Greeeeeat week! Dynomyco has truly helped this Girly to get off to an amazing start and gave her the force to gain thick stems and more branches! It could also be the addition of Co2 in the grow area! I also give her a diluted foliar feed of formulex as she goes through the day as I have a very low humidity for that week but I can bring it up now as I don’t need it so low in my home! (Was drying other plants)

8/12/24 - 8/18/24 Start of Flower - 1st Full Week Saw a potential for Nitrogen Toxcitiy. Dark green, almost black tips, downward pointed. #1 was 35 cm @ 8pm-ish. #1 was 40 cm @ 8pm-ish. #1 was 45 cm @ 8pm-ish. "2:30 am-ish - Going for a ""flushing"" watering. Hoping to slightly lower the suspected nitrogen levels. Warning Watch: Runoff was 5.6 pH, EC 3.2, 1650 ppm500, 2250 ppm700 at the end. Might be high but another flushing watering will calm it. #1 was 51 cm @ 10pm-ish." They looked great throughout the day. "1:00am ManBear (friend's name) became the proud surragote father for #4. She became his to manage the way he sees fit. #1, #3, and #4 have not been watered since Day #20. I suspect they will need it soon. #1 in now 60cm at 1am-ish. 6:30pm: Flush watering of #1 #1 was 65"

Week 7 we increased the bio-grow / bio-heaven to 3 ml/L to provide more N to the plants but they still look like something is missing. More fresh air is provided this week. At the beginning we thought that this light green pale colour on leaves was due to N deficiency or fresh air. After a week of extra N and Fresh air we can say that non of them was what is causing this issue. All these let us believe that our problem is the low temperature as in the end of the dark period temp drops down to 17 c and is likely that soil gets low enough to stress the plants. Effort will be made in week 8 to get them back in good health and switch them to 12/12 as soon as possible. Our auto "noname" strain after a week of watering with just high PH water around 7.5 is back to normal feeding. 2ml/L biogrow/bloom/heaven and 1 ml/L topmax. It's aroma is intense grapefruit/citrus.

I’m overjoyed with the phenos this strain is producing, strong vibrant purples with some serious flavour profiles! After 14 days drying, 7 days hanging and another 7 days on cardboard boxes 📦 at a temp between 61 and 65 degrees F and a humidity between 52-55 % I trimmed all the buds and jar them with Boveda 62. After 2 days in jars ( 16 days from cutting the plant down) I weighed in everything. I got 434g of grade A buds and 685g of Grade B ( perfectly smokable ) buds plus a lot of trim that I didn’t weight. I’m very pleased with everything and I enjoyed every single step along the way. Probably next time I will lollipop/defoliate more aggressively so I can get more top bud and less grade b bud.

So this grow came to a finshed but I had a. Few issues that’s held me up from finishing up the diary, but in due time I will reupload it all in order soon. But over all I will also update with a final weigh in of each strain produced so stay tuned 🤙🏻🔥

The buds got a little bigger and more pistels are getting orange. The plants are also taking up less water. A lot of trichomes are turning milky or are already milky and a few are amber. They're about to reach harvest within a week or so. First I would like to see more amber trichomes. I've also dicovered a swollen calyx with a seed so there must be a hermaphrodite in the room. That's the disadvantage of a scrog setup. You can't check everything 100% So some buds will have seeds, I just hope not too much. 🤞 This was this weeks menu for the Pineapple Chunks: Day 1 → Dry Day 2 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 3 → Dry Day 4 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.5) Day 5 → Dry Day 6 → Each 1000 ml (0.26 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients. 8 ml Terra Bloom, 2 ml Power Buds and 2 ml Green Sensation was added to 4 liter (1 gallon) of tapwater (ec 1.24 – ph 6.4) This was the last time they've got nutrients. Day 7 → Dry From now on they'll only get ph adjusted tapwater mixed with deminiralized water to get an EC value of 0.3 and I'm going to add CannaFlush to one batch next week. Cobs stayed with the same power and height as last week and that was 320 watt at 45 cm (17.7 inch) → DLI 43/PPFD 995 Next week DLI/PPFD will get lowered to 38/880 for 4 days and then lowered again to 35/810 till the end of the run. Pests The amount of sciridae increased a lot (as expected, because the population should be about to collapse), but I also noticed that they were being accompanied by exactly 1 premature spider mite (drop in RH). Because my environment seemed to fall out of an equilibrium, I thought about using fine quartz sand (0.1 - 0.4 mm) and nematodes to hinder the adult Sciaridae from laying eggs and also actively hunt for their larvae, while being able to get back on watering regularly... In the end I actually ordered those - but decided not to use them because the process of drying out the substrate was already in its final stage [foreshadowing: bad idea]. Plants Also, the variegated plant got cellular damage... most likely because my temp. and RH varied too much (VPD and temp. spikes were too extreme and rapid). [Variegated plants in general are less resilient and need a more stable environment]. Setup Until now, I didn't use any fan so that I could keep the moisture and temperature up, but from now on, I will start to activate an exhaust fan at about 0,5 -1 air exchanges per minute. This should homogenize the environment but also decrease the temp. by 1-2 K, and the RH yet again by another 10%. It also allows the plants to transpirate more efficiently, and with that, normalize the VPD. Living Soil In general, when the pests are in control, I will yet again focus on the 'right' environment rather than battling those pests. With this approach, I can keep the moisture content in the tent the way I want to without worrying about anything else.

Pistils starting to turn a little Amber, buds filling in a little more and trichomes starting to have nice coverage, everything is looking good so far!

3/27/25 Watering with RO water and FinalPart to wash out salts. About 2 days from now is chop time. Watering 4 times a day for 45-50sec each watering. Light at 90% intensity. Dehumidifier running 24/7 set to 45% RH, tent RH is ranging from 45-55%. Buds swelled up good. The different phenos are very visible, (A) is front left, (B) x2 to the right in front and back, (C) bis left back. (B) is definitely finishing faster than the rest, I'll try to harvest them sooner when they are done. The ladies looking beutiful.

But what about outdoor growing? --- As far as how I determine flowering, --- My personal logic and opinion is that nature does not change immediately. So I usually don’t count the beginning stretch phase as part of flowering. If anything, I think of it as the end of veg. --- The stretch phase usually lasts between 14-21 days. As far as day one of flower development, this is different with every pheno. --- Anyways! --- Plan to clean the main tent tonight. Also need to transplant the rooted cuttings in the propagation dome. --- Let’s go Ensign! - [20:37]: Took 4 old solo cups (has bottom corners cut for drainage) and partially filled each with some fresh dry BuildASoil 3.0 potting soil. --- Made sure that the soil was well packed. --- Also made sure to mark each cup with the name and pheno number. --- Misted the dry soil with a bit of RO water (~3 sprays). --- Inoculated each cup with Great White mycorrhizae. ------ Sprinkled 1/16tsp of Great White --- Time to plant! One clone at a time, - [21:49]: Took a rooted clone and placed them into each solo cup. --- Made sure the solo cup had enough room for more soil. - [21:54]: Inoculated each Coco Coin with Great White mycorrhizae. ------ Sprinkled about an 1/16tsp of Great White onto each Coco Coin. --- Made sure to get the sides evenly. - [22:09]: Gently filled each solo cup with more soil. --- Completely covered the top of each Coco Coin and made sure to tuck the sides fairly snug with soil. --- Evened and patted down the top soil smooth.
