I started her flushing this week. I think she wants another week to ripen so I don’t plan to chop her until next Saturday (29/2). She is still filling in the runs on her tops. Two weeks ago I wouldn’t have thought she could but there’s been plenty of calyx growth and the runs are nearly gone 😃.

Week 5: Repotting and Training Hello dear weed friends, I’m back with my fifth weekly report on my grow with four different strains: Lemon Gelato, Orange Sherbert, Apple Fritter and Bruce Banner. This week was very eventful for me, as I repotted all my plants into their final pots and trained them further. Here are the details: I repotted all the plants into 19-liter pots, as they had too much thirst for the smaller pots. The roots were very healthy and strong, which made me very happy. I covered the soil with a layer of perlite to protect it from drying out and ward off pests. I treated all the plants with LST (Low Stress Training) by tying them down. This resulted in them all having about the same height and a nice bushy overall picture. You can see that on the pictures I sent you. I ordered a special scrog net from a friend that came to my mind. It is supposed to be an innovative solution to optimally distribute and support the plants. I’m very curious about how it will work, but I will only test it in my third grow. My provisional net, which I actually wanted to use, unfortunately tore when I hung it up. That annoyed me a lot, but I quickly came up with an alternative. I used some hooks and tent poles that I had left over to make a makeshift net. You can also see that on the pictures. I’m now very happy with my plants, even the Lemon Gelato seems to regulate itself. She had some problems with nutrient uptake at first, but now she looks much better. I still fertilize according to schedule with all the fertilizers possible for me. I use all the options of the fertilizer that you can read in the fertilizer directory. So, I start the harvest last week, but didn't get time to post here, first were the top bud, and this week I got the rest of the plant, it is a good strategy as the lower buds could develop a little more! Amazing growth! I am very happy with the wield, it was my 3 growth at all and my first LST! Great results! Thank you all for the support! Now I will stop for 3 months, going to Africa for a little bit! :-)

Here we are this girl is flowering fast. So I do not think this is purple haze unless it is the fast flowering version.But even then, I don't think it is based off of other characteristics... So I legit have a mystery plant on my hands.. I will say she's getting frosty. It's super super early yet, and she's already frosting up, so I am happy about that.. I hope everyone is doing well.. The stretch is definitely in effect! The pistols are pistoling and the bud sites are popping up and flourishing with the help of a bit of lst, All signs are looking good to a successful grow / yield hopefully, Not drinking as much as I thought she would but I’m sure that’ll come, Root ball size is starting to fill out the fabric pot, Week by week now 🤤😴🤤

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Everything looks Ok to my unexperimented eyes.

. End of Week 12 (Day 84): She is doing good and unmistakably into flower. I've moved nutrient ratios into bloom and she's showing no sign of burn or distress from it. Leaves are filling up with trichomes and getting sticky. The smell in the tent is quite delicious, a candy aroma of cherry blasters and citrus, with a mild skunky undertone. I can see why this 2.0 gets rave reviews from growers.

The colors this week are almost overwhelming! I am particularly excited as last time I ran her she wasnt nearly as colorful. The scent is also really starting to get up there & is noticable even with carbon filter. Shes starting to have a few pistols wither so she cant have long left.
