Another good week.

5 out of 6 ended up female, pretty happy with that ratio, last week of 12 hour light 12 hour dark week 3 I change to 11/13 to mimic season ending sooner or island (hawaiin) sun cycle that is supposedly known to help express phenos more and make plant finish quicker. a tip i heard from dj short

Week 4 was actually pretty smooth. she was showing nitrogen and potassium deficiencies because she was being terribly underfed and because i had weened her off the veg nutes WAY too soon. I found the dyna gro nutrient schedule and ive been following that. i will definitely be following the schedule much better next round as i wasnt actually aware they had a schedule out. Shes currently week 5 day 1 and shes already fat af and super trichomey.s he still got at least 2 weeks left. she might be ready by week 7 honestly tho who knows guess well see. Ive been giving her 1 gal each time of dechlorinated tap water just straight water. it has been phd to 6.6 ph. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. will probably flush one last time before continuing the bloom feed.

She was again left alone for a week, water only in autopot. Lover leafs turning yellow but I guessing that is quite normal at this stage. Few leaf tops are burned and curled up. Probably due to amount of nutrients that I am adding every time before I leave. Not sure if ORGATREX can be diluted in autopot tank without risking blockage of the system so I always add higher quantity on a day when I leave. In weekly average it is less than recommended but arrives at once and probably causes a shock. Buds are fastening nicely but the limonish smell is overwhelming. Fills out the room in a second. It is a challenge to stay in stealth mode with that :) Brown spots appeared on few more places...no idea what is causing it but it is not fungi. My air circulation is very good and I fighting against low humidity...not the other way around. Switching light to 20/4

The two main events this week: Defoliation and training. The ladies seem to take it well, even though they are not the most fun to play with. Very bushy, sturdy and quite inflexible, I already broke 3 branches by mistake on the one that is the hardest to work with. And I did ended up doing lots of HST on her, cuz it was impossible to do LST. Apparently the nuts I use have a rather low amount of Phosphorus... I had the same problem in my last grow (dark leaves, slow bud development)... unfortunately that time I didn't get what was happening. So I started giving them "Bud Explosion" now, 2ml/l, which basically contains a mix of Phosphorus and Potassium, and the improvement was almost instantly noticeable! I'm thinking they get 4-5 more days to recover in veg. then I flip them.

Gorilla Cookies has been growing good. She is just getting trained out for the foundation to flower on. Everything Is looking good under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. I will likely switch to flowering come a week or 2. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. This ladies look absolutely gorgeous and super strong, they're gonna be flipped into flower tomorrow on February 15th when they'll hit the 30th day since they were planted and the first day of flower! As said, I have flipped this ladies into flower on February 15th so now I think we're gonna see a beautiful stretch specially on this 2 plants which are the biggest one in the tent, very nice genetic, cannot wait to see their performance ❤️💛💚👨‍🌾 stay tuned everybody! Ya estamos en plena floración y con las luminarias a max potencia... Evidentemente el aire acondicionado también está trabajando durante la fase de encendido. Flowa-Bloom es la estrella de los nutrientes a incorporar, pero todos son importantes... Así que sigo la tabla de fertilización de JUJU Royal al pie de la letra. Eso si, primero humedezco bien el sustrato con agua, para aprovechar bien la solución con los nutrientes y que no filtre por las macetas textiles. Riego cada cuatro días.

Week 0 : Sixshooter Hawkbo says Six Shooter is one of the top Fast Buds Strains, so i'm like "yeah man might as well run me some of these, i do like my weed top of the shelf!" so here it is with the six shooter , bought these direct during one of Fast bud's promotions, 3+2 x2 for the price of one, so yeah that' s a good deal ! germinating 5 let's see how many i end up keeping, depends on the rest of the seeds too ! overnight in a glass of water with a few drops of my kelp extract , protect it from the light , the next day looks like some already cracked, putting it in the RQS propagator, dont use your fingers to manipulated activated seeds , cover with some dirt, cover the propagator with a blanket to protect it from light and keep the temperature up. Let's see ! within a day three had cracked the surface, one was all squiggly from being put upside down but within a day it has straightened out, the two last ones took 3 more days to crack the surface, i'm saving them and keeping them closeby in case i need to replace any of the planted seeds. Six shooter have been great genetrics so far, i transplanted three of them on day 4. see you next week for more updates !

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Semana 7 El Scrog comienza a tomar forma y las plantas comienzan a tener un verde mas natural , las plantas reaccionaron bastante bien al apical dándonos un estres de tan solo 3 dias emos aplicado bud fuel 10 días antes de la flora y ahora ultimo se lo aplicamos de manera foliar se a regado con una EC de 800-1200 y un pH de 6,3-6.5 tambien resolvimos la problematica de los hongos con agua oxigenada

Day 58: Everything seems to go smooth. I got my new lamp up, and are experimenting with dimmer, hang height, and space between the bars. This is new for me, my old lamps is garbage compared to this! But as I have 2 pre-/flowering girls, and 4 babies I decided to go with little space between the first 4 bars (for the adults) and the last 2 have some more space between (for the babies), and are not going all the way to the edge. The adults is higher, than comes the teens, and finally the babies so they don't get the same light intensity. I am currently running it pretty low, about 35% and will see the next couple of days how the girls will react Day 61: The girls are starting to hang a bit. I do not know what is causing it, or is it just normal? I took the pictures and video about 3 hours after the light turns off, so it might just be that they are sleeping? Other causes could be too little light, as I just switched to my new light, and are running it for the first time. Maybe I do not water them enough? The humidity has also increased, and is around 50-65%, maybe that is the reason? I also started using RO water, so could be something with the nutrients? Do any of you fellow growers have any idea? UPDATE: Big thank you to @Maltaherbman for your answer. I have raised the lamp a bit. I read 900+ ppdf on my phone before, and now I am getting maximum 800. This is properly not a correct reading, but at least I have it to compare with. I waited to see what happened after the light turned on. Ill took 2 new pictures, and the left lady is all ready recovered, the right one almost, so they might just have been sleeping, but ill keep the light as it is for now. Also a big thank you to you @GrowingGrannie - I keep the coco wet at all time. I have been flushing them a couple of times before, so maybe the watering volume this week is a little lower than usual. Also the watering volume is kind of an estimate, but I will take your advise and keep better track of how much I am watering, but I think its about 2-3L every 2-4 days

==== UPDATE 31-10-18 ==== Weight after 4 weeks: 137 grams from one plant! I am so happy :). 123 grams of grade A bud, 14 grams of great quality larf. My last grow had about 130 grams from 4 plants. Only two thirds of it was good bud. Autoflowers, never again! This plant never got bigger than the 70*70 tent it grew up in, so I used 0.5m² . 315w CMH started during week 3 of flower. Thanks again to Zambeza for a monster yielding plant. ======================== It's been quite a ride. The plant was harvested at the end of week 11. This plant survived spider mites, maybe thanks to the predatory mites, and environment actions. A slow start in the first few weeks but it turned out quite beautiful. I will update with weights later... if you are interested, leave a comment and I will notify Thank you very much for following my diary, and for all the kind support and advice. The "flavor report" is based off some trim hash, which was truly an A smoke. I can't recommend Critical XXL enough! Thanks to Zambeza for this great experience. This girl grew up to be 77 days old. She grew short and without training, focused most of her energy to her main top cola. Even with the cheap Chinese leds shes got dense and really does pack a punch with a strong aroma and flavor. I'm thinking I should probably get more of these beans while they're are still available because she could easily be end up being added to the favorites list. I'll probably put a few nugs away for a long term cure. She was a pleasure to grow.
