Mohawk Meds: Banana Flambe (BF): Day 21. 4 BF plants green and growing. Cut off a piece of leaf for gender testing. Should hear within 10 days results. Roots have reached bottom and looking healthy. I've been bottom watering them 6.0ph mineral water to get those roots to stretch along with a spritzx2. Environment: 76F, 55%RH, 650ppm CO2, 510-620ppfd all week. Increasing the lighting really helped them grow. Giving them another week in the cups before up potting to 1 Gal.

The moisture in the soil after the first 3 days of transplant was wetter than I anticipated. I've been using a '3 gallon' flowering pot - separated evenly for all 10 of my clones - Gnats and flies have been coming so this I believed to be an indication that my soil is too wet I believe. The next following three weeks I am going to be doing about '1 1/2 gallons' per ALL 10 plants - seperated evenly. These last couple days i've been letting the plants soak up all the available moisture... Hoping maybe my overwatering will be affected in a positive way in regards to the new root formations. My PH coming out of my tap hose is around 7.8 - this is something i'd like to keep constant for this season if I can. I'm not seeing any sign of stress, discoloration, or anything yet. I understand ideally it would be smarter to lower it a couple numbers, however it makes it easier to not have to get a PH down and mix into my watering solution - DO YOU THINK THIS HIGH PH WILL AFFECT MY YIELD AND PLANTS LIFE EVENTUALLY ?!?! Day 39 flower!! Not a whole lot to report, just watering every 2-3 days ph 6.5 tap water Top dressed with gaia green bloom 284 with about 2 tablespoons per gallon and then about 2 cups of worm castings. I didnt use All purpose this time around as Im trying to taper off the nitrogen. Hopefully that doesnt come back to bite me Hopefully the girls are done come May is what im hoping for

The bud development is going great, did some light defoliation to reduce the humidity and increase the airflow. The tips are turning a bit yellow, the light was a bit close due to the recent grow. Moved the light up a bit. Too make sure it’s not a nute burn I also decreased the Nutrients solution compared to last week.

Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Craziest group I have ever had... Honestly I just want to see the end. I will be away for 2 weeks almost. Original Sensible Seeds ladies are dope. Gelato is very nice proper shape one of my favourite she is just nice and not problematic.... :) Runtz Gum is amazing nice big buds are on the way really nice! The same no problem with her at all!!!! Do-Si-Dos OG is just crazy.... She is not an easy lady... problematic... never met a plant like this one. ... Too much strech and now I need to tie and stand her up somehow i broke one branch.... I put a tape arounf so hopefully saves that bud tho....🤣 Her flowers kill her lol Black Ghost OG is sweet and good girl she is the easiest player from them she is good for begginners similar to Wedding Gelato even is shape haha.... Wedding Gelato from RQS is just perfect no problem with her at all... good for begginners as well... :) So This is how it is 5th week has started I just wanna get it done really long journey :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.

Wir haben aber auch Raubmilben ins spiel gebracht zur vorsorge gegen Spinnmilben und andere Schädlinge 😷 PPFD: Direktes Sonnenlicht DLI: Direktes Sonnenlicht -Tag 59 auch hier sieht es nicht so besonders aus, dafür aber wird die Space Cookies #3 umso besser :) -Tag 60 Die Space Cookies #3 macht sich ganz gut, und man kann schon ihren Geruch war nehmen, sie wurde wieder mit jauche gegossen.

It started off looking like a good week and then things turned and I was having major issues starting to show near the end of the week!! I could tell that lowering the PPM was a good thing and was showing some signs of improvement. Things were not as crispy and I was keeping up with the Nute, Water, Water feed with lowered PPM to around 840 on the Nute feeding days. They were drinking lots this week every other day I was watering/feeding. But near the end of the week things started to turn for the worse. The Purple Kush fan leaves were starting to turn yellow and the Cheese was starting to get crispy again. Pretty much all smells were gone at this point and the plants were just not looking alive and healthy. I was removing lots of burnt/crisp fan leaves cause they were not looking good. I decided at this point to raise my lights as high as they could go and hope that my issues were caused by the lights being to close.

Week #13, week 6 of flowering : Everything went well during the week, maybe except the fan falling down right in the ScrOG ... damaging some stems, but after tying them to some sticks it looks ok, I don’t really see any difference in the pictures by the way. Tough genetics, I’m really happy with all of them, I can’t complain on anything. There’s buds everywhere, all dense and hard, this is what I like. 👍 Reducing BIO Bloom ( not Organic Bloom ) just a bit for this week, it might be one of the last feeding with Alga-Max for some plants and probably the last feeding for a few of them, I don’t know yet all depends on how it turns during the following weeks. 👉Tip for new growers : you must stop adding any PK boosters 2 weeks before harvest ☝️ Mars-Hydro SP 250 is very effective. I’m growing 3 small plants between the ScrOG’s, was using my tubes for seedlings to give them a bit more light but nothing was really happening, they were having a hard life trying to grow some buds. But after just a lil bit more than a week under the SP 250 they started to make buds, getting fatter and denser, even the small nuggs in the bottom are getting some light which was impossible with the tubes ! (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

NOV 12 - DAY 65 - I just FLUSHED her today with SLEDGEHAMMER NOV 17 - DAY 70 - LST to get more fatness on buds, we'll see how it helps

Started the flush yesterday, the Zkittlez is pretty much ready to harvest at only 42 days of flower, now just waiting the critical to finish. Both smell amazingly good The intensity from the led's made the critical yellow in some tops, and got worse since i flush them yesterday so I raised up the lights just a bit.

This time I got bunch of photos for you. As I’ve wrote before, I do some LST with NYC. It’s slow process but I see progress. I tried to ties with garden canopy lane without harming my baby’s little colas. This my first time growing. I assume that you know this nice feeling of caring about your first grow. That new experience is very uplifting, don’t you think? If you want, and If you are in the mood for share your thoughts about growing philosophy I would like to see you point of view. This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.
