Hey hey everybody! We are back here this week at the beginning of week 13 and it is almost that time… time to flip? ….I wish…. No, no…. I am trying to be good but I think I came up with a plan that will give me a rough idea of when I will see that light at the end of the tunnel- or we’ll at least flip that light to 12/12 haha- No no it is almost Christmas and things have been crazy over here. With the holiday madness upon us, I can’t tell all of you how much I have appreciated the relative silence (you know how it is, there are multiple fans running) time seems to slow down and it just us and the plants. Quite enjoyable. So as you already know, we are going to be on coast until we fill out the rest of that 3x3 scrog net- however just today on my way into work, I came up with what might be my new definitive plan… I have had a bit of trouble waiting, no doubt it will be worth the wait, but the wait has been difficult none the less… so here it is.. Here’s what I’m thinking- I have this going and I also have some fastbuds growing in the same area. What I am most likely going to do- is wait until it’s time for the fastbuds to come down to open up some space in the 5x5 and the rock candy cake can have all that space to herself- I will shift the scrog into the center of the tent and then flip the light schedule to 12/12 and let it run wild- it’s at this point I will most likely employ a more hands off approach so it can focus all of its energy on producing buds worthy of such a wait. The canopy is getting pretty lush and I really need to get in there and defoliate- I really lucked out, today was the last day I had to work until after Christmas so you KNOW I will be in there tomorrow plucking away at leaves (strategically of course) half kidding I’m probably still a whirlwind compared to some, but I’ve noticed- especially when it comes to autos, that my leaf selection has become much more refined when defoliating. PROBABLY gonna see a BIT less of that tomorrow as I have to open up the canopy but I still plan on being careful. Something else that was super cool who may not be following along with the other journal, happened oddly enough just the other day when I was doing dishes- I was scrubbing away with my phone all propped up so I could watch/listen to dude grows. And I heard the dude mention a contest on their website that I had entered… of course my ears perked up, I leaned in a little closer to take a look and was thinking to myself how cool it would be, even to see my picture in the background and sure enough there it was and they brought it up and commented on the submission and seemed to be genuinely enthused by it and let me tell you I am STILL riding high off that one! One thing that was cool too was a rep at a nutrient company had seen that and congratulated me as well and it was again just so cool and I’m honored to have been on there! I listen to them practically everyday at work- yeah words are not doing it justice right now but I was stoked!!! Other than that, the holidays are practically upon us so I’d imagine it’ll be a whole lot of family activity with a side of unintentional neglect that I plan on keeping to an absolute minimum because we are right around the corner from some excitement in that tent- that thing is going to be HUGE! So we have that to look forward to! And on that note, I just want to say that from our home to yours, I truly hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and I can’t wait to come back and get into the garden talk with all my growmies! The plants are looking very good so far and I'm happy with the grow so far. There have been no significant complications so far. The lowest few leaves have been removed and light LST applied using plastic benders. -19.02.2025 The plants get their typical “white hairs”, pre-flowering has started. -23.02.2025 The plants are doing well, I haven't been able to look after them for the last few days. But they have survived. The fourth week of vegetation is coming to an end and as you can see the plants are starting to flower.

Not too sure why the blackberry is so small but I think I stressed it out too much with the LST

Al inicio de la semana fueron sacadas fuera del armario al quedarnos sin luz por el apagón , posiblemente hizo que las plantas crecieran o se estirasen un poco más de lo que venían haciendo. Esta semana ya se notó claramente el inicio de flora y las plantas coparon bien todo el espacio, casi que no cabe ya ni un alfiler. En pocos dias, 11-12 dias realizaré una poda de bajos de todas las secundarias, hojas yemas y ramas y así queden listas para terminar de florecer. D9 foliar 14 dias pequeña poda de algunas ramitas bajeras , las primeras . Muy poquito para no estresarlas mucho y en una semana , con 21 dias a 12/12h. terminaré de vaciar lo que quede.

Slt, déjà la fin de la semaine 5. Les plantes ont très bien récupérées de leur topping et de leur défoliation. Les plantes semblent être en bonne santé. Je viens juste de refaire une défoliation et du LST, pour avoir la structure voulu et donner toute l’énergie de la plante pour les tiges principales, en espérant que cela soit profitable aux plantes. J’espère ne pas m’être trompé.🙏 En photos et vidéos je montre avant et après la défoliation et le LST, et le fonctionnement du sytème d’irrigation. A la semaine prochaine... Today, after 78 days for the lemon kix auto and the Young Pinapple Express, and after 145 days for the old rescued Pinapple Express, I turned off the light. 48h blackout for the 3 girls. Harvest on saturday.

TUESDAY 8/13: I fed them each about a half gallon with big bloom, bembe, kelp me kelp you, terpinator, and beastie bloomz. Some of them are still really stretching, but a few are just budding up. WEDNESDAY: We had a little rain last night and it was sunny today, but the temperatures are about 10 degrees cooler than usual. I see some signs of spider mites here and there, so I'll spray with trifecta crop control as soon as the humidity is lower. THURSDAY: No time for gardening at all today...😕 FRIDAY: I missed a day only to return and find problems...damnit!😖 Two of the Candy Cane x Amnesia's suddenly have what looks like a bad calcium and/or phosphorous deficiency. I sprinkled some bat guano and silicium flash onto their's and all the other plant's soil and watered it in with about a half gallon each of water including calimagic, beastie bloomz, terpinator, and bembe. I also thoroughly sprayed them with boom boom spray. I started brewing another batch of the PK booster compost tea including extra bat guano, earthworm castings, bembe, big bloom, and kelp me kelp you. It should be ready on Sunday...hang in there girls!🙏 SATURDAY: Went boating..no gardening today. SUNDAY: I gave them all about a half-gallon of compost tea today. The sick one looks like shit...will probably try transplanting her into a 5 gallon pot in the next day or two. MONDAY: I transplanted the sick one into a 5 gallon pot today and sprayed her and everybody else with boom boom spray and big bloom.

9-6-2023 Week 8 has started. The smell is very weak, if I touch the buds it smells like pine. I noticed some of the leaves turning orange with orange spots, my pH is solid 6.9 so I'm not sure. So far so good!! 9-8-2023 I went to water her this afternoon and BAM like a slap in the face she had a very pungent smell coming off her. I'd say she went from no smell to strong smell in a few days

Just letting them ripen up now. Will be partially harvesting a couple more branches that are really ready to go, in the next few days. Other than that they will all be ready around the same time, around a week or 2. On day 79, I partially harvested another one of the plants (different one than before). All the rest seem to be on track not need partial harvests. On track now to chop my first full plant on day 85. This plant has not yet been partially harvested like 2 of the others. I will be counting this as my “harvest” day as the others are not far behind and will be chopped in the next week or 2. Expect harvest details soon!

The plant looks super beautiful, typical OG kush fat indica leaves, excellent growth pace, obviously short height, I love OG kush, last time I grew this strain it was 4 years ago, it's gonna be a beautiful plant for this 2021, she loves the spanish sun! Stay tuned everybody

They're coming along nicely, but we have 2 runts that aren't doing much, might replace them with something else. Quick video of how the girls are getting on. Video 2 is 2 days later

She's getting heavy. Buds are a bit too puffy for my taste. They feel hard and got plenty of mass but inside there are lots of tiny air pockets.

Hey guys! So, finally Saturday I chopped her down. She looked now ready and delicious, although I only notice yesterday how many seeds she has allover the place. She hermied in front of me without noticing, not good at all and need to start looking much better and in detail into the plants. Feel like an idiot now. Anyways, it was a full week! Emptied the grinder collector and pressed it down a little, makes a very nice smoke, light but pleasant, the kind of stuff it keep you going all day without the dumb effect. From all trimming made the bubble hash. Got a little too green as the 220micron bag's stitches slightly opened letting some contaminants in the final mix, hence the green color. This was a hit. in opposition to the grinder stuff, this sent me straight to the moon, really heavy stone effect, even thinking was hard. Reminded me those afghan/ moroccan balls we used to get back in the early 2000's. The weed itself it's still drying so the smoke report will be updated in there. 715g of fresh cut plant is good, let's see the potency and the seeds. Might turn it all into bubble hash, if I see it'll be an hassle to remove seeds. On an earlier bud I've cut and dried, smoked it and you can see pure white ashes in the bong. Ain't that a beauty?

I think we are almost at it. Maybe one more week until harvest.

After a week in the greenhouse, the ladies have taken root and are growing well. This despite the lack of sun and less than ideal temperatures. But summer is supposed to return this week. We'll see what happens then...
