Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The ladies going well 😁 not much change from last week only the size 🌱✌️

Tuvieron 70 días de vegetativo con poco cuidado pero llevan 30 días con cuidado extremo sin controlar clima ya que su luz es el sol de invierno argentino

Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

Today is Day 62 and this strain finishes in 75 days, so it says on the back of the pack. Anyone recommend When should I start to flush? Only the bottom of the canopy is yellow at the mo! Cheers

I'm happy, the harvest is approaching, I'm stopping to fertilize and next week I'm going to water only with clean water.

Day 63: Another week passes and the girls are now building nice long Colas all over . Buds are looking good and smelling so pineapple/fruity now. Buds are looking nice and hairy without looking airy. #1 In the organic soil is overall the widest and area hungry lady but her sisters are taller . #2 has been quietly pushing her way through the middle position in the grow and has some nice fat looking buds forming. #3 Is a surprise for me as I wasnt sure it would make it this far. No matter what I do , the leaf continues to look awful but the size of her and her now forming so many stacking buds , I am glad I kept her going now !. I do think at least 3 weeks for these ladies before harvest but hope to give them room to swell when the space is opened up.

Day 50 Flowering: Hi growmies. A great week again with these gems. They are all now in their final stage of flowering and I expect them to swell a little more and also to begin the ripening of the trichromes to all cloudy with a few amber ones. They are all doing really well and look to be fed as they need and also no signs of any deficiency. I do kot flush as I am in Living organic soil/coco and also do not use salt based nutes throughout the grow to need to wash from the medium. I also do not believe that flushing has any benefit besides error correction or to reset the medium again. With a slow dry , they use all the harsh chlorophyll that is mistaken for nutrient traces often in quicker drying methods. Herz Og by her standard growing cycle , should be finishing now but I think she can be easily pushed another week or so. Her smell is really sweet now up close with a nice tacky feel to her too. She isnt a big plant but is really well laid out for those pollen transporters to sand the wind to get through . Strawberry Colais am absolute trichrome monster. She is really packing the trichs onto her budstacks and sugar leaves tonwjere they don't look real close up. The camera focuses and tries again to refocus when I take pics of her .lol Certainly knew of the heaviest trichrome producers I have grown to date... I can see hownthe cola name is relevant too with how "fizzy" they appear . She smells candy sweet and very nice . Monster Mash looks alone and like the lanky girl at school who tries to look smaller. lol Her buds are fairly spaced out on the long stems and look more clumpy than joined up. I had to bend the main one over to allow the lights to be kept even for the other plants but she is getting more light to the lower portion now. Her buds are not very fat or chunky yet but i am hoping this week and the shogun Dragon force will help change that. Smell wise shebjas a fuel/sweet aroma to her which is familiar. lets see how she finishes now. So it seems that this last few weeks will sort the wheat from the chaff with a yield report soon. These strains have been very simple and easy to grow and manage with very little effort on my part. If your up for a grow with an auto , definitely consider these genetics from Exotic seeds , my experience so far has been all positive and their end results are top shelf buds and taste. Hi guy's I check trichomes yesterday day 71 and she is Ready lots amber trichomes I will chop her very soon maybe couple days

This beautiful girl has started flowering, she is a real monster, she is feeling good, I will report the flowering fertilizer in a week

Turned lights to 100% a few days ago, top dressed some frass & oats for terp production. Wateted in a bit of coconut water and microbes.

Well i figured i would try some different this week. I main lined her and topped her on day 9. Lets watch and see how she responds. I feel as though doing this early in veg will allow her more time to adjust before flower. Towards the end of the week 2, four days after the HST....we see 2 new main top braches coming in, as well as some action at the internodal cut point which is indicating a "Fimm" job rather my prior presumption of topping the plant. None the less i am excited to see her grow, and i intend on letting her grow naturally beyond this point....just to see the results.
