Hey Guys! Super excited this week! I've really been wanting to try growing outdoors, so I built a cheap hoop house! Got most of this stuff for the frame from Lowes under 300$. All the soil products I got from GrowGreenMI. Some really cool people out there. One thing I'm super worried about is drainage. Right now those holes are about 4 feet deep and they've got about 4 inches of water in them already. What's been cautioned is that, eventually, about 2 months in these plants roots will grow and reach the bottom and cause root rot to form. One of the biggest things I was trying to be wary of was causing root rot. This was also the biggest precautionary measure I took when mixing the soil. Adding the extra perlite, coco, and clay pebbles. Best advice right now is to build the soil up on the holes another 16 to 18 inches and possible stick a PVC pipe down to the lowest drainage point of the hole to allow some of that natural occurring water to evaporate. Any advice anyone has on it is welcomed! Making a compost tea for the soil outdoors, will probably put 2 cups in each RDWC bucket as well and let that do it's magic for a day or so before nutrient change. Raised the bed about 14 inches as well! All the seeds sank! Off to a good start! Lol

Big Fat Wedding Cake grew well under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. Nice frosty colas with a spicy kush smell. Looks very potent and tasty. I did burn her in flowering when the nutrition got too strong for her. My bad. She still turned out great. This week as went well, plants are starting to bulk up and get comfortable in their new pots. Next week or the week after next might be the time to transplant them into their forever home pots, then flip to flower after 3 weeks of them growing into their new space. They have been getting a bit to much N with the Gaia Green 4-4-4 mix, I keep forgetting how much it gives them and that I need to mix it with the power bloom 2-8-4 in 25-30/75-70 or 50/50 ratios. I have extra Gaia Green Soluble seaweed extract to make up the missing K in the ratio mixes. Still mixing the PH a bit lower at 6.0 with the citric and malic acid tests, plants are going well with them, tested a bit of runoff with the one smaller plant and was getting aorund 7.5, EC still sky high so wont need to feed for a while now but they are not burning and that's a good thing. they seem to be tolerating the Potassium Silicate as well, I don't like how much it alters the PH but till I get in some ground wollastonite. Sames extras as any other week with the addition of some magnesium, rest as follows, yucca extract, silicon, potassium seaweed extract, microbes, fulvic acid, Clones are doing ok, when I took the photo of them this week they looked good and then 10 min outside of their humidity dome they looked like shit and all withered. Some of them are showing signs of putting on roots with little white specs on the stalk coming through. Will have to place them in some potting medium soon and see if they take off. And if they do I will have some to give away to whoever wants them in my friend group. I also have that one smaller plant that was delayed by a week or so thats also extra. Got to find a loving home for it, my other grow buddies don't have anything started ATM and don't want to start till later in the year. :( Pepper update! some of the peppers are living the high DLI of the lights and some of them are not... the purple jigsaw ones seems to be getting a bit burnt under the lighting. They all will be taken out soon enough. I should look at transplanting them into other pots soon and they likely root bound. Can set up something in my room with an old SF1000 I got or the Sunblaster 18" 6500k lights that I used to grow with. When I touch the leaves of the goronong and them smell my finger they have a lot of hot pepper aroma coming off of them. I think these peppers are going to be quite spicy when they are all done. The Fatalii peppers are the same and I know they are spicy AF but their smell is a bit more bright and less earthy as the goronong still pungent all over. The Fatalii are also a bit smaller, could be the older seed just is not as vibrant as new seed. Should be fine once they are outside always a good producer for me. Going to make infused salt with them and give that out as gifts to my friends. Hello 👋 👋 👋 As a 29th day arrived inside the tent there are many changes 😇 💪 🙏 Purple and Cinderella start flowering a week before Bruce Banner but all girls have got similar high 😇 💪 🙏 63 cm was taken from B.B 😁 All of my beauties expanding in size, flowers sites start to taking a mass and density. Some brown spots shows on humidity effected leafs so I removed them to control a healthy conditions 💪 💪 💪 Update: Day 30 Ladies definitely goes in flowering stage, every day I can observe a massive size and high changes. It's look like the tent will be full of buds soon. I'm very happy to see a purple colour on my Purple Lemonade. The flowers are growing and as 10 days are passed from the previous subministration of micronutrients, I added them to the nutrient solution. The plant reacted well with the nutrients.

They're all doing well as far as I can tell. I've put a tubular heater in-between the pots that comes on when the lights go off as the temperature drops quick in there. Watering as usual but other than that I only check on them about 15 times a day. I tested the run off water for the first time and was 6.3 pH which is what I put in. Was also the first time I'd even emptied them as they normally just dry up by next feed. There's orange hairs on some of the lower buds now guess they're maturing 🤔 Was looking in to getting a microscope to have a look at the trichomes but tried using my phone camera first which I thought didn't do a bad job 😊 is only a S10 so would imagine the newer phones do an even better job 👍 Have what seems to be a CalMag deficiency in all 3 plants but only just came up in rusty spots from 12am to 6am they just appeared was really pissed off and worried about them all day at work 😪 gave them all a CalMag and 6.5 pH water soak of 500ml each and a 200ml foliar CalMag spray for extra effectiveness haha 🙄 and then gave them their normal feed til run off.. the trays were a bit slimy 🤔 hopefully it sorts itself out and have learnt to just use the CalMag every feed to be sure.

I have them on the same feeding schedule and the are flourishing. I planted some Broccoli on the 11th and it has sprouted. I will be observing and study the growing habits of the broccoli.

Buds finally fill up, what a smell now Very blueberry This week i poured a full 10 liter trough the coco at once to get the nutrients fresh, i also water once every day untill runoff

Hifi 4G seems to be a bit sensitive to the current and previous feeding levels. Had multiple leaves exhibit nutrient burn. Otherwise all seem to be happy. Hifi 4G, NL/Skunk and Blueberry continue to lead the pack on Bud development. God I hope I don't screw this up!

Week 9 and what can I say about this beauty... The buds on this girl just keeps getting fatter and fatter.! I think I'm hooked on using Live Soil and just water.! Absolutely no deficiencies whatsoever lol I'm giving only a half gallon of water per day and that's it.! The Alaskan Purple Auto is smelling so good with a fruity citrusy smell.! I'm looking forward to this harvest and the outcome... No pics this time but I thought a short video of this girl would do.! Enjoy...))

She was taken down 09/02/24 She dried for 9 days at what was hoped to had been around 60/60 but the temperature was between 72 up to 80 at one point, with the average being around 76. This was not ideal, and made drying faster than I had hoped. Nonetheless, seems as though she turned out fine. I was worried about the smell not being ideal etc. Alls good. Phew. I’ve trimmed her up and she’s in jars now to cure. Humidity is sitting at 59. Trimming her was pretty easy.. and I hate to trim. She was much more bud than leaf thankfully. Buds are good sized, dense, sticky, and frosty. As for now, not getting any smells of bananas lol. I guess maybe the cure could change that. Guess we’ll see. Will finish smoke report after some curing/smoking

Girls are going great!they are starting to frost up nice and putting on weight slowly. They all got a top dress and a tea this week with terp tea. I believe this will be there final feeding maybe one more tea
