The CBD started blooming at the end of last week. She's pretty small compared to the Gorilla Cookies, but she's still got a long way to go before harvest. The LST did the trick and I managed to create a nice even canopy. More pics and video's coming up later this week.

Week 2 (08.29.2021 - 09.04.2021) Nothing much to report this week. The ladies are looking fantastic. The canopy is from wall-to-wall. The stretch seems to have slowed down quite a bit. However, I've raised my light up as high as it will go with the rope ratchets. If the canopy gets much closer to the light fixture I'm going to have to figure out a way to create some distance. Tying down some branches at this point would be a real pain in the ass, so I'm trying to avoid that. Easy peezy

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. The 6 plants came out of the ground 😎 Even if the seeds were quite the same after germination, there is a significant difference between the plants growth. I will wait until the transplant in the final pot, but I already have a good idea about the 3 final candidates 😏 I've decided to increase the light power during the week because the plants bear the light intensity. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Blackberry Cake 1 : 1,5cm Blackberry Cake 2 : 4,5cm Jack Herer 1 : 9,5cm Jack Herer 2 : 9cm Cashew Kush 1 : 10cm Cashew Kush 2 : 1,5cm

11th week Only water. The plant starts to fade a little... the smell is increasing. My dog, as well as the cats, is also very interested in the plant 😅

So this week happened a little bit more. All of them got their final BioTabs Mix. Each Plant 500ml of Water with 1g Bactrex and 20ml Orgatrex. No more fertilizer now from the BioTabs Starterset, all they get now is BioTabs Bio PK 5-8 in flowering for thicker buds. Thought it would be a good idea to buy that, will see if it makes a difference. And as you can see i did defoliate them this week also. So much more airflow, finally i can see everything and can worry less about pest and so on. I just hope i didn't do it wrong or did too much of it, it was really scary just cutting off things which grew for such a long time, but i think for the first time it turned out pretty good. In flowering week 3, when i give them PK 5-8 for the first time, i will also defoliate them once more a little bit when it gets out of hand again. Since the biggest plant is about 45cm tall now i will start flowering soon but don't know yet when exactly, maybe a few days, maybe another week, until then they also had enough time to recover from defoliating and i hope everything will work out. Would also be good to get about 5-6cm more on the other plants, so i guess i will do it around Wednesday, but i will see. As you can see the scrog net is installed again, so this time i will pull them through the net and let it in for better division until the end. Really looking forward to my first flowering phase and how they will stretch out, kinda scared too :D See you next week :)

Day 21 Flower Defolation

End of week 2 of flower - Everything is running smoothly after installing my AC Infinity inline fan the environment has been extra easy to keep under control. The smell is getting stronger by the day and the ladies are fattening up nicely, especially my Purple Lemonade from FastBuds she doesn’t seem to be showing a lot of purple which I was really hoping for and she is also the fastest flowering plant in my grow. All the other plants were selected to have a longer flowering period. I defoliated slightly.

Flowering day 63 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Both phenotypes continue to develop very nicely :-). The buds begin to ripen and smell very tasty 😍. The trichomes are 70% milky, 15% amber and 15% clear. As soon as the next 7-12 days are 70% milky and 30% amber, I will harvest. That's why I start flushing tomorrow 👍. It was watered twice this week with 1.2 l per watering per plant. The tent was cleaned and everything checked for health 👍. Unseasonably cold temperatures has had me on edge but growth still looks to be normal. Noticed some magnesium deficiency in some of the lower branches from the temp dipping below 60 so I bumped up my cal mag slightly to compensate. Also increased part B and C of my base nutes as well as Monster Bloom, Nirvana and Purpinator. Still no signs of any purple growth but I'm still very optimistic that these babies will be beautiful no matter what. Might cover up their pots and surrounding ground with hay/straw/mulch or whatever I can find today to help keep the roots warm with lower 40's°F for lows at night in the near forecast. Two of the three Devil's have shown exponential flower growth over the past few days, with more indica characteristics, where the middle Devil is straight sativa, totally a bunch of foxtails forming 🦊 and extra tall, long branches as where the other two are more Christmas tree 🎄 shaped.

Hey y'all! I'm back with an early update because my biggest two plants are flowering! Hindu Kush looks like she's gonna grow some really thick buds. I'm super excited to see it flower. The GSC pistils are some clear, some amber. It makes me really excited for how she's gonna look as she develops buds. I wanted to give a better tour of how the plants look so I took a video to share as well! I am super excited, and I'm starting to get impatient quite frankly! Lol! But really, I can't wait to watch my plants grow day in and day out. I need to find a way to control the humidity, as it is getting hotter in my home and when my tent is closed the humidity climbs up to 82% and some leaves that touch condensate on each other. Not good! I leave my tent open for hours at a time to tame the humidity but this is not a full time solution. if anyone has suggestions please let me know! I will be asking a question soon on it!
