Here we are at Day 2 of Week 6 of flowering. Temps and humidity are practically unchanged from last week. I’ve made peace with the fact that I won’t get intense aromas due to the high nighttime temperatures, and I’ll definitely lose some yield and potency. But I don’t care—I knew what I was getting into and the risks involved. Last watering, I reduced the dose of Bioflores and Bioboost, cut out Bud Factor X and Bloombastic, and introduced Rokzbastic at low doses (trying not to repeat the Bloombastic mistake—I’ll keep doses low and alternate applications). The three waterings before this were plain water with Cannazym and a minimal dose of Bioflores, slightly heavier, to flush the medium a bit (given the burnt tips). The plants aren’t stretching anymore (maybe except one Californian Gold). I adjusted the ties to maximize light penetration. The buds aren’t huge or super dense, but they’re well-coated in resin—good enough for my expectations. Hoping to see them bulk up over the next 2 weeks. The Californian Golds give off the strongest scent—super sweet—followed by the Sensi Stars. The "dwarf" Mendocino Skunk has the most foliage and the least smell, but it’s looking nice and chunky. Fingers crossed it delivers too. The biggest plant is a Californian Gold: wide, tall, and packed with flowers. Really beautiful. By the end of Week 7, I’ll check trichomes closely to monitor ripeness. In theory, the Sensi Stars should finish sooner, but given their "irregular" development, I’ve read they might need an extra week. The largest Californian Gold is also the least mature and will probably be the last one chopped (unless it pulls off an unexpected sprint these next two weeks). Catch you later, folks. Stay tuned. Semana de lavado, regando cada dos días solo con agua de ósmosis inversa. Esta semana continuaron mostrando un cambio de color más acelerado. At 59 days they already showed a high percentage of amber trichomes, more than enough to harvest before 60 days. A simple, uncomplicated grow, the plants are truly rewarding, not so much for the quantity of trichomes as for their growth, yield, and aroma—an aroma that suggests it will be delicious, possibly earthy, sweet, perhaps pine, or who knows, maybe even a hint of citrus, lemon. Something along those lines. What I can say for sure is that it smells terrible; it wouldn't be recommended for grows that want to go unnoticed. After 61 days, harvest and dry inside the closet.

Flower time! Cant wait to see how she comes out. I have bent the main stem over a couple squares to keep her a little lower and spread out to be part of the scrog without topping her. Seems to have worked great and all the main colas are above the canopy but not too tall the are gonna block the surrounding ladies. She nice and snug in there making herself at home. I am expecting some nice and plump flowers from her as she looks very healthy. The root supplement and the folair feeding does seem to have helped a bit but i'm always cautious for placebo. The weights at the end will tell the tale. I already have quality down so I'm looking to raise the weight without sacrificing quality. I would also like to improve on my smell and flavors, have been steadily improving crop to crop and hopefully will keep that trend going for a long long time. Just a little better each crop with small techniques that add up to fat flowers!! She kinda blends in this week but the next week or two she will stand out again with her unique flowers

Vamos familia, actualizamos la quinta semana de floración de estas Gelato 44 de RoyalQueenSeeds. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Se nota que los nutrientes de la marca Agrobeta cubre todas las necesidades de cada ejemplar, empecé añadir el mega pk y el Thor. Las flores empezaron a engordar, por el momento todo correcto, os dejé también alguna novedad y un cambio en la sala, agradecer al equipo de Mars hydro por el nuevo TSW2000. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I made some extract and made some edibles and added it to the diary! This diary may get a little unorthodox because they’re in the jungle down the centre line but will still document as much as I can and get close ups of the bud sites and buds as time goes on! Shouldn’t be too challenging but it’s a challenge lol it’s all doing great though! Better than I expected!

7/3 Hot as fuck today. Japanese beetles were around. I killed a few. I'm going to have to go over and keep an eye on things. It reached 90° today for the majority of the day. I watered around 1pm as I noticed most of the bags were very light. I'm glad I held off on the BT. I've dealt with jpn beetles before so hopfully that won't be an issue. Things are getting big. It won't let me upload any pictures or the video I did. I may upload it to past week. Went back over at night and and plants looked dropy but it was after 7pm and they were just going to sleep. 7/4 Didn't take photos this morning. Found some jpn beetles. That's the damage I've been seeing. I went back over last night to hunt them but I only got two. There weren't any others. No biggie. I'll put some pics up from today after I get back 7/5 Didn't get a chance to check the plants out today. My intuition tingled around 1pm and I had just gotten home and I ran over to check them. They displayed minor signs of heat stress as seen in the pics (due to the super high humidity and 90° weather) and the bags were light. A few were REALLY light. I could see they needed water. I WATERED 4 1/2 GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. DO TO THE HIGH TENPS AND WINDS IVE HAD TO WATER THE LAST THREE DAYS IN A ROW. IVE SLOWLY STRARTED INCREASING VOLUME. I don't want to water until I get a shit ton of run off because I want to keep the nutes in my soil as long as possible. As you can see things are going great. Minor pests but notjing major. They're growing at a very rapid pace. I'll need to add another layer of supports soon and begin to LST some of these girls. I've got one seedling in a 10 gal and I'm pretty sure it's a feminized red runtz but it's in preflower and looks and SHOULD be a female but I haven't seen the white hair yet. Looks like a female preflower though. I do have one auto though in a 5 gallon tjats doing good too. I have a bunch of pics but the internet is too slow. I'll upload tomorrow. Started pouring around 6. 7/6 Poured sheet rain all night. After it had Bern super fucking hot and I watered my plants with 4 1/2 gallons. Oh well. If I didn't water we wouldn't have gotten the rain. The fabric bags makes watering easier. The wind will dry out the medium. We do have some rain in the forecast. A pallet fell over and knocked my 5 gal bucket with tje auto into a 10 gal seedling but it held the pallet up and didn't damage anything. Out of all the ways it coyldve landed it landed just right to not hurt anything. Everything is super healthy. I do have some random pest damage but it's minimal. I'll decide whether to use a spray or not. Didn't take pictures this morning. Was pressed for time. 7/7 Super hot even at 8a.m. Rained the majority of the day yesterday. Plants are getting HUGE. I'm going to have to build a second round of supports and should probably start some LSTing. They seem to like growing natural how they are (besides the original topping and FIMed. You can tell these are ALL very high % indicas. I'm seeing pistols spitting out everywhere. Event horizon and sherb cake seem to be in the lead. The seedlings have realky taken off. The one I put in the 50 has fan leaves the size of my hands. 7/8 Wow it has been extremely hot. It's going to be in the 90's again today. Checked my plants and it seems the GMOs seem to be using more water. Those bags were a little lighter. Seeing how there is no rain in for a few days I had to water. WATERED 3 1/2 GALLONS. LAST SEEDLING FINALLY SHOWED AS A FEMALE. 7/9 Bags are still heavy. Found ONE jpn beetle this morning. Plants seem to be bigger everytime I look.starying the stretch and spitting out some pistols. I took some pics of the pistles. I'll update 7/10 should've started a new week but I didn't. I'll make next week six days. Plants are starting ro stretch. Minor random pest damage but woth the heat they need lots of water. Noticed a couple dead interior leaves so I should probably go through everything and defoliate. I need to add another layer of supports as well.

Ya casi un mes a 12/12 y entrando en su etapa más bonita. Están resinando muy bien por todos lados y ya cada vez huelen más y mejor. Empiezan a coger color, demasiado pronto ya que a veces pasan más frío de la cuenta. Esta semana les he alejado el foco unos centímetros. Estaban 3/4 centímetros por debajo de lo mínimo recomendado y no me fío de quemar mis primeras plantas de interior. (Ya habrá tiempo para experimentos) La semana que entra ya deberían de entrar en la fase de engorde. Toca seguir atentos a ellas

Almost harvest time! One more week to go! I switched my light schedule from 20/4 to 18/6 for the last week. Leaves continue to die off and turn yellow. The buds are getting fatter. I am starting to see amber in the trichomes. I trimmed off the lower twig-like branches which contain popcorn nugs. I am going to feed her PH balanced water for the last week. Wenn ich sehe was aroma und bud technisch durch 1 Woche länger Reifen möglich ist und man es nicht eilig hat und nach Trichomen ernet wird reich haltiger belohnt! Habe sie mit Canna FLUSH gespült und 3 tage trocken stehen lassen die letzten 3 tage. Mir läuft das Wasser im Mund zusammen bei der Farbe und Aromen!!!!

ENGLISH BELOW 👇 Día 90 en total del clon, pude sacar dos generaciones declones antes de que entre en flora, pero a la primera generación se las comió por la noche un ejercito de hormigas negras. Es impresionante como la planta se adapta a todos los procesos (incluso clonación y enraizamiento) de una forma increíble. Cultivo con calendario lunar desde hace unos 10 años y está es la primera vez que veo una planta anticiparse y preparase unos días antes para los cambios lunares. Muy divertida para cultivar, todas las semanas genera procesos diferentes, lo que hace muy dinámica y muy rápida. Day 90 in total of the clone, I was able to get two generations of clones before it started flowering, but the first generation was eaten at night by an army of black ants. It is impressive how the plant adapts to all the processes (including cloning and rooting) in an incredible way. I have been growing with a lunar calendar for about 10 years and this is the first time I have seen a plant anticipate and prepare itself a few days in advance for the lunar changes. Very fun to grow, every week it generates different processes, which makes it very dynamic and very fast.

Leaves are getting more yellow. Light burn? Turning the light down to 18 hours soon

Por lo demás todo bien la temperatura no suben nunca a 30 grados ni baja de los 20 y la humedad no aumenta de los 55%.
