FEEDING Plant was given the same nutrient solution as previous week two times per day DIARY This week was probably the worst week of them all in terms of all the problems that happened. Everything started on Day 146 when strong winds were capable of knocking down my plant two times. Plant wasn't demaged but it is a scary experience to see your plant basicaly up side down. Because of strong winds I was forced to move the plant to the different location. While moving one of the dominant branches snapped. I addresed the issue by taping the crack together with tape and securing the branch to the support ring with a metal wire. It was a major damage with an easy fix. The night between days 146 and 147 was accompanied with strong winds and a lot rain. This combination of wind and rain resulted in damage (half of the plant just gave up and bended to the ground) that could be easily fixed just by installing trellis before the flowering started. To prevent the further bending and support the flowers when they start fattening, I wrapped the plant into plastic wire. This was not an easy job so help from a friend was a necessity. When the plant was wrapped I pulled the flowers through the netting and did some rearrannging. The problem with bending was solved, but I discovered some other problems when closely inspecting the buds. First problems were the seeds. Yes some seeds were found. This was probably my fault because I visited the hemp farm and brought home the pollen on my clothes that could produce the seeds. It could also be the fact that I am growing outdoor and the pollen came from copletely different source. Some seeds, while growing outdoors are just inevitble. There was one more thing. I was suspicious about brown tops of some buds. Because I was affraid of what it was, the brown, not so good looking flower was cut off and closely inspected. I was angry to discover the caterpillar. I did a search of all the buds and found one more rotting bud and cut it off. I suspect that they are still there. I will inspect the plant every two days to hopefully find them and prevent the further demage. WEATHER Days 141-145 This days were sunny with daily temperatures around 26 °C. Night temperature were averaging at 15 °C. Days 146-147 Last two days were harsh. It was cloudy with average temperatures at 14 °C. Day 146 also had very strong winds. Day lenght this week has decreased to 12 hours and 10 minutes.

She's only having water at ph6.5 for now as the soil I rooted her in is full strength and should be good for 4-6weeks

She continues to pile on the trichomes and is stacking weight onto her flowers! She is one healthy beautiful cultivar with flowers forming that will be enormous and she's looking lovelier by the day! 😍 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be around four more weeks from finishing, with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. Estas plantas se desarrollaron de esquejes. Hay dos plantas en cada balde de 10L. L a técnica que utilizo es ninguna técnica, solo espero a que se desarrollen y maduren. Lo único que hago es controlar el ph y cambiar la solución nutritiva cada semana. Todos los días verifico que el ph esté cerca de 6. A veces puede ser 5.8 o 6.5 de ph y eso no es un problema. Lo único que se me está complicando es la extracción del aire. No tengo dudas que en algún momento lo soluciones adquiriendo nuevos productos. El sistema que utilizo es la hidroponía. Se me hace más cómodo el sistema. No me gusta mover o utilizar tierra ya que es muy sucio y se mueve mucho volumen.

This week is week three and growth has begun to pick up on both plants. They are growing branches, which is the first node beginning to form. I lowered the light to the 8” inches off of Cookie Monster, since she is the tallest at this point. Noel is growing her first node too even though she is much smaller than Cookie Monster. Right now Cookie Monster is 2” inches tall and Noel is inch and a half tall. This week they both are starting Perfect Grow nutrition and The Coffee spread. Next week I will add boost to the grow nutrient and continue the coffee spread.

The elephant is doing well. Only a few more weeks to go.

I tried her now several times. She get's better every week during cure but after roughly 1,5 months, she still tastes only slightly like a cookies strain.

They have seen low temp's of 0.0 and high temps of 36°c but seem to be doing fine so far, 2 weeks growth outdoors is so different to two weeks growth under a light!!

9/15 I'm starting by saying that the plant doctor is a great product. For the first time in forever I have no traces of wpm. The fusarium doesn't seem to be spreading g either. Blueberry is exploding in growth. It seems like everyday the buds are bigger. We had a MASSIVE wind storm. I mean a windstorm that knocked down trees. The blueberry was the only one that wasn't properly vertically trellises. My tiny little supports didn't hold. Nothing broke and there's no damage but I had to move the plant and secure it better. I didn't have time before the doctor but I HAD to do it. I used the trellis from another plant to keep the branches upright as they're so heavy. If it RAINED those branches would've snapped for sure. I put the little one in the lean-to beside the barn out of the wind. Blueberry is getting closer. I really think k it'll make it. UPDATE: I took some buds from the plants that died in early flower and washed them for ice water hash. Well I'm in the process of washing some. There's a lot and I want to see if it's any good before I kill my arms. It's a great forearm workout though. Although it's hard to take a drink now. Of course that's when it REALKY started bubbling furiously. I know I'll get double the next pull at least. I'm going to let it sit and maybe add some more when I do it. I'll post a temple ball if it works out. If not I have other stuff to wash. I may do a diary on that. Went back over and all plants seem happy despite the gusts of wind. Luckily I was able to get the tarp up. I'm taking a break before I die from exhaustion. I felt off the ladder earlier this morning..... 9/16 I watered the plants a little. The soil was dry to the touch but i noticed the container was still heavy so I lightly watered. With all this sun and it supposed to be 80 today I felt I needed to water. The wind is still horrific. I have my blueberry trellises pretty good. Others have wind breaks. I fell hard yesterday morning hurrying around. I was on an upside down bucket on one foot and it kicked put from under me. Legs flew in the air. Luckily I wasn't injured. At least that's something I've taken from martial arts that's benefitted me. Knowing how to fall. Anyway everything is progressing nicely in flower. I'm goi g to continue with beastie bloom but I'll switch over shortly to cha ching. I'm getting close. Also ran a batch of water hash with the buds of dead plants. I didn't think I'd get anything but I did. Now to properly dry it and see if it's any good. Still a heart break. Oh well. 9/17 I totally fucked everything up. I uploaded a shit ton of pictures to the wrong week. The app wasn't working. Hope I didn't fuck or too much. Fed everything today. The blueberry is in late flower. Some buds look REAL close to being done. My wife keeps talking to me so I can't finish this. I have to do things one at a time sometimes and this just isn't working here. Massive wind storms but no broken branches. Temps get down close to freezing at night. Low Temps are bringing out fall colors. I took a video of the blueberry. the other two won't be done for a little bit though. Oh well. I'll just bring them inside the garage at night. 9/18 I've been out multiple times to shake the buds today. It's not raining now but it did last night and today. Another day or two of rain and then some. I che ked some trichs and some buds are done. I'm just waiting for the rain to clear up and we get some sun. Wish I checked the trichs before this bout of rain. It's not raining now though and hadn't for a little while. Prime for thieves but I'm not realky worried. To much hassle for one plant and there's dogs. I may harvest in sections. I was going to do plant doctor today but it will have to he tomorrow. 9/19 It's been raining but today looks good. Treated with plant doctor. I can't say enough good things about that product. I got the trich scope out after a few friends said my plants look ready. Some buds are. That's how it goes. Buds don't all mature at once. I like a solid couch lock though. If the forecast is just going to he more rain then I'll do a selective harvest. It's about the same time the strain finished last year. Now I've got earwigs eating my buds from the bottom up. UPDATE: I found my old trich scope but couldn't find the right batteries anywhere. I wad able to buy a new one for ten bucks. I went back over having more time. After ACTUALLY checking the trichs they were mature. Obviously the whole plant can't be at the same stage but everything is nice and milky. Earwigs were starting to eat the bottom of buds and had stripped a couple lower branches. After seeing this and having a nice day where the flowers dried out and an upcoming rainy forecast I chose to harvest the majority of the blueberry plant. I left some small branches but I'm almost positive it will just turn into earwig food. Seems early to ke but looking back this was about the same time this strain was ready last year. Same problem with the ear wigs only I let them eat the while inner plant before I called it quits and took what was left after it was my finally my perfect stage. I was using a USB microscope and was being to picky. I think I made the right choice.

This is the last week. Every second evening I did an ice water flush. At day 90 she moved from the sunny balcony to the dark basement. I chose and bought a grow tent for me and my wife. So the winter we‘ll be growing our weed for the spring and summer. But actually I love to grow outdoors. Next outdoor season will be only in half a year. For me the arriving of the tent a few days ago gives me the possibility to dry without the smell in the house. Happy legal growing!
