This was a great strain for my first grow! The plant was forgiving of my several mistakes throughout the grow and just kept bouncing back. I had self-created problems with over watering, not enough nutrients toward the last few weeks (I started flushing and scaling back nitrogen too early, thinking I had a nitrogen issue). I'm waiting to review the smoke and high until after curing. I tested the THC and it's coming in at 17.5%-18%.

Día 26. Estamos en la 4ta semana. Por ahora mantengo la solución y la planta sigue creciendo pero ya está casi para cortar los esquejes. La semana que viene seguro estoy cortando, y ya tengo que preaparar todo para pasar al otro modulo del infoor. Decidi dejar de aplicar HST y apliqué una recnica con colgantes que bajan las ramas y las mantienen perpendiculares al piso. De esta forma las ramas laterales empiezan a subir. Está técnica me ha dado muy buenos resultados anteriormente. El crecimiento ha sido acelerado y las ramas estan bastante gruesas. Mañana voy a cambiar la solución. Vengo realmente contento con los resultados. Este experimento me va a permitir saber cuanto puedo llegar a sacar de este espacio y ver si me permite armar un ciclo para poder llegar a la próxima cosecha con remanente para poder ir guardando variedades diferentes. De paso ya tengo una referencia de cuantas semanas toma hasta poder cortar esquejes, y así saber en que momento poner la próxima semilla. Puse unas semillas bastardas que tenía, y las pienso mandar a la terraza a florecer directamente en el invierno. Otra experiencia que si bien no ha dado grandes resultados, ha sumado al stock. La semana pasada no llegué a subir mucho. Pero mañana hago un update de cómo se han movido las ramas bajas. En el último video se muestran bien las ramas que pretendo convertir en esquejes. Seguro saque varios, así que habrá para regalar si logramos que enraizen varios. De por cierto las manchas blancad que se ven, es tierra de distomeas que ha quedado desde la aplicación en 2da semana. Día 28. Termina la 4ta semana de crecimiento con un muy buen ritmo. Hoy cambié la solución y mantuve la formulación anterior (1g/L de feeding grow y 0,5g/L de green jungle bioestimulante de crecimiento). La planta está fuerte y ramificada. Sostengo que los esquejes se van a cortar un poco antes de lo previsto. Calculando que son 5 semanas de crecimiento y 1 semana de enraizamiento de esquejes, voy a tomar 6 semanas para preparar la próxima madre. Así que siendo esta variedad de unas 10/11 semanas de flora, voy a poner a crecer la nueva madre en la 4ta semana de floración. La planta tiene distancia internodal corta/media por lo que observo, así que es un detalle a tener en cuenta. Ya me empieza a dar la ansiedad de ver que todo va saliendo y quiero ya poder pasar a floración. Va a ser jna nueva experiencia hacer una planta desde semilla en hidroponía, ya que siempre hacía sólo esquejes y la madre la pasaba a tierra a florar en otro lado, debido a que por las raíces no podía sacarla del sistema que tengo ahora. Pero resolví eso y voy a ver por primera vez la potencia de la hidroponia en una planta desde semilla. Le hice corte apical a las dos ramas más largas esperando ver una mayor ramificación, ya que tengo un espacio de 1,2m x 0,55m por llenar y administrar. Espero que todo siga en marcha. Nos vemos en la 5ta semana desde mañana.

Ladies are doing fabulously. Today I did some defoliation and added ScrOG - they started to lie down due to weight of the colas. Mimozz and Grandpa's Cookies are smelling super duper great - one of the best I ever smelled. Cherry Atomic is fire as always - big, fast, sticky and kush-y. Strawberry Cough is TALL as sativa should be - also her colas are stacked like crazy - they are 40cm / 15" in length! She is much slower than her sisters - will need extra 3-4 weeks probably to fully mature after I'll harvest rest of the tent. But I can't wait to see results. This will be something good 😎

Ich kann mich über rein gar nichts beschweren. Bis jetzt würde ich dem Durchgang eine 9,5/10 geben und dem Strain sogar eine 10/10. Diesen intensiven beerigen, süßen Candy Geruch habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben gerochen. Ich bin überwältigt. Nichtmal in Californien habe ich so etwas gerochen.

Welcome to Harvest week of my Sunset Sherbet journey sponsored by Zamnesia. Sunset Sherbet has been in the garage this week just chilling. Temperatures outside were 25-37f at night and in the garage 40-50s and flushed for 4 days with 2-3 liters each day. The cold weather did not do much for color change. Weeks of colder weather would have had an impact. I harvested her 12/5, day 101 from germination in the soil. I got some good trichome pics earlier this week. Sunset Sherbet grew in my small 3x3. She demonstrated a strong resistance to mold, bud rot and pests. I switched to an organic nutrient feeding solution and kept trying to get my ppms in the range of synthetic fertilizers. This resulted in overfeeding which burned up her leaves. She would have been pretty based on the colors I see in the buds-pinks, purples and oranges. Plant structure – Sunset Sherbet remained short at just 20 inches. This would make her very good for small closet grows. She had many branches off the main stalk and her nodes were tight. There were many, many small leaves, not much bigger than a quarter. Data sheet advised of regular maintenance. Trimming will be a bit tedious as a result of not defoliating more. Venga familia que ya viene la cosecha de esta Panty Punch de Seedstockers, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. No veas que pinta que tienen estas plantas. Las flores aparte se ven bien resinosas, y son bien prietas, aparte son súper aromáticas huelen mucho. (COLOQUEN UN BUEN FILTRO PARA EL OLOR). a sido una genética con la que disfruté mucho cultivarla, la genética es perfecta para SOG y es bien vigorosa, es muy fácil cultivarla y muy resistente merece la pena si eres cultivador principiante. August 18, Day 28. Had to flush on Friday due to nutrient lockout. There were purple stems which caught my attention to a possible nutrient deficiency. Coupled by the dark green older fan leaves and bright green of new growth, my Apera TDS meter confirmed nutrient lockout. Kaboom was flushed a total of 4 times Friday night, then foliar fed at 25% strength the next morning. She was given 1.1 liters of pHd water since the top inch was already dry despite flushing the night before. I am taking her thirst to mean she is recovering well. I plan on resuming the GH least aggressive feed schedule tomorrow and will begin feeding with every watering. Now that she's on the mend from the nutrient lockout I can tell she's thirstier than what she used to be, I'm taking that to mean she's hanging in there. Friends, growmies, cousins, comrades, colleagues and cultivars. Updates last week were minimal because this plant mama came down with COVID. Flushing a plant during COVID fever is no joke. Stay well and healthy everyone. August 19, Day 29. Fed at least aggressive strength today until 25% runoff. Included a new supplement to the nutrient line up, silica. Today is the first time I use it so I went easy and used the weakest dose. Plant has 5 main sites so far, yahoozie. To top a second time? No se todavia, deja lo pienso jajaja August 21, Day 31.Topped one more time, clipped the tallest point to give the others time to catch up. I know I will need to defoliate a tiny bit, soon, but I'm a bit scared to remove either too much or a mega vital leaf. I'll watch videos about it and aim for next week. I sprayed the top inch with pH'd water and will feed and water tomorrow morning. August 22, Day 32. Fed and watered, no recharge since I used it on Day 29. As I repositioned the kabob sticks, I noticed a couple of milestones - she is in the very beginning stages of forming pistils and she is beginning to smell. I plan on keeping her in veg for at least 2 more weeks, hopefully this isn't super ambitious for a plant named Kaboom lol 😂 August 24, Day 34. I checked on Kaboom and found that the top inch was totally dry so I fed and watered her. I used everything except recharge, but will use it at next feeding since I'm aiming for 10 days in between applications. I think Kaboom is looking fabulous

Increíble crecimiento esta semana, prácticamente ha doblado su tamaño. Incluso Critical #2 ha superado en tamaño a su hermana mayor. Critical #1 ha crecido algo menos, pero ha echado bastantes yemas y pistilos. He tenido que doblar las puntas para que no se estiren demasiado. Supongo que la bajada de temperaturas y el aumento de humedad esta semana ha ayudado. He bajado la luz un poco para que penetre por los bajos y he cambiado los nutrientes para que empiecen ya a engordar las flores.💪 Se nota que quieren más alimento, todo lo que le eche se lo comen en 2 días. 😜
