It is so very hot now every day here. All my girls are suffering from the heat and they need to be watered very frequently. I avoid drying them out completely. She is developing nice long colas that start to smell really good.

First week in water.

Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.👏 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

Grow diary 11 Stage 1 Days 1-10 By day 4 all was looking good, she had plenty of roots coming out the bottom of the cube. Day 6 I transplanted her to the 3 inch rockwool cubes that had been soaked for 15 mins in this stage nutrient solution and left to drain for 15 mins, then she went into the bigger propagator. Day 10 she had no roots coming out the bottom of the 3 inch cube yet. Over the last few days she has been getting more exposure to the fan, with the lid of the propagator the humidity is on the low side, but i want to get some air movement around her. She has also grown o.k over the last 10 days. She looks healthy enough and is where I would expect her to be in growth. Temp Max 30.6c Avg 26.6c Min 21.2c Humid Max 85% Avg 69.7c Min 45.7% VPD Max 1.86 Avg 1.03 Min 0.44 Hopefully back in 10 days

Mimosa cake is looking like a fine specimen, great week of growth insisted I transplanted her into the 15L pot that she’ll stay in for another week before I move her into her final 28L pot and start to tie her down

The plant responded well to topping. There is a pencil shape to her, both tops very close together, so I used the clips to LST them in a move constructive direction. Considering she is 3 days older than my Northern Lights, it's quite astonishing for me to see the differences between them. I also went ahead and topped the two tops again. This time by rolling the centre heart out. Thereby eliminating the stress. I want to give her the best chance against my Northern Lights, as she has 7 tops now. Watering with Ecothrive Biosys: .5g/2 litres. I water 2 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4, whenever the pot dries out. Usually about 3-4 days. Looking good, if a little strange. Week 2 (16/03/20) had abit of yellow turn up on the leaf. Took it as nutrient deficiency and topped up on A&B abit more. Now starting to look healthier. Started to tie the babys down to try and make a nice even canopy. Will upload week 3 next week😁👍

GENERAL COMMENT The SKR is dry and starting the cure in jars, and the NL is done. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. This is the final week, next time will be the harvest, this girl just got mature from a day to the other, lost 70% of the top bud due to rot i haven t seen. So i could get virtually 30-40% yield from this girl Without the locks or rot, anyhow still looking ok as far as harvest, quality will be a bit compromise, not the end of times though lol! 🙃👊🏻👍🏻

So this week is week 1 of transition, I have cleared about 40% of the girls fan leaves trying to make sure I get as much light penetration as possible I have about 16 main colas on a couple and between 8-12 on the rest looking for some solid results, going to add all the good stuff next week and lets get ready to watch the magic happen!!!

Easy strain to grow, tolerant a high ppm. Very good smoke. Buds are not very dense.

This has been another great week ! We are at day 36 end of week 4 and these ladies are getting nice and bushy! Still using the same dose nutrients just a little less rapid start at 1/2tsp per gal now PH at 6.5 still. The plants have now grown into 600 par an should start flowering this week!! Que pasa familia, volvemos el viernes con las power plant xL del banco Zambezaseeds, la verdad que estoy sorprendido con el Aroma que desprenden estos ejemplares, es muy dulce y fuerte. Han crecido bastante a diferencia del resto, sacaron brazos largos y llenos de flores. Conseguimos bajar la humedad y eso se agradece por la etapa que afrontamos de floración. Estás tú ultimas semana sin añadiremos PK en polvo. Hemos tutorado las power plant xL debido a la altura y el peso de la flor en si, ahorramos problemas futuros estás semanas y las centramos al engorde.

19th of April day 40 above soil, Plants are looking healthy I broke one branch while low stress training but it didn’t effect the growth it’s still the fastest growing plant in the tent, maybe another week or two veg and then flip to flower 🍁
