). This is the first week with Grow (FoliagePro) cut out completely. I still fed her at a 75% concentration of Bloom and of MagPro, but full strength of DynaZyme, ProTekt, and Hydroguard (At the amounts notated). This gives her a ppm right at 1000 (2.0ec), though she will likely go +/- 50-100ppm. This week the plan is to top off with pH'd water instead of topping off with nutes due to the higher EC, though target is to keep her between 800-1000ppm (1.6-2.0ec). 12/5 - Uploaded video from 12/4 Thanks again for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!

This grow was stressful and very informative. I learned alot about what the plants want/need. Love having grow diaries to keep track of everything in such detail. I will definitely grow more Humboldt Apple Blossom in the future so I can see what the strain can really do.

Day 8: Woke up and checked on the ladies, they were bone dry. Hit em with 70 ml of AN Coco Grow diluted in my mix. Day 9: Got the new lights in today and hooked up. Girls are looking pretty good I think. Still letting em dry out a little. Gonna add a shot of Great White on next water. No nutes will be in this shot. Day 10: Still looking good. Had to stack some loose Coco around a couple as they had a good stretch going and were leaning pretty good. Also noticed a couple of brown spots on the leaves. I am led to believe after asking questions and researching, it is more than likely nute burn? No more nutes for these girls for a while. I also got a humidifier to raise humidity as it was pretty low. Day 11: These girls almost double in size every day! They would probably be a little bigger if I hadn't of tried to give em a drink of nutes earlier on! Lesson learned!! Not bad for 6 days out of the ground regardless though, I think. Got a humidifier in the tent and it stays around 50% now. Other than last night it got up to 73%. I need to get that fixed. Day 12: Nothing new to update other than they look healthy. Think I am gonna let them dry out a touch more before watering. Day 13: Gave the girls 1 cup of ph 6.0 water this morning. Thermostat battery went out and lucky my girl caught it in time. Temp got to 86° for a couple of hours. Opened the tent for an hour to get the temp back down. Humidity has been hovering around 50% for the most part. Minor fluctuations here and there. Girls are looking good for 8 days out of the earth though!! 💪 Day 14: Looking like they need another drink, dry down to around 1" deep. Gave em 2.25 cups with super diluted Coco Grow and a touch of Great White. 😳 They are doing great! 👍 Looking forward to see what week 3 has in store! Going to build a support to add my 2 CREE lights back in along with the Mars lights.

Rough week. Had a friend water for me while we were away. Didn't take my syringe watering seriously, fully saturated my little piggy and the roots are currently recovering from drowning... Is what it is, she'll recover. Already looking better than yesterday. Bud sites are still looking great, happy overall with the canopy still. Now to get her back to full health. Hope everyone had a smoother week than me, and all competition ladies are happy and healthy. Back to the farm for me. ✌️🌱

01/28/2021 Been 2 days under 1000w halide, seems to like it. Watered 2.0 liter of water. Just sitting there looking pretty.should notice some growth soon, but for now roots should be exploring there new soil. 02/01/2021 And 3 days later, Notice new growth at tips of course yay!

First week of heavier feeding, added Calmag & Bubblezym V2 and the day after they were very happy with it. Nice second week of flowering 🌸

Day 129. I still push her ;))) When I did mistake with lights and plants started to reveg in flower - they looked very similar and managed to finish in 3 weeks after lights were sorted. Those still have one more left till that time will run out... Hope she will catch up ... She stinks most from all 3 Northern Lights and I loved the taste of both chopped ... Terrible looking, most probably inside part of colas will be overmatured and full off worthless inside leaves, which will go yellow by chop time . ... They are very heavy tho ;) Never had such situation, so want to know the end, hope it's not bud rot ;))) She has 16 girls in veg/preflower stage around, humidity not the best .... Day 136. Last girl is going down, I will try to trim her, but most probably I will send all to bubble hash. She smells amazing, but looks sad... Most airy plant in my life, which went foxtailing too ;))) You can't have them all good I guess ... I have 1.525 kg from first 8, it's already outstanding result even without her ... But maybe I will go for bravery - will trim her all ... All last updates will be on harvest week. Happy Growing !!!
