Things are looking good. I'm in a bit of a time crunch so I think I'm going to harvest early. Sometime this week probably, just shy of 8 weeks. Cool strain to grow. Very interesting calyx formations at the crowns. I dried a couple small buds and threw them in my vape a few days later and the terpenes seem great. Can't wait to see how it tastes fully cured. I'm going to wash and decarb the buds before curing them, and I've never done that before, so I'll post that here too. Thanks to everyone who read and commented! Happy growing!

Just got a new 600w mh/hps light for now it’s in my current setup with my 250 n it’s dimmed to 50%, only reason I mention is b/c the plants seem to be loving it!! They’re 12 days old from seed, still just ph’d water for them! So far so good :P

They all doin pretty good, leaves are a little too yellow for my liking at this point I should have added some grow to the mix but they will be fine I think. This one is a one of the shorter ones with fat buds. The preflower stretch starded and some future bud sights are starting to show . Plants look like healthy and happy teenagers ! The canopy is even and has almost completely filled out the tent surface thanks to the topping, the lst'ing, and the scrogging : ) I added a second trellis net to support the future BUDS, plants look healthy and happy ! This week i flushing a plant 7-10days and use ice burn then close a light before hardvest 2days.

This is the final week for plant #2 ,#3, #4 ,#5, #11 , #12. The other six will be kept in veg until the first six harvest. I also collected clones of the plants listed above just in case I come across a really good pheno to keep as a mother plant. Today I switched the first 6 into a 12/12 cycle.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Day 77) 12/9 End of another week. Phone is fixed and pics are back. Day 74,75,76 there were no pics due to f'ked up phone but day 77 now has pics. This girl is doing well and still growing taller but I can tell she's at the end of her stretch. Flowers are smelling very sweet like berry and a hint of pine and candy and just sticky as hell. Buds are elongating up and down the stem with a nice 12-15 inch length but buds are forming and fattening slowly, could be the sativa side of her. Still drinking a gallon a water 💦 a day with nutes. Daily temps and humidity fluctuations may be a cause of slow bud growth and it may be my fault for trying too hard to keep environment inside tent and outside tent to the exact same but in reality according to natural science and popular findings it's evident that a swing in these conditions of not much more than 10 degrees/percent is expected between light and dark (silly me!) 12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. The first part of this week has been great. It's cool but dry. There's was no dew on day 2. It's sunny with low humidity during the day. The plants are feeding on the built up nutes in the soil. I did not feed the listed formula although that is what I use prior to the flush week and thought I'd include it. We missed two projected rains and received one very light rain in the early a.m. hours of day 6 of this week. This was a great week for the girls. The rain didn't materialize like the forecast. We still had p.m. hours humidity in the 90s and cool nights, but these girls handled it. Only one has shown susceptibility to powdery mildew. Overall this is a beast outdoor strain for the Midwest USA. We have had a lot of leaf eating caterpillars attacking the plants because the trees are losing their green leaves. Just some natural defoliation no biggie.

ABxRKO is about 42.5" tall, and has been top dressed with about 3tsp of grow dots to give it a phosphorus boost in flower HBSS is about 26.5" tall and has been top dressed with about 2tsp grow dots as I believe it is fighting a phosphorus deficiency. She is giving all the smells, a bright red starburst like fruity smell with a stark citrus note.
