So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

overall was great to grow and for it being my second grow I'm so glad how well it turned out some of the frostiest buds I've seen or smoked.

Temperatures ran very high during week 2, I had to invest in a closed loop ac system so I wouldn't lose any Co2 through ventilation. The plant itself is showing signs of heat stress but is beginning to get its legs. The stem is extremely week at the soil line, I'm hoping some strong air movement will fix that problem in no time.

Yoooo! Welcome back 🙌🏼 Just a quick update for week 7 of flower. Plants looking incredible. Zkittlez is really packing on the frost now and starting to develop some lovely colours. The Runtz seems to be continually packing on size and developing - most of the trichs are still clear but I’m seeing cloudy and a few amber ones here and there, so I’m looking to get the flush going in a few days time. Critical Cure is still happy and putting out good growth. Fertilized with a ring of the Coast of Maine around the base and watered it in with a little lime water. Bugs are getting hungry so the plants got some neem oil spray. Heat wave going through right now. Please forgive my slurring in the video, it's been a long week and my brain is addled😜

Start Woche 3 Blüte. Heute wurde das erste mal Entlaubt und ein paar der untersten Triebe kamen weg. Nun haben sie wieder etwas Luft. Die rechte Dame legt gerade einen zwischenspurt ein😳 (Hoffe die ist Ende der Woche mit dem größten Teil der Strech Phase durch)... Beide bekamen heute nochmal ein Topdress mit 2g/l Greenhouse Feeding BioBloom. Ansonsten ist das bisher ein sehr entspannter Run😌😌 Außer ab und an den Tank kontrollieren ist nix zu tun. Tag 15 Blüte Die Lampe wurde nochmal hochgehängt.. (nun ist Ende, höher geht nicht) Aber es kam endlich die Zusatzbeleuchtung an und wurde direkt eingebaut. 40W Fullspectrum als undercanopy und 48W UV (auch als Pest Control). Das Undercanopy ist mit der Hauptlampe an. Die UV ist erstmal auf 50% gedrosselt und läuft je 15min vor und nach der Lichtphase.

This girl seems to be doing very well and they probably will be finished in 2 week or so if crazy weather doesn't ruin everything a nice citric smell with a cheesy smell to it as well is what she has developed and she starting to look pretty nice and heavy . Spero nn cresca di più xké ho paura poi di bruciare le foglie e i fiori come mi è già successo anche con l ultimo ciclo, apparte questo sta evolvendo tutto bene ,grandi foglie a ventaglio si moltiplicano e le cime iniziano già a intravedere il colore ,per fortuna,viola di questo splendido fenotipo!! 😽😋💪🍀 Che piacere vederla crescere e che la mia piccola grow box con pochi accorgimenti si è riempita di verde ! Forse grazie alla magia che fa la luce FC E3000 che diffonde la luce dappertutto uniformemente e si vede che le piante ne stanno beneficiando come non ho mai visto in vita mia ! Not topped, only supercropped twice. Ridiculous growth with this phenohunted three kings allowing for me to lst into an invisible scrog maximizing tops. Pistils blooming at only 7 days in. Drinking about 1 gallon per day. Full res changes twice a week.

Some brown spots shows on humidity effected leafs so I removed them to control a healthy conditions 💪 💪 💪 Update: Day 30 Ladies definitely goes in flowering stage, every day I can observe a massive size and high changes. It's look like the tent will be full of buds soon. I'm very happy to see a purple colour on my Purple Lemonade. I'm excited because this is my first purple strain 😇 🙏 😇 Day 32 I have to move a girls a little to adjust them for better space use. I love to look on them 😍 Spec. Big week this week.. Had to flip the lights, defoliate the full underside of the scrog that took hours .. Then decided to take some clones mid process ending me with hopefully Some good rooters. Also changing up my feeding schedule to a higher dose of nutes almost 1500 ppm. That should hopefully lay my coco with a healthy Base off minerals needed for the boosting that’s happening

Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Well.. Well... Well... We did it!! I'm so proud of the journey. Excited to keep learning more, but very proud of this being our first grow. Things to do different: Stress ourselves out less.. lol Automatic watering system coming soon... New genetics...
