Update of the garden

This week the plant gets swapped to bloom nutes but no until the end of the week so the next week will reflect that set of nutrients. Sunday Res testing at 320ppm, 5.8 PH. Growth is looking great, with more tops forming near top node as plant is forced down. All new growth is deep green. The lower leaves are still spotted but have not progress nearly as much as they have been recently. Adjusted PH to 6.0 to help with calcium uptake. Monday Res ppm 320, 6.1 PH. Plants new growth is healthy. LST'd top node so newer lower nodes can catch up for a day or two. Plant is starting to smell. Will let it the plant correct itself, then perform res change by the end of the week, to swap to bloom. Tuesday Res: 320ppm 6.1 PH. Lower nodes have filled in more, top node has mostly corrected itself. Calcium deficiency has slowed greatly but still present want to give another day or two of recovery from lst then will do the res change. Removed lowest leaves. Wednesday Res: 320ppm 6.1 PH Plant growth is excellent. Largest leaf is slowly showing more calcium deficiency. Flushed and swapped to bloom, orca, silica, cal-mag. 450 ppm 6.2. moved leaves around and rearranged so lower nodes get more light. Thursday Res: 420 6.3 adjusted to 6.2. Plant and root growth are looking great. Friday Res: 420ppm 6.18 ph, adjusted to 6.25. Plant and roots are blowing up with some stretching beginning. Smell is intensifying but still no pistils, yet. Saturday Res: 470ppm 6.3 ph. She's filling out really well. Daily photos show just how quick everything happens.

Late post for the week my bad been a bit lazy. But these things are going nuts. I think theyre done stretching. There's alot more swelling and the stench is pungent. My air purifier was masking the smell. The small one has a lime, deisel, cat piss smell and the other one is kinda like a peppermint catpissy smell. Its hard to describe. I've raised my light to the top of the tent and have started using Cal mag as well due to the yellowing in the center of the canopy. Im pretty sure its caused by either bleaching from the light or heat so im hoping the use of cal mag will help strengthen. I've also added 2 fans to attempt to drop humidity and cool things down. Its not really working but trial and error. Ill try to be on time next week. 🤙🤙

I cant even describe the smell 10/10 The buds are the most potent i ever smoked. Very strong weed with the best euphoric feeling u can imagine. Harvested 9 weeks after the 12/12 flip. The taste is also amazing, fruity smoke that goes in easy like air but it hits hard and very hard a few minutes later. Im proud to be one of the first to grow this legendary strain. This plant needs some SERIOUS love from me. I am starting to think her loss of leaves is coming from a pH issue that is caused by her being slightly under-watered. Watering every other night leaves the pot bone dry by the time I get to it. I have been allowing this to happen because the humidity here has been so crazy. Starting tonight though I am probably going to move to watering here nightly, but with a lower PPM somewhere around 500. I think this should help both my pH issue and my nutrient lock out a lot. Compounding my trouble in this tent is her overall structure. I didn't want to do a heavy defoliation or lollipop with her until I got her issue figured out. Now that I think I have, I am going to give her a really big haircut tonight after she gets watered. Overall so far I can't complain, this tent is also looking very good despite minor issues.

Gelato been really glowing these last few days. :) just bent her over today and stretched out the lower arms. I'll leave it like this for awhile eventually the arms will all go upwards towards the light along with the main cola to make and even canopy. Or atleast longer arms has worked many times in the past. Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.👏 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

So I used the paper towel germination method. Once the taproot sprouted. I directly planted her into a 20l plastic pot with the above medium. She gets feed once dry. I keep the humidity quite high as at the stage the babies need warmth. I fed her some AgriSil to boost root development. Now it's just keeping the temperature in check until the first sign of the true leafs 🍃 😉
