day 70 was harvest day !! really fast strain, 24h light ON really played a big role as well frosty buds and amazing strawberry smell, now lets dry it !!

Fast Buds StarDawg Day 25 from sprout Light: ViparSpectra XS2000 dialed in at 75% watering every other day to every 2 days Im very happy thus far with Stardawg. In week 3 she has really filled out nicely with nice fat leaves. I have decided to minimally train her as well as the FB WG that I also have growing in the 4x4. Bonus material- my cannabutter pics. No smoke report for a while but I can give you an edibles report in a few hours 😂 Plant #1 suffered gravely and thus was harvested early, dried, and turned into beaaautiful butter/edibles hehe. The rest of it is box drying and I'll be doing the same with that. The top of the plant (first harvest of sorts, after bud rot discovered) was 49g dry, not inc ofc what was binned. I'll let you know the dry weight of the rest but no point giving you a smoke report. She was cut early and suffered a looooot The purple lemonade began as the underdog and quickly took over as my #1 babe. It was far more resilient to environmental conditions and changes- and let's not forget that they went through a hurricane with me and power out for a few days! I don't find her strong on the nose at all despite how big some of her buds are, and how frosty. Very piney, and that dominates everything else. Very excited to see what terps come out more in the cure though- I hear great things about this strain. She was cut today and is hanging in a dark closet with small fan, RH 65% and temp 22c. I did not take a wet weight, but she's heavy. Super looking forward to smoking this one, after a few more weeks of TLC... Sigh. Always we try to wait haha. I will report back when I have more for you all. Thanks to everyone that answered my questions and supported me through my first grow. I've definitely got the bug now and there'll be no stopping me haha Will be back with smoke report and dry weights laterrr 🇨🇦 --- Nov 12 - Plant dried for 6 days. It is a lot airier than I thought it was going to be, so most of it ended up as shake for edibles or something. I ended up with 38g of big bud, 33 of smaller, and over 40g of larf and shake. Even the big buds are airy though, not dense at all. A little disappointing for sure, but I made a lot of mistakes so it isn't a surprise. It is now in jars with humidity packs and I'll report back in a couple of weeks or so with a smoke report :)

I think I didn’t use enough nutrients… leaf tips are little bit burnt, EC too high? I don’t measure my EC, only pH.

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Next week we will start light feed on nutrients , so y’all keep them eyes peeled for next updates an I appreciate y’all for following my grow !!😶‍🌫️💨💨💨🙏🏻💚💯🤙🏻

Hello everyone week 1 has passed for this Banana Purple Punch auto from Fast Buds 😎 this plant is doing very well growing at fast pace and with a beautiful green colour on the leaves. Mars Hydro SP-6500 50% wish you all happy growing!

26APR - They grew a little bit this past week. Thinking of topping by the end of this week. Still unsure being my first grow and all. Anyone have suggestions I am open to them. 29APR - all 4 widows were slightly dehydrated and im guessing ots due to being switched from led to a 1000watt MH bulb. Going to keep an eye on them n possibly trim their roots tomorrow. 01MAY - ended up not doing anything to them other than move them around a bit.

420Fastbuds: Germination Week Banana Purple Punch Auto This grow I decided to rerun one of my favorite strains. I started 14 seeds by soaking them in a glass of water for 48-72hrs then planting directly into the soil. Within 48hrs all 14 sprouted and emerged into there journey of life. Super excited for these and to see how they'll grow. All in all Happy

Are they going into flower? There is not many signs of that because i have a small leak of light between them but will see 🤞

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! I am not that versed in checking preflowers, though I know the difference for sure once flowering starts, but it appears both of these may be ladies! 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. Also, as shown in the pictures, and while still under 18/6 light, DC#2 has developed balls, and is definitely a male. I have been contemplating growing any males out for pollen, but that just might be further down the road for me. He will likely get the plug soon. On the plus side, DC#1 definitely has hairs!

Despite the scrog failing, I was able to train some branches to the outer band. Have a lens coming in tomorrow for trich inspection. Currently most mature plant (red) is looking to have some cloudy for sure. Red probably got her last heavy nutes this week. Cut grow big for white. Will do a semi flush with pH'd water with light cal mag and big bloom on next feeding followed by a final full flush. Ripening seems to be staggered 5-7 days plant to plant red -> white -> blue -> yellow Depending on how things look on the lower buds.I am definitely considering a gradual (ripe bud) harvest approach.

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.
