I originally had applied to Green House Seed Co.'s Taste of the USA Contest here on Grow Diaries. Turns out I was ineligible but the good folks at GHS still had the big hearts to send me seeds anyway. So big ups to them for hooking this grower up. Welcome to the Sea of Fire 🔥 For this grow were using the Dark Phoenix seeds that GHS sent to me to create a Sea of Green. I've got 8 plants in 8 1L pots. I've decided to use Black Swallow's living soil for this grow so we won't need to add anything but water for the first 3 weeks or so. Our goal for this grow is to have these girls ready for harvest in about 20 weeks which will bring us to the beginning of November 2021. If all goes according to plan these firey buds should be filling my friends stockings this Christmas.

Ho sistemato LST giornalmente perché continuano a crearsi nuove ramificazioni e gemme ovunque. Sto irrigando con 0.5L di acqua ogni giorno, ma credo dovrò passare a 1lt perché l’assorbe subito. Giorno 35 - l’apicale si é spezzato al 50% ho provveduto subito a mettergli del nastro di carta intorno e fargli un sostegno sotto per reggerlo nella sua posizione. Immagino che ora se dovesse sopravvivere avrà un blocco di qualche giorno. *Giorno 35 h.20.30 dopo solamente 6 ore l’apicale ha iniziato ad alzarsi da solo staccandosi dal sostegno, assurdo!

Última semana ,he hecho lavado de raíces y he añadido agua limpia, bueno en resumen a sido una locura, cada una va a su ritmo en floración unas ya han acabado la floración otras están en mitad de floración y otras apenas han empezado a engordar el cogollo... Estoy haciendo lavado pero es una lastima, tener variedades tan diferentes, incluso de la misma raza como las Lili y unas han florecido bastante antes que otras... Total que en lavado de raíces, unas habrán echas bien en la floración, otras a mitad de floración y otras como las amnesia que son de 70 días ... La próxima vez intentaré al menos hacerlas, todas o sativas o todas índicas mezclar variedades tan diferentes a sido una locura , sobretodo en crecimiento, he sufrido de todo incluso con el hidroponico, se me taponaron los desagües por tubo pequeño, tendré que inventar otro mecanismo para el desagüe... Está última semana he echo lavado raíces con final flush, y he regulado el pH a 6.2 con agua de grifo y lluvia, también he metido encimas de limpieza así estarán una semana y si veo que se ponen bien amarillas , afilo tijeras...quiero que estén hiper limpias para que queden bien limpias de sabor...

Well what an eventful week, after trying to get her to bounce back, the smoothie has been put out into my outdoor grow house, if she finishes I'll take it as bonus buds, had to weigh up the pros and cons and figured giving the zkittles all that free space and concentrate on her would be best,.. first run on autos so you live and learn,.. zkittles is now on a adjusted week 9 feed, dropped the bio grow by half and just knocked the others down a little but, don't want to go through the same thing again with her,... she looks well though, what do you guys think?.. 🤔 day 56, roll on next week 👌👍🤞

Ended up harvesting 14 1/2 dry off of these five autos we’re all Supposed to be gelato 33 auto but ended up looking and tasting very different Was wondering if I possibly got a mixed bag by mistake from breeder

Week is going super well, did notice trichomes are starting to develop more in the coming weeks. Still struggling with watering mainly because i have 3 different strains and i dont know the flow yet. Watering schedule is thrice a week, I nutrient feed on sundays, water on wednesday and compost tea on fridays 500ml each pot. Will be monitoring the trichomes hereafter, today is day 90 from germination, super happy with the results no stunted growth or slow growth. Will set my harvest day between day 120-150. I am targetting longer harvest time for the purple punch because they didnt fight for the light and bullied by 2 monstrous sativas. Since it is indica dominant, i am going to chop them once i see 70% amber

DAY 45. Flush has already begun. Checked trichomes, mostly milky/cloudy and odd Amber here and there. One of the girls seems to be maturing quicker than the rest? -any thoughts on that.. was looking to take her to day 60. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

The seeds that I thought I found were a false alarm, looked a lot like seeds built up and was super hard in texture but this week it popped and it was just some weird foxtailing I guess. Trichomes are about 20% clear 60-70% milky and very few ember. Very certain that I will chop her next week, this time for real. This grow is a rollercoaster of emotions, that is for sure. Values are average of the day. Update – Day 31 • The flip is complete: all plants have now officially transitioned into flowering. • Differences in genetics are clearly visible – some plants are taller and more stretched, while others remain more compact. • Despite these variations, all ladies are in excellent health, showing strong growth and vibrant green leaves. ⸻ Pest Situation • The thrips problem continues to improve since the nematodes were applied. • While there are still a few thrips present, the overall pressure is noticeably reduced. • If necessary, a second round of nematodes will be considered to fully bring the situation under control. ⸻ Notes & Outlook • The start of the flowering phase looks very promising, with all plants well-prepared for the next stretch. • Structural differences between the phenotypes may result in an interesting variety in bud formation later on. • Everything is running smoothly overall – healthy growth, steady development, and pests slowly being pushed back. • Once again, a big thank you to Biotabs for keeping this grow simple and effective with their Only-Water nutrient system. ⸻ 🌱 Day 31 – the flowering stage has begun: healthy plants, genetics showing their traits, and thrips slowly but surely coming under control.

The first thing I have to say about this variety is amazing! Very healthy and powerful, it develops quickly and smells good, it surpasses my past cycles in its cultivar which were ultra haze and the current white bubba cycle. Two weeks have passed and I do not plan to fertilize for the properties and minerals contained in the soil, at the moment I think enough. Well, we are waiting for 3 weeks!

This week i defoliated on day 18 because i have way too many top coming out and too many lowbuds that were getting no light from being covered by layers and layers of leaves. All strains but the og Martian have real tight internodal spacing.
