It’s day 33’from seed. All of the plants are really healthy. The plants have a really great root system at this point… I am currently slowly moving the light intensity up to the veg area. Now that are in a groove they are about to explode… I’m hoping I can flip the plants to flower in 1 weeks but I’m thinking I will wait to weeks and let them get a little larger. The plants are just now starting to look visually different next weeks update I will be ababoe to go into the visual differences, they are just not that extreme yet to really talk to much about.

I have had a very nice journey growing her, she has given a great quality and quantity pf buds, very hard dense flowrs with a clasic strong amnesia smell that I enjoy a lot specially for the happy energetic buzz that provides you.

Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. 24.09.25 due to the weather outlook and fear of a powdery mildew revival it was time to harvest. I wet trimmed everything down to the buds and discarted all stems right away. The reason being that I want to accelerated drying and see each nug closely before putting it into the multi tier drying screen im using. In this process some smalls with mildew were identified and sent to compost. After a week flowers were placed in closed plastic buckets to get even moisture content. Further processing awaits.

•Morning of day 19, ¾ through week 3. Did a light defol on both ladies. I gotta say I'm a big fan of Big Bud by Seedstockers! This girl is going to be exactly what her name is. I know its early with roughly 40 days to go, but I will for sure be growing this girl again. Any suggestions drop me a line. Less stretching and more compacting of nodes. Very pleased! She's feeding at full strength and looking like she might want more. Very vigorous growth. °Agent Orange. 30" in diameter after LST. plant did NOT respond well to LST. AND IS 36½" tall (soil to top). Also showed signs of nutrient burn. Estamos en la semana de transición del periodo vegetativo al periodo de floración. Nuestras plantas ya tienen un tamaño correcto para poder pasar de 18h de luz a 12h... De esta forma iniciamos dicho periodo. Hemos conectado tres equipos led LazerLite Pro 720w ajustados al 50% de su potencia. Repartimos bien todas las plantas para que reciban luz de forma homogénea. Regamos, esta vez solo con agua, para no tener exceso de fertilización, ya que nuestro sustrato es muy rico en nutrientes.

Getting close now! I’m starting to see my first couple of Amber trichomes. I’m hoping that this will start to be harvested in about 10 days. Well at least that’s what I hope, because I stopped feeding her now. She’s blooomin.

In less than 48 hrs of being in a room temp water bottle in a dark area tap roots already started coming out.

So the story continues... this grow is really an experiment for me to train one plant within my 4'x2' grow space to ScrOG vertically and use the SP250 light on its side. For the majority of the vegetative stage the light will be hung normally above the plant until a week prior to flipping the light schedule and initiating flowering. The plant passed its seedling stage and has been vigorously growing albeit showing strong signs of over-watering and calcium deficiencies. It's really a transpiration issue which I have not solved yet. Increased distance to light as the plant may be growing too fast for its root mass. From feedback at Coco for Cannabis (CFC), it is a Cal deficiency and a young plant getting used to the grow in coco - quite common and not a sign of over-watering. Measuring run-off EC at each fertigation event as I increase the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is now maintained at twice a day (at lights on and 4hrs prior to lights off period) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant. Big buds with lovely tones - OG Kush is known to stretch slightly during growth but soon starts to fill out during flowering. Generally, it will reach a height of 90 to 160 cm. Pineapple Expressx2 (PE), Auto Durban Poisonx3 (ADP): Day 77 from seed. PEx2 Week 3 Flower & ADPx3 Week 5-6 Flower. Environment has been crazy fluctuations from outside weather: Temps 73-90F, RH 45-68%, CO2 500-875, & PPFD 1150-1250. Received a Compost tea to run off this week. All plants looking green and healthy. Flowering nicely. ADP #2, the most mature of the plants, Trichomes are coming along. Over all 55% Milky, 35% clear, 10% Amber. Going to give it another week of ripening and check again. The fade not real strong yet as well. 👌

Transplant is very close, in a few days she'll be resting in a 10 gal fabric pot ! Unfortunately, a glitch in the page erased all the comments I have been recording here during the past days :( This is Day 44 (24/10/2019) and she looks well recovered from the very many toppings yesterday. Day 45 (25/10/2019) I inserted the plant's small plastic pot into the coco/perlite mix of the big pot to create a niche that fits perfectly for the rootball when I remove the plastic pot tomorrow; spraying the niche with fertilizer solution and root excelurator may help. I hope she'll never realise she has been transplanted. The run off EC from the big pot is 1000 uS/cm and pH about 5.8. I had to perform some operations using tape because the stem near the tip snapped and below the crack, I saw lacerations caused by the twist tie, those need to be fixed right now. Day 46 She's transplanted and the scrog net set up. I'd say that now the journey begins. Day 47 I fertigated by 5.30 am because I had to spend all day working and on Day 48 back to normal, morning fertigation and a little supercropping. The plant has recovered fully from transplant (if she has been ever stressed during the procedure). From now on I'll be fertigating once a day with a liter and a half fertig solution to get a 20-30% run-off. Also, I fertigate other vegging and blooming plants with the effluents I collect.

Shitty week. Fan fell down and broke a few branches on 2 plants. Overall they have recovered well and I hope the yield is not affected. Humidity has gone down. I bought a small dehumidifier - but somehow it's not doing what I'd hoped. I've defoliated a bit as the leaves are overlapping and moisture is accumulating there. NYC Sour D #1: Lost 2 lower branches. No drama, but I felt bad. #2: Still slow growth and very compact. Royal Cookies Auto #1: Still the best strain. The first pistins can be seen. #2: Also good plant. As well first pistins Royal Haze Auto #1: So far ok. No pistins to be seen yet. #2: Has lost a side branch. But it was a somewhat smaller plant anyway. Let's see how it continues. Light settings 50% dimmer at 50 cm distance Between 650and 970 ppfd. Small yellow leaf tips. I think this has more to do with the nutrients than with light stress. I don't add any fertilizer, but I don't have to water much either. I'll be on vacation for 11 days from next Wednesday on - I'll water 2 liters per plant before vacation so that the neighbor doesn't have too much to do. He'd better take care of the ventilation and humidity.
