Flower Week 6 – Ripening Phase Begins The girls are now in week 6 of flowering, and the ripening phase has officially begun! The buds are noticeably denser, and resin production has kicked into overdrive — the trichomes are mostly cloudy, with a few early amber heads starting to appear. This week’s macro shots show the frost levels going insane, with every surface covered in sticky crystals. 24K Gold is showing classic ripening behavior: Her pistils are beginning to darken and curl inwards, while the calyxes start to swell. The aroma is becoming very pronounced — a sweet citrus funk mixed with a deep earthy undertone. Gelato 33 continues to build resin like crazy. The buds are slightly smaller but completely coated in trichomes. She’s developing that creamy-sweet scent typical of the strain, filling the tent with a dessert-like smell. Both plants still look perfectly healthy — the feeding routine and semi-hydro setup are keeping everything stable. Light intensity and airflow remain ideal, ensuring no mold or stress signs during this dense phase. Had a bit of nutrient burn nightmare this week haha. i gave a bit more nutes than necessary at a higher strength than normal as they were going into flowering... Bad mistake, i added too much Nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. i was definitely too stoned as i know better than to change stuff too quickly - yellowing leaves, brown burnt crispy patches. flushed to try and fix it. il have to be very careful feeding for the next week. Other than that minor issue shes 60cm tall/24inches - 60-80cm is how tall it is supposed to grow according to the website so im fairly on track for my medicine with only a minor setback. Although this is the highest THC plant i have growing right now it is the smallest. not by much. there is a weak smell coming from the plant now, quite similar to the skunk # 1 auto i grew for my first diary only instead of pine it smell pretty fruity. Everything is going well so happy growing until i update next week folks!

Day 1 drying: Really nice strain! Easy to grow, medium dosage of nutrients. Smells amazing, I’m really curious how they will end up after the drying. Let’s see in some days. Drying day 7: finished and damn the terps are amazing! Smells and taste amazing. It reminds me of amnesia but in a mix with mimosa. Super special. I do really recommend trying this one out. But I would recommend using living soil over coco!

G13 is starting to stack. She is growing good in the Athena blended line nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. I am running a little strong on my solution mix. I will likely do a change in next few days if it keeps showing me signs of too much. It does look like it is getting better though. The plant is just getting bigger, and using it. Nothing else to report this week. Harvest Week 19, 19-25 February 2025 19-24 Feb - Observed and let the plant mature. 25 Feb - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. Jealousy Glue matured beautifully. I love the sweet, piney smell. The trichomes are mostly milky with very few amber colored, most hairs have turned brown, leaves have faded and turned purple around the bud area, all this is fine with me. The breeder recommended 68 days in flower, which is close to spot on with what she was grown in. She appears to have large, thick, resinous, and smelly buds. Very colorful I might add. It has me thinking her smoke must be good! She was cut down the morning of 25 Feb. All big leaves were cut off, and it was hung upside down in a closet by it’s branches. With a set RH of 55%, and temperature of 65 degrees F., it will hang here for 7-10 days, in darkness, with a slight air circulation (not directly on the buds). After that time the buds will be hand trimmed and then put into quart glass mason jars. I’ll place a size 8 Boveda 62 TerpShield in each jar and burp them until 62% RH is achieved. This usually takes about a week. Here they will cure for an additional 30 days. It will last in this state for a good 6-8 months. The Smoq Report: 11 March 2025 After 12 days curing I sampled some product. I couldn’t be more pleased with the flavor and potency. It is a smooth smoke, with a sweet herbal taste that will get you buzzed with just a couple of tokes. You can feel the high pick you up and any stresses or issues of the day just start to fade away and help turn your mind into a relaxing mode. You won’t feel couch locked, she has a good blend of genetics to keep you alert and talkative. She yielded fairly heavy with 11 ounces of smoke. 8 ounces of quality bud, and 3 ounces of lesser and more larfy bud. But it all smokes good. Nothing has realy happened since I cropped the royal cream....It is just hanging. Decided to do a dry trim so that it takes longer to dry due to the fact I am having to just use my cupboard so the humidity is pretty low. Leaving the leaves on just means It takes longer to dry. I am going to crop the Easy Bud in the next few days when the mood takes me. I had 4 left over R. Cream seeds left over because I informed them that. bought 2x 3 packs and only 2 seeds germinated so they sent me another packet which is REALLY good of them and the sort of thing that means I would definitely use Royal Queen Seeds again, for sure! The trich's are basically all cloudy with a few clear. I cant see any amber but my loupe is a ridiculously cheap Chinese piece of crap. I will invest in a microscope camera so I can hook it up to my phone or MacBook. It is way too hard to keep everything steady In order to see what is popping with my sexy trichomes. Obviously feeding has stopped for about a week now. I forgot to change it In the diary last week so will try and correct that now.. I know it is not strictly relevant but I had to go somewhere earlier and took a video because I was able o walk in the middle of a main road in my town which Is usually packed full of cars, especially at the time I was walking on it. It is a time that makes me even more glad I grow my own. I really need to buy the bigger tent, lights and re-locate to the bigger, more subtle cupboard (not the one i am using to dry my weed in the video I posted) and then I will be able to effectively ScrOG the 2 or 3 plants I have, in order to maximise yield so I can be totally self sufficient with regards to my cannabis medicine. UPDATE - MONDAY I just realised I have made a proper idiots mistake an missed out on some much tastier buds because of it. OK, so I got paid today, so I though I would treat myself to some of them cheap COB chips I used for my last grow because hey were super cheap and actually really effective considering the price. I ordered 2x 100w 6000k veg spectrum chips with a solderless connection for my power. I also ordered one of these heatsink + reflector. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MT824NP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 My thinking was that I have a spare heatsink here that the old citizen CLU-048 is attached to so I was going to fit one of the chips into that and the other into the heatsink and fan I bought. This hought process lead me to go ad retrieve the old citizen LED and I thought I would try it. Still didn't work, then suddenly I thought it could be a simple blown fuse so I changed it aaaannnnd.....still doesn't work. doh! I started to remove the COB holder and COB from the heatsink (it was just glued to it using thermal compound) and when I laid it on the table I decided to test the driver without the COB holder on the tiny off chance it might work...nope I then realised maybe I got the + and - the wrong way round, tried again and boom works perfectly. The connection from the holder to the cob had bent slightly off contact. Really annoying that this whole time I could have doubled my photons to the plant, however, really nice that I don't have to spend a load more money on lighting in order to upgrade into the new room. So all I have to do now is spend money on a pre-drilled heatsink and a new metal COB holder for the citizen.

Small But Fearless 🌱💥 Divine Seeds Competition V2.0 Here we go! The first week is done and my Auto Pablo Escobar is already showing signs of a strong and determined character. 😎🌿 After sprouting well in her Jiffy, she was carefully moved into a 20L fabric pot, where she’ll have plenty of room to grow and show off. 💪 I added mycorrhiza directly at the transplant site to give her roots a boost, and she’s already pushing her second set of true leaves. Structure looks compact and promising—definitely one to watch closely. 👀 Here’s what went into her care this week: 🔸 Transplanted to 20L fabric pot 🔸 Mycorrhiza added to the root zone 🔸 Watered twice with BioBizz RootJuice for smooth rooting 🔸 pH adjusted to 6.5 I’m keeping her environment stable and stress-free, and she’s responding beautifully so far. Starting next week, she’ll also get some compost tea to support early microbial activity and strengthen her base. Let’s see where this one goes—Auto Pablo looks like she’s got plans! 🔥🌿

11/25/2022: starting to see some changes in the lower leaf coloring of the Orange Bubblegum which is a bit surprising since this one started flowering last. Not sure what it is yet. The pot was pretty light, so it could be a watering issue, or maybe nitrogen, based on the lower leaf yellowing. Hit all the plants with a double dose of BuildABloom, some Yah-Whey Thrive, coconut powder, and ThermX-70, so we'll see how she reacts. Could also be lockout from the crazy microbe tea. I'll have to wait and see. The other two plants look great. I also appear to be winning the fungas gnat battle. The Strawberry Gushers still has a population, bit the other to plants have little to no gnats at this point. Included mosquito bits, and neem cake in today's watering as well, so hopefully that will finish them off. Getting down to the final few weeks for the Strawberry Gushers, but the Orange Bubblegum, and Newberry still have another month to go. 11/30/2022: plants are all still healthy. The yellowing of the few lower leaves of the Orange Bubblegum has not spread, so I think the extra dose of BuildABloom did the trick. Also, the neem seed tea caused the ph of the water to drop to around 5, and I didn't bring the ph up the first few roundsnof this, so that could have caused some lock out. My last watering and todays i made sure the ph was at 6.8, so that may have helped as well. I know the organic soil should be a ph buffer, but I still feel the need to ph my water. Today's watering was 1 liter for each plant which included the ThermX-70, coconut powder, and Fish Shit. I also scoped the plants for the first time, and I'm seeing about ver few amber on mainly the leaves. The rest of the plants are about 70% cloudy and 30% clear, so we still have some time, which is right in line with what I expected. 12/1/2022: the fungas gnat war continues. I seem to keeping the population under control, but there are still too many for my liking. I've taken a new tactic and added some beneficial nematodes. Hoping this will wipe them out. I know I just watered yesterday, but couldn't wait, so I gave each plant about 3/4 liter of nematode and ThermX-70 water, ph was 6.9. Still seeing some yellowing on the Orange Bubblegum but only on the lowest leaves which receive the least light. The Strawberry Gushers is definitely beginning to fade, and all 3 are swelling. 12/3/2022: watered each plant with 1.3 liters, at a 6.7 ph, with coconut powder, ThermX-70, and BuildABloom. The Strawberry Gushers and Orange Bubblegum are fading. The Newberry still looks good, except for the one branch with the early fade. Buds look great and all three continue to swell. Still a few fungas gnats flying around, but the population is way down. Plan to water with the nematodes again next watering. Also, started turning the light down slightly. Started with a 50 ppfd reduction. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 650 DLI: 42

Empecé la germinación el 23/01/23 en un vaso de agua durante 12 horas, después al taper con servilleta húmeda 24 horas más. Radícula de 2cm y las planto en maceta de 1L Actualización estado de germinación 03/02/23: Meto fotos ya con las macetas rellenas al 10º día y fotos del 7º día comparando las macetas y los tallos. En cuanto el 2º par de hojas sea mas que evidente empezamos las semanas de crecimiento. Dentro de 2 o 3 semanas quizás, trasplantamos a maceta definitiva de 7Litros. Lo veremos. Actualización 06/02/23: Meto unas fotos de las plantas mas grandes, 3 días después para que se vea la diferencia de crecimiento. Además un video mostrando el cultivo entero, la luminaria y la extracción. Llevamos 13 días desde la germinación. Actualización 08/02/23: A partir de aquí voy a empezara a contar ya las semanas de crecimiento. Hemos tenido 15 días desde la germinación. Aug 1: looking really good with lots of stretch and lots of bud sites. Added another scrog net layer and clipped it to the next lower scrog net which is tied off with 500 g weights to gently hold things in place. These nets are great because it makes the whole plant more robust and they can focus on flowering rather than coping with winds that keep banging them around. Had the hail net on the plants for a hour this evening. Hard brief rain but no hail this time.
