Week 5 (Feb 1 - Feb7) Added about 2-3 teaspoons of Wildroot Organic Concentrate Mycorrhizal Fungi to the roots and soil during transplant over the weekend, and within 48 hours all three plants not only sprung back to life, they grew at least 3x in size. The droopy leaves all stood straight out like they were injected with Viagra! Grace was grown in a cup with the same water-only organic soil that all three are in. The other two started out with an "organic" soil from a big box garden center. Grace's leaves were a rich, darker green than the other two. But the big box soil did a lot better on starting the seedlings. I lost 2 other seeds in an attempt to start them in the water-only organic soil. Biggest problem was with the density of the soil, which lifted with watering and took longer to percolate.

Growing naturally just water and organic matter with ashes…so far no problems. I can’t wait to taste her.

The journey continues, nothing much has changed. The Chem Beyond Diesel is taco-ing hard, probably due to the light being close, but since the NYC and BJ are the same height and are not taco-ing, this one might also just be a little more sensitive (?). The BJ and NYC are fox-tailing quite a bit, so the plants could also just be showing different reactions to the same stress? Either way, there isn't much I can do at this point. The humidity is a bit high and I have defoliated some more to help bring it down. I might have to consider some other options, too. I switched from Hesi Root Complex to Canna Rhizotonic now (because my bottle was empty and I wanted to try something new), and also added some D-Block to my reservoir to help prevent clogging. The plants are supposed to be 8-9 weekers, but they look more like at least 11 right now. I guess we will see.

Week 8 and she's about a week into flower finally.

Flower Week 1 Day 0 to 6 - 4/22 to 4/28 Flip week and same day extreme defoliation to encourage top stretch. (flip day was actually 4/24) The defoliation of everything below the bottom two nodes really shows the difference of breakage on these. I'm glad I ran these through to the end as you can see the difference more directly on the same plants rather than 2 separate plants. (although Im sure you can gather the same information that way too) Feed this week was an auto pot reservoir feed at 600ppm total before add-ins. I used 450ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and increased to 150ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 as it will be for the rest of the grow Videos Defoliation before and after Next week I plan to train the stretch and lowest branches for Schwazze defoliation on day 21 of flower. Feed next week will increase to 650ppm and it will be the first reduction of Veg Mix.

First week was running quite well. VPD could be more on point but it's alright. The lights are now at 25% (~66W). I'm just not quite sure if I should just let them grow or if I should LST them. Allegedly King's Juice has a nice natural structure. Oh boy I just had to put an early update in. King's Juice #3 is exploding while #1 is continuing to be the drama queen

2 months and 3 days this auto is a killer, I put her in a 5 gallon pot, because why not? well first of all her root ball was tiny i'd be surprised if she went all the way down actually. You'd easily fit her into a 2L pot and get a ball park result. I might add a few in my next grow to fill the space beween the tray and the wall I have just enough space for one row in a 4x4 that's like 8 plants lol . If i do that I'll cross her side colas in front of her so there's no damage with the tent when it get sucked in when it's closed. What I really want to do is to do a full tent with these little pots, maybe do it SOG coco, because you can get a shit ton of the small pots in there then pull a decent amount of bud - strength in numbers! The harvest went okay, went in chopped it down at like < 5% ambers all milky not clears. hung it up to dry, it was moist the first three days but then on day 4 it dried out almost instantly, i pulled it and jarred it with boveda 62% (I couldnt find the 58s anywhere??) stems and all, prayed for 10 days, didnt open them, no burping necessary, not really with what happened and the boveda in there. Came out incredible. Strong, like I said, really smooth smoke, snow white ash, and it litterally tastes like grapes. Can't believe it how much it tastes distinctive, i'm guessing the rudiralis cross really supports the grapey taste. when you're pulling the smoke is sweet and a grapes, and it's not other berries, it's really grapes. For sure one of the better smokes I've ever had, and I smoked some GSCxGrape cross recently, these reminded me of that smoke but better on the grapes-side of things, still earthy though maybe a hint of coffee... The plant itself grew just like other rudiralis-dominant strains I've had, straight up in a pinetree shape, side colas grew almost as tall as the main cola the end. She had really thick indica leaves, amazing green colors on the stems even after the chop, that contrasted with the incredibly dark purple and royal purple flowers. Straight from the start of flower the purnurples started creeping straight from the flower nodes onto the leaves. Their coloration process was really amazing to watch happen purples literally bleeding onto the leaves. as she flowered, her nodes opened up in typical "strawberry"-strain fashion, like making those nice open flowers, full of trichomes and sugar leaves covered in trichs and oil. Loved it ! She didnt really smell that loud until the very end then she really smelled strong like lemon peel, a testament to how strong she actually is. If I find the space, i'll try to make some extracts from a full tent, probably the best vape juice anyone ever has tasted.

This next week should be the bounce back out of the stunt I have really been waiting for. Went with a heavy decomposing top dress instead of the teas I been brewing. Might add more castings other then that I introduced slow burning phosphorus and potassium to start breaking down into July August so it will be available to the plants then. d46 Todavía parece que se han secado un poco más, les ayudaré con un poco de aminoácidos para que mejoren, pero la que se ve más bien es LSD, después seguido de Mimosa Evo, seguido de Melon Gum y para terminar Meganuska que bueno es la que está más afectada también era la planta más joven por lo que esos días de diferencia, se notan en la madurez de la planta, LSD seguramente sea la ganadora y tenga mayor espacio para crecer durante esta temporada, también parece ser que es la que mejor resiste y mejor crece, también las hojas siempre hacia arriba, me gusta eso, que se vea que esta sana, le tengo grandes esperanzas. Rezaremos para que no venga el pulgón ya que ahora no están en las mejores condiciones, para que les ponga preventivos a las plantas, quiero que estén sanas, que puedan soportarlo y asimilar bien ya que les provoco un poco de stress. d47 Me preocupa que Mimosa Evo se ponga a floración, si eso pasa, haré poda apical y trasplante. Pero de todas formas la semana que viene toca trasplante, luego tendrán 1 mes para rellenar la maceta y otra vez trasplante... d49 no se han regado, en un par de dias se riega.
