As I am writing this I have just trimmed and jarred my second grow🤠 I managed to pull 203.9 grams. Nearly half a pound off 1 plant, which I am extremely proud of😁 I haven’t smoked her yet as I don’t want to spoil the experience. I’ll wait a good 3 weeks to a month before enjoy this lovely lady. I did unfortunately find a couple undeveloped seeds. She must have thrown nanners early on which I thought was odd because I didn’t even flower for 9 weeks. I guess she just really wanted to come down quick. So I can’t be too mad at her about that. Overall, for my second grow I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Alrighty growmies 👌🏻 so I’ve had a bit of a week set back due to issues, but back on track, the heat wave has definitely given a few girls a bit of a hard time not being able to attend but none the less, lifted the light again, trying to get on top of this PH fluctuating I’m having again using these stupid PH drops as my PH pen also keep jumping. Besides that I’ve managed to make a new home for the clones and got them under a couple UFO LEDs so that will house them for a few more weeks and al bring out the 600w HPS for them, but these runtz since being repotted have not taking nicely to it at all even using dynomyco so again hopefully by Friday they should be past that stage if not on flowering either way going to be a bomb scare when these taller plants start to stretch might have to bring out the net for sure 🤣🤙🏻 if all goes wrong at least I have my clones for back ups, keep eyes open for the incoming fire thou 🔥

Last week for these ladies. Kept the soil moisture levels very low leading up and did a final heavy de leaf of pretty much anything that doesn’t have trichomes growing on it and will be shutting the lights and turning the heat off for the last 48 hours. Keeping a lot of the sweet leaf on to keep the moisture throughout drying and will do a dry trim. Will be aiming to have a long slow drying period (12-15 days hanging) before I jar them up for curing. Won’t be adding many quality pictures this week since half the time they’re in the dark but will post harvest pictures as they come down :)

Another good week but I am surprised she is not entering the flowering stage yet. Beautiful color and shape! Excellent canopy growth as I finally have trimmed the lower nodes off a plant. Very light defoilation of some fan leaves as well.

9/6 Didn't do a video this morning. Went over again around noon and defoliated what needed it. I noticed what looked like stem mold on the special kush that those locusts have STRIPPED and saw what looked like mold but I left it and assumed it was just a bite out because it wad right at a node. I removed a major branch the other day. When I got back around noon the spot had tripled in size and was 100% mold. I cut that branch off too. It was a large main limb. The plant IS frosty but it's not ready. You cant see it but the calyx is pink. There are some branches that are completely stripped. They like the special kush for some reason and seem to target that. I should go over at night and see what I can see. Pink kush is flowering fairly aggressive. Not as much as the natural mk ultra though. I cant believe how fast those are exploding. As long as weather permits the pink kush will finish. I tried the special kush #1 which I'm almost done trimming and it wad amazing. Really eases anxiety and hits me square in the eyes. Very sedative happy strain. Tastes like pine, skunk and something I can't quite identify. Maybe the forest? I'm incredibly happy with the outcome. 9/7 Holy shit. It's STILL raining. Just for the ones that didn't hear it in the back, 'I' am so glad I harvested that plant when I did!" I got super lucky. I hate having to cut off limbs or come in the morning to find a branch eaten. Next year I'm 100% getting floating row covers. That will fix most problems. Buds are exploding in size. On everything. We've had some pretty high winds as well. The natural mk ultra continues to surprise me. It seems like the flowers get noticeable bigger day to day. Finally the pink kush has some small buds. This is an October strain though. I had already popped them or I would've been running more 10th planet or mk ultra. Hey maybe this strain will make it through the fall and give me some crazy quality nugs. It's an exciting time to be a cannabis grower. I processed and jarred that Special Kush #1. I trimmed almost everything. I have a jar of "smalls" buds that didn't come off a cola and another jar that is "trimmed" but needs to be "manicured" like the rest. I'll finish today and continue the curing process. It's always great to get an early phenome. Especially when it does what you want. Oh, I noticed a couple spots on leaves that COULD be septoria showing again. With all the rain I'm really not worried. I haven't been giving the preventative dose of Plant Doctor but I might do so when I need to water next. If I have a little while before harvest. That would help with budrot or any kind of fungal issue. I don't want to water when it's saturated. I'll wait until next water and even then I may not apply it. We shall see. EDIT: Stopped raining around 1 but it's been off and on. I shook everything off and found a pillar in one of the special kush plants. The one I had to cut to major limbs off. I got the moth larvae and removed all the debris inside. Did that with the other special kush and it was fine. I'm going over after dark to see what is munching on plants so fast. While I was removing the pillar a bird flew behind my head and grabbed something on the plant behind me. This morning a little feather was resting on a leaf. After the dive bomb I turned and found another. I can't help but smile. Nature can take her claim. It usually isn't much and I'm fine with that. The birds however are on my side. We've got a synergistic relationship. 9/8 Finally the rain ended. Didn't have time to take a video and everything was soaking wet. I'm noticing that things are getting a lot more frosty. I found my loupe so it will be easier to look at the trichs. The special kush that ive had to take two main limbs off (because they were totally stripped) is losing more. Long stalks with all the nodes eaten off with just the cola at the top. I'm not going to get much off this plant but I don't want to lose everything. The calyxes are pink and starting to retract. I'll take a look at it with my loupe when I get home. We are supposed to have a pretty good week. The natural mk ultra's buds are exploding in size! For the most part EVERYTHING is. It's going to be a good year.

Entrada dia 30 (sin marcación de desarrollo de plántula) : Señores y Señoras, un mes desde el comienzo de vegetativo y creo que cuando miréis el vídeo que he colgado no vais a creerlo, por que yo tampoco me lo creería, ni por un millón de florines filipinos. Os explico, todas las cuentas de crecimiento, nutrición y desarrollo expectables se han ido sencillamente a la basura y os explicó por qué. Primero, estamos en un ritmo que en cerca de seis dias, los cuatro cultivars están tomando la friolera de 24 litros, o sea que estamos con un ritmo de 4 litros de absorción diarios y eso sencillamente y por aritmética nos va con un litro por grow. El calor ha sido impiedoso la pasada semana y incluso ahora que la temperatura ya ha caído en torno a cinco grados (en temperatura máxima), la increíble tasa de absorción de agua se debe ahora esencialmente al increíble tirón que la cepa afgana fast de Sweet Seeds, ha tenido en los últimos días. Hubo cambio en el ciclo lumínico pasando ya a 12/12, y en este limbo entre final de vegetativo y empiezo de floración, en los últimos cinco dias los cultivars han ganado como 25 centímetros en altura y la multiplicación de ramas laterales ha sido exponencial. Sencillamente os invito a que echéis un vistazo a la entrada del pasado viernes y que registréis, la diferencia de crecimiento en tan solo 5/6 días. Con ello, cuestión número 1 : hasta que talla seguirán las chiquillas afganas "tirando"...todo lo que tenía pensado de cultivars sobre los 65/70 centímetros se han ido al garete y tendremos cultivars de talla de metro muy próximamente y con ello un armario abarrotado y sin un palmo más de espacio. Cuestión número 2: que vamos a hacer con el olor de esta cepa?!? En entrada de pré-floración, ese olor dulzón (casi al puro skunk) ya se hace sentir tremendamente en la habitación donde está el kit del armario de grow. Ya he instalado el ventilador de ozono y algo de olor se dispersa pero si la realidad en pré-floración es esta, cuando empezemos a ganar cogollos, hojas de azúcar y tirón de terpenos, no se a lo cierto, lo que será necesario para evitar la dispersión del olor y eso en un apartamento en un condominio, no es algo que pueda ser despreciable y habrá que intentar crear algún cultivo de plantas de compañía en mi terraza de modo a que se pueda ocultar el fuerte aroma que esta cepa tiene. Cuestión número tres - nutrientes necesarios y consumo de solución nutritiva. Como os he dicho, ahí vamos con nuestro Quadgrow, "chupando" por via de los "smart mat" que caben a cada una de las macetas, más de 20 litros en 5 días...empezé la entrada del diario haciendo aritmética simple, o sea que cada uno de los cuatro grows se toma un litro al día. No hay misterios, grows con crecimiento tremendo, sujetos a calor elevadísimo y humedad relativa que en los días más próximos, llegó a los casi 75% (os había dicho en otras entradas que estuvimos con humedad muy baja, sobre 40%, pero en la última semana y con el tiempo de "levante" (vientos de norte de África y con humedad llegada del Mediterráneo) hemos tenido días de casi 80% de humedad. Si en invierno, 80% ya es una humedad respectable y que no puede prolongarse mucho tiempo, por las condiciones de aparecimento de hongos, en verano, si sumamos a temperaturas sobre los 35ºC, humedades a los 80%, tenemos el "cóctel" perfecto para cualquier ser viviente (sea animal, vegetal o de otro reino biológico) tenga necesidad casi permanente de água (el calor y humedad, tienen la función reversa de causar deshidratacion rapidísima y con ello, hay necesidad biológica de reponer el agua perdida. Estos factores son también determinantes para que nuestra hidroponia y su reserva de 25 litros, sea suplida a los grows en cada 6 días, cuando mi idea sería que habría que rectificar solución nutritiva tan solo a cada diez/doce días, pero la verdad es simple y salta a la vista, a menos de cada semana es necesario hacer nueva cuba de solución y dejar que el sistema radicular de los grows se encargue de marcar el ritmo de riego. Como podéis también ver, esta semana ya hemos empezado a aplicarle la "forma" deseable para sacar renta a los grows. Ya ha sido colocado el entranzado SCROG para que podamos direccionar el sentido de crecimiento de las ramas laterales y también ha sido puesto en práctica, una primera defoliación, para limpiar exceso de hojas y sobretodo por la necesidad de la no existencia de áreas de sombra junto al sustrato de coco y evitar que puedan crearse hongos patógenos, pese a que mis grows siempre son "brindados" con micorrizas y trichodermas, justo para evitar cualquier disgusto a causa de un "menos pensado o deseado" Botritys, Fusarium o "amiguete" del estilo. Para final, que Dios Jah siempre nos proteja a todos, en los grows, en los que mal nos desean y a los que nos pueden hacer daño sin que algo tengamos echo para tal. So pleased with the growth, this week I put a net up to separate out the buds a bit and trimmed the plants to try and get more light to the lower buds. Instead of replacing the water, I'm now directly recycling and adding nutrients and additives. I found the easiest way was to pump the system out into another bucket so I could measure more accurately how much to add and then replace the mix back in the system. The grow room smells wonderful. I'm so looking forward to when I can try it.

The grow was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. My Blue Dream plant developed mold in the buds, so I decided to harvest my Banana purple punch earlier to stay on the safe side. The trichomes exhibited a good balance of amber and milky colors, but unfortunately, there was no time for a proper flush period. Banana Purple Punch encountered the most challenges among the strains. It struggled with aphids, nitrogen toxicity, and thrips, which affected its overall health and bud development. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to high nutrient levels, which likely contributed to these issues. Despite these setbacks, I’m hopeful for a decent harvest. Each problem provided valuable lessons on pest management and nutrient balance, which will be beneficial for future grows. Update 09.08. Today, I brought the Banana Purple Punch into my apartment for a trim session. Since I didn’t trim her wet, this took a bit more effort compared to the Blue Dream harvest. The buds are quite airy and fluffy, but they have a fantastic aroma. The vibrant purple color of the buds is stunning, and I can't wait to give them a proper cure and eventually taste them—I’m confident they’ll be delicious. Unfortunately, I had to discard a few buds due to mold spots again. The rich purple hues of the buds make it challenging to distinguish between mold and the natural coloration, but once they're fully dry and cured, the smell should reveal any lingering issues. The dry weight was 24 gramm.

The girls have basically exploded this week! They were drinking a ton and have responded really well to the steady increase in nutrients. With the room being basically self sustaining, it’s been a lot less work. Yesterday was the second round of defoliation and because this is my first time getting this far, I decided to be pretty moderate. There’s a few plants I took quite a bit off as an experiment and they seem to be doing great! The guy at my local hyrdo store recommended GH Floralicious Plus for flavor and smell, so I decided to try it out and this is some pretty potent stuff. After their first feeding of the Floralicious they are smelling delicious! The one plant furthest into flower is starting to show some fade in the lower leaves, she will certainly be done before the rest. She has a very sweet and sour aroma, especially if she gets rustled around a little bit. I’m stoked for the rest of flower and seeing their progress. Also I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in weeks so those yellow sticky traps are a must.

The only strain for the red flower from sweetseeds we have grow until know, but after these I will grow sure more of it. Also love to grow the Darkdevilauto because of she's colors, my didn't became so dark but more Violet and green i really love it!!000
