These girls should go another 8-9weeks but our first frost date is around the 10th of October hope for a warm and dry fall. 08/29/2020 got her tied down, snapped the center branch so I tied her stem upright. Gonna give her one last dose of blood meal (12-0-0)before week 3 starts that should be good for the next 4weeks, and 2 tbls of (4-9-3) so my last feeding will be (16-9-3) for the stretching fingers are crossed🙏

I came back to the fridge after 6 days and stretch was running massively. They grew like 20cm in 6 days I changed my climate to: 27° C 60% rlf in order to adapt to early flower Day and Night same 45% light about 580ppfd Still running the water in a circle. Adjusted the scrog a bit in order to fill the space more They eat like 1100ppm CO2 an hour 😎 __________________ Update: last 2 videos show day 8 of flower ,🤙🏼 Decided to give them a heavy defoliation due to it being a closed loop system and them emitting tons of humidity. So far so nice 🏼

Day 8 Not much to say today, just kept an eye on them. watering tomorrow so ill give an update on that. 84 days!!!! I came back after a 12-day vacation, and immediately rushed to cross it:) it's a pity that I didn't see her last 12 days, I only got a few photos while I was away :) but that's the point:) The girl coped with nature's challenges really well, there were cold, rainy, windy days that she endured, but there were also very hot days +35° C during which she warmed herself on the northern balcony where the sun shines for a maximum of 5 hours under ideal conditions:) but the result makes me very satisfied and happy, a cool strain :) good luck to everyone, the update will be after the harvest dries out:).

Thank you to everyone who has been following, commenting and liking each week, it keeps the motivation to create the best diaries I can for everyone to enjoy or learn anything they can from. This was another fun run, with stunning colours to finish. She was dried for 7 days before being dry trimmed and jarred for curing. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out properly. Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

In a beginner grower pickle... they may look good, and though it seems I may have done everything right through veg, I am almost near sure I messed something up between flower weeks 2-5. They're maturing, but not nearly as much as I thought they would. By now, I imagined they'd have thick bushy white pistils covering at least 6-8 inches of the top of each Cola. So many mysteries. Is it the node spacing? If so, should have flipped earlier. Is it due to nutrient issues (too many nutes? didn't feed as much base as H&G suggested? Too big of a swing while trying to lower medium EC and PH in medium? Too much pruning on the top? The only real variable is the Banana Kush. BK is in the far back left and obviously the most difficult to reach and maintain. Initially last week when I flushed, I wasn't able to flush as adequately as other plants nor have I been able to trim, maintain, or LST as much as other two plants. This is the only plant as of right now that does not give off a chemical/nutrient/ammonia smell when I touch the buds, but rather a nice sweet, Banana smell, and it's bushier than the Trainwrexk and G13 Is it because I didn't trim.as much and the buds are feeding off leaf and stem nutrients? Is it because there are fewer bud sites for the light to concentrate on, and thus yield bigger colas? Or is it because I continued to feed this plant has continued to have a high intake of nutrient despite my best efforts of flushing and maintaing? In any event, I could just be the most impatient person ever, and I hope to be pleasantly surprised in the next week or so, or it's puffy popcorn tops for me. Day 85 Update: G13 has a ton of fan leaves turning fast. Pretty sure it's a PH issue. Should I wait until they're dead to trim them off or get rid of every fan leaf that is affected more than 50 percent of the leaf? Something definitely is going on. Could be nutes, could be lights, could be the strains.. who the hell knows but I thought they'd be much bigger and gurthy by now. They still look good but man I wish they produced more...

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!

What do you think about these first days? The humidity is not much stable but I’m planning to buy a humidifier in the next week.

I defoliated them a lot and gave them some transition nutes to get them ready for the flip to flower in 7 days. ✂️💉 Oh they grow so fast.⏰😢😭

Still did not get to smoke it, will let it cure for a few weeks. Many of the lower buds were very fluffly, in total there was around 140G dry, but around 40 grams will be kept with trim for cooking maybe. So 100 grams dry flower is pretty sweet outcome.

I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Day 48 - 11/11/19 started this week early by accident. Plant smells like tropical cheese and i cant see the stalk anymore except from the leaves, very bushy and seems to be in a mid stage of flowering. buds are getting bigger by the looks of it. very sticky also! Ive been removing about 2 leaves per day from this one, started with a couple touching the soil and removed a few higher ones today to expose the buds to more light and fresh air. when looking at this plant side on the main cola looks huge and growing more every day. im assuming this is about 2 weeks away from harvest so il probs flush next week. roll on harvest time! other than that the humidity has went up to 50-55 the odd time when watering all the plants. it doesnt stay high long with the heat from the lights so it should be fine. Day 51 - 14/11/19 Still removing the odd couple of leaves every day to let the fresh air get near the main cola, i still cant see it very well but it looks like what a 6-7g bud looks like when its dried aha. the smell can be described as if someone took a cheese strain and added something powerful and herbal/tropical to it. cant wait to order my jewelers loupe in a few days to see where im really at :) and i added a video to show the plant looking all frosty. a few weeks to go now!

Sooo I forgot to update the diary for about 3 weeks,good thing is you guys didnt miss that much cause I got the luck to have a more sativa pheno, thats why this girl will prob still take another good 3-4 weeks. Shes getting fatter every day, the calyx started turning purple around the plant so maybe just a classic „cookies“ pheno or maybe even a whole purple plant who knows what will happen with her when we start to flush.

I was on hollidays for all the week, i was thinking that the survive of rhe pla t would be very hard, but it’s ok. She feels very well, and beggin the flowering.

Se detectaron 14 hembras y 8 machos en este seguimientos de semillas regulares lo cual me parece un numero bastante bueno de hembras para buscar algún fenotipo de buen aroma y terpenos marcados , los machos los eliminamos. Se trasplantaron las 14 hembras a maceteros de 7 Lts cuadrados , ademas ocupamos micorrizas de GreatWhiteMyco para ayudar a las raíces . 14 females and 8 males were detected in this follow-up of regular seeds which seems to me a pretty good number of females to look for some phenotype of good aroma and marked terpenes, the males are eliminated. The 14 females were transplanted to pots of 7 square meters, and we also used mycorrhizae of GreatWhiteMyco to help the roots.
