Week 7 in the comedy of my garden journey, and my green squad has decided to embrace the art of being vertically challenged – they're like the plant version of a pocket-sized superhero team. "Short and sassy" seems to be their new motto. In an attempt to uplift their spirits, two of the ladies scored a new, roomier 3-gallon final home – it's like they moved from a cozy apartment to a botanical mansion, hoping a change of scenery would inspire some vertical ambition. They're probably comparing their new homes and deciding who has the fanciest leafy chandelier. However, the plot thickens as one plant emerges with a leafy fashion statement that's a bit too avant-garde – discoloration that could rival a Picasso painting. Is it a magnesium deficiency or an oxygen rebellion? The plant might as well be holding a tiny protest sign that says, "Give me answers or give me wilting!" Playing the role of a plant detective, I cranked up the fans, turning my grow tent into a botanical wind tunnel. It's like a leafy hurricane is sweeping through, and my plants are either loving the breeze or planning their escape. As a bonus, I threw in a leafy spa day – deformation and topping, because who doesn't love a good horticultural makeover? But wait, there's more! In the midst of the botanical sitcom, the humidity decided to play the villain in this leafy drama. It's like the humidity gauge is staging a rebellion of its own. So, armed with misters and perhaps a leafy motivational speech, I'm on a mission to turn my grow tent into a tropical paradise and give my plants the humidity vacation they didn't know they needed. Week 7 – where the plants are short, the homes are upgraded, the leaves are avant-garde, and the humidity is throwing a curveball. Stressful week moved house but she survived the hour drive

Por lejos este ha sido mi mejor cultivo hasta ahora, han sido los cogollos más grandes, densos y llenos de tricomas que he cultivado, comparado con el cultivo anterior en el que usé el mismo tipo de planta, está vez fue muy superior. Los motivos de la mejora pueden ser varios, incluidos más luz, ya que en el cultivo anterior solo tuve 480w, ahora fueron 720w, también usé tutores y palitos de madera para crear una estructura firme en algunas plantas, y fueron estás mismas las que tuvieron los cogollos más grandes, así que lo usaré en todas las plantas del siguiente cultivo. Además el tiempo de cultivo se redujo de 4 meses a 3 meses y medio, aprox. Ahora solo queda esperar unas 2 semanas para el secado y ver cuánto fue la cosecha total en gramos secos, la anterior fue de 635 gramos secos, está yo creo que por lo menos rondará los 700 gramos secos, incluso puede que me sorprenda y sea mucho más.

4ème semaine tout se passe bien. 1 des plante a été croisé avec la NYC Diesel j'ai obtenu une graine.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Day 56 - Easy goings. Large and in charge. Flower is fully under way. Really wonder what this one would have done under a larger light that would let it spread out more. Sitting at around 38 inches tall at this point, 49 inches wide.

As with the others she had ph issues. Pushed through. Last week I pult Alga Grow as Plagron suggest it be a week r 2 apart from alga bloom But, she was lacking N. So, I added Raw N in just 150ppm. And the N issue was curved. Kept them both going on everything. Probably could of been flipped last wk. But, I'll do so this week. And weave the nodes and attach them to the net. I'm sure I'll figure it out during the stretch before pre flower. Then once that's over. I just let it grow. And tops that will grow beyond the canopy I'll pull them down. Hoping for a 5-8cm difference in the canopy. I'm gonna to have to cut a lot out that doesn't reach the net. But, I've made sure there's more than enough growth to sustain a full 50cm2 tent full of buds/colas with my limit of a canopy where all colas/bud tops are within 5-8cm. Pref 5 would be ideal. Let's see how the stretch goes. Its been harder than I thought. I defo wouldn't do this again with 2 different phenos. Clones really is a must id of been able to flip 2 weeks had they been the same. There's so much growth that isn't gonna make it, the stems are thick I've been stripping a defol the past 2 weeks and 70% off the nodes are up at the net. So, maybe I'm a bit ahead. You'll see where I'm at in 2 weeks. Diet Pult Alga Grow about 10 days ago. And she was threw into shortage of N. So, I gave 150ppm added to tap. And, seems to be doing a great job. Will start of Alga Bloom this week. And maybe I'll add 50 ppm of Raw N into it. I'll see. Thanks for stopping by, look forward to seen your grows. Either way, good growing.

Tale of two plant. Plant 1 has been the perfect plant so far during flower no really issue and is growing frosty. She look like she will be ready in a week or so Plant 2 is finally coming into shape and starting to get frosty, still lagging behind plant 1 in bud form and frostiness hopefully by harvest it will catch up about 2-4 weeks left

As u can see not all reached the surface so ill be replacing these with Diesel from Soma and Dos Si dos from Zamnesia.

15-01-2022: These pictures are made about 2 minutes after lights went on. So still hanging a bit. They look a bit hungry I think so I added some fresh water with Ata Awa Max A/B. Why? What's wrong with Hy-Pro? Nothing, I got lazy and this was literally within reach of my hands. Will see what happens. 19-01-2022: They seem to like the higher EC. Buds are swelling pretty fast now. Since the RH is pretty low I don't expect that to be a problem. Still about 3-4 weeks left so pretty curious about the results :)

Ein spannender Run mit einer sehr schönen Pflanze als Endresultat. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Gelernt habe ich dieses Mal, nicht sofort den Panikmodis anzustellen wenn es Nanners gibt. Es hat ja dennoch einwandfrei geklappt. :)
