I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! Week 9 D66. Mad how far she is behind. She only started first signs of stigma, (flowering, pistons, white hairs) 14-18 days ago. So by right you should give any auto up to 55 days of flowering. I know some say 70days from seed-harvest but you start counting once you see signs of flowering, no auto will be done under 40 days, has to have at the very very least 40days and even then she still more than likely could still happily bake for 14days and not bend a leaf in unhappiness. You always wanna go by the trichomes either way. Am pushing the PPM up by a couple 100, she can take it. Am going to give her another 20days on this mix 3 weeks and then change it up by dropping nutes and cutting the PPM at least by half a week before the 2 week flush, (when I say flush, I just mean just flawless finish with no run-off and let the plant finish up on that. This being the course if nothing comes up. But you never know with autos. RH is steady at 65% in the tent and 55-58% in the room temp is 21 with lights off and on its 26c. 15/3/22 Taking a lovely overall shape. Going to have some nice long colas hopefully. the cutting time has arrived!! It's time to taste it, it smells really good, but not at all like the fresh plant, I'm a little disappointed.. after drying and curing, the variety smells like bananas, very ripe yellow fruit, with an earthy and sweet background!! it's very round in the mouth, very sweet and resinous, but there's some rubbish in the taste, on the exhilaration it's a bit acrid.. I missed the drying, the heads are compact but cottony... I will succeed better next time!! see you

2/3 plants started showing signs of too much light. Dialed light back and symptoms of yellowing tips have slowed. All have been defoliated as needed.

Nothing new this week. She's still growing steadily and the nutes seem to be doing a good job so far. I'm using the Dual Fuel with a bit of Growth Solution to raise the EC to follow the Green Plant Nutes program and it feels like it's right so I'm keeping like that. The light is set to 100% as the plants are healthy and the weather is getting a bit too cold. I upgraded my second inlet fan from a generic 150mm ball bearing fan to a 125mm Phresh Hyper Fan V2 w/ speed control. Now my tent is so much quiet with both Hyper Fans V2 working on blowing fresh air in and out. Maybe I get a Phresh Hyperfan V2 Climate Controller to manage them automatically next upgrade.
