Initially ran this plant as a way to get dial in my tent and setup while coming to grasp with tent growing in general. Since its an autoflower the growing was easy. However this is a very commercial seed bank and the quality you get is in line with that. Now i'm moving, getting a larger setup, and going to run more genetics. Zamnesia will not be a part of that.

Lot's more growth! It appears the stretch has mostly stopped. I put my zkittles on a platform to get it more in line with the canopy. The green crack/alaskan diesel really stretched. I have been pruning dying leaves and removed all of the LST. Letting the plants do their thing now that height has been controlled. It's looking like the zkittles will be my first strain available for harvest. Got my humidity down to around 40% after it drys out from watering. Still have a fan blowing air into the tent, and have been rotating the plants too for more even light/ to limit the risk of bud rot. Probably too many plants in my small space. Also noticed the light has always been at 24/0 as I never switched the timer on. Oh well!

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on the furthest along. TUESDAY: I observed some white spots on a few leaves here and there throughout the garden, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because several plants are already in the harvest window.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos 13th Feb 2020 The LST seems to have been a success as the plant remains healthy and seems to be growing the way I would like it to. I'm only going to give her one more week of extra light hours with the LED, and then she can stay outside, where she can transistion into Flowering Naturally. The plant seems to have a lot of it's mothers (Fastbuds GSC) looks to it, and the stem smell when rubbed is fairly similiar too. I am still hoping for some of the Red Diesel fathers Characteristics to come thru before this girls Finished. Now for the Weekly Aussie Music Videos. Added a scrog today, plants looking healthy. Ill be looking foward to see how they react being autoflowers. Bat guano also added to the coco as a top layer and mixed in about an inch. Upped the cannaboost and cannazym. Next week probably be adding PK 13/14

week 5 when the thrips first showed themselves. I noticed them cuz some silver stains started appearing on some leaves. you can see them better under LED light. So, I sprayed Neem Oil all over the plant. I could notice that if you don't do it well, spraying and rubbing the leaves with a piece of cloth, the oil will also create some stains. 2nd topping. killed some thrips this week, they're cute and didn't seem to harm the plant seriously. Neem oil worked fine to control them. No other pests that I could notice + Defoliation + LST Flowermind (4ml + 0.5g)

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I’ve added VPD to my dashboard and have now dialed in my climate for a perfect VPD. Home assitant dashboard controlling lamp, up/down humidity and cooling. Exhaust is going to be used to scrub the air and back into the tent. After adding C02 I’m now doing a sealed grow to take better control of the environment. I was dealing with high temps I put a evaporative cooler just in case if I need to up the humidity or lower the temps.
