8/9/2018 - All of these girls are doing great and have all shown their white pistils now! The branching on them has taken off and they responded to being topped really well. I’ve switched them from my 4x4 grow tent into a 4x8. I have to say it is significantly better having the extra space to be able to water, move around and for better air circulation with multiple fans. I also believe this will greatly help with light penetration inventory they bush out. I’ve been having issues keeping the daytime air temperature down due to the extream heat wave we have been experiencing. I think I have tackled this issue by running the lights at night now while the temperatures are cooler. Tomorrow is the official switch to flower and will be on a 13 hours off, 11 hours on light cycle for the next 2 days. Then on a normal 12/12 light cycle. IVE read that this can help the plants switch quicker. I’m looking forward to seeing the growth over the next few weeks!

Welcome to week 11 I feel like I may be out of the woods as far as worry is about pollination so far she shows no signs of being pollinated. I have continued with my LST scrogging in order to keep the canopy even and not let it get too high I don't want to keep the distance from the light. Other than that she shows no deficiencies and is growing very nicely if a little slow LOL

A good week for the pink lady, no issues, the heatwaves have subsided a bit and there is a cold front that moved in. The RH has been steady, between 50-55%. I have decreased the nutrients further to just a bit of micro and cal mag. I have begun my process of “flushing” where I increase the water volume to allow for a 10-15% runoff. I find that this does not strip or shock the plant of nutrients it is still needing to fatten up. I do this for the last 4-5 feeds ending with straight phd water.

Week 11 done, I’ve started flushing this girl with just plain ph balanced water, just waiting for more ambers to emerge on her before she gets the good ole chop lol

This is the last week, when I gave nutrients to my girls. I think the harvest will be next week, or in 2 weeks. I had some trouble with them, because I increased the lights a couple of weeks ago, and they started foxtailing, and one of the plants turned a little bit red, because she tried to protect herself from the strong light. I decreased the lights a week ago back to 80%, but now as I' giving them only water I raised it again to 100%. These girls are more sensitive to strong light. Note for myself for the future: Only increase the lights if I stopped with the nutes, and I started flushing, because that will be only 1-2 weeks of intensive light. Overall they look, and smell incredible, can't wait to harvest them.

Watering: Keeping it relaxed and minimal with reverse osmosis (RO) water. No overwatering here — slow and steady wins the race. Nutrients: If deficiency will further ill add more fertilizer. Observations: 9/10 plants are growing steadily, with vibrant green leaves and visible progress in height and structure. 1 runt: One plant is struggling hard — stunted growth, ugly leaves, and generally looking like it’s fighting for its life. Still, it’s got a spot in the tent, and we’ll see if it can bounce back. Some minor issues spotted on a few plants, likely nutrient deficiencies as they adjust to the new setup. It’s not surprising, given the new gear and methods, but nothing alarming yet. Next Steps: Staying the course with low-stress management. Let the plants adjust to their environment and dial in any issues over time. The Donutz are strong genetics, so they’ll likely power through. Even the sickly one gets a chance — no plant left behind! This sea is still on track to make waves.

Had issues with 1 plant not getting enough light... so I got another 600w. The 450w is great, for 1 plant. No longer a problem, but had some leggy ladies on 1 plant due to this issue.
