As we hit day 56 of my cannabis grow journey 7 plants 3 LST 3 Normal 1 Top. Let's catch up on how the Gorilla Glue strain is doing: Plant Growth: The Gorilla Glue plants are standing tall, measuring between 40-45cm, with the ones under low-stress training (LST) slightly shorter. Despite the unpredictable weather, they're thriving, boasting lush foliage and dense bud formations hinting at the upcoming harvest. It's clear that each plant has benefited from the TLC poured into their care. Nutrient Regimen: With flowering in full swing and the weather throwing curveballs, I've tweaked the nutrient mix to ensure the buds get the support they need. Alongside the usual Bio Bloom, Autogrow nutrients, SST Juice, Guano, and Worm castings tea, I've introduced Rockbastyk, a supplement tailored for the end of the flowering stage. It's all about giving them the best shot at success. Observations: The weather has been all over the place, with temperatures fluctuating like crazy. Despite this, the Gorilla Glue plants are soldiers, adapting to whatever nature throws at them. They've shown incredible resilience, proving that they're up for any challenge. The Low-Stress Training (LST) plants are a prime example of this resilience, despite their shorter stature. Their buds are flourishing, filling every nook and cranny thanks to the LST technique. However, one plant got a bit too stressed and ended up stunted. I'm keeping a close eye on it, giving it the extra care it needs to bounce back. The untouched plants are also holding their own, growing bigger with "fluffier" buds. It's fascinating to see how they compare to the manipulated ones. As for the topped plant, it hit a rough patch with stunted growth initially. But it's bouncing back nicely now, sporting four main apex buds, albeit a tad behind schedule. Last week, I did a major trim to tackle the bushy look that was getting out of hand. I made sure to only remove what was necessary, allowing for proper photosynthesis and nutrient distribution to continue uninterrupted.

Start of week 7! Week 6 went really well for the Glueberry OG. She has also show some nute deficiency signs, a few rust spots, but otherwise is healthy and the buds are packing on weight. This lady is on an 8 week schedule, removed big bud and added overdrive to the nute lineup.

Things couldn't be going any better for this grow. So recently I ripped off all the bottom growth, leaving only tops and side branches with lots of exposure. What a difference it's made, buds are starting to really beef up and. I now have some that are a foot long!! Definitely found my winning recipe 🥇🥇

Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Weekly update. Sorry it was a late update this week I was out of town (Bizcon2024). Wow have they grown, I'd say doubling in size. I've upped the watering to 1000ml daily, this week I'll do a major defoliation and lollipoping. All in all Happy Growing

Welcome to the start of week 5 for Queen Citronella. She has developed a thick stem and really short internodal spacing. She responds willfully to LST. Day 29.5: Repotted. Look at those roots!! This is a special plant. Day 30: There was brief transplant shock as I forgot to flush the medium to correct PH... she's bounced back today. Queen Citronella has almost outgrown Karen who is 2 weeks older. Day 31: Happy one month birthday your majesty! Swelling in every direction. Starting to gain height. Day 32: I've noted a sudden uptick in thirst. In an unrelated note I have added a little 15w LED above her at about 10cm. I doubt it'll make any noticable difference but it's in there anyway as I use it for photos, so it may as well be on. Day 32.5: Have removed approx 20 fan leaves and performed further LST. Day 33: Look how fast Queen Citronella responds to LST and defoliation. She has gained 1cm in the last 24 hours and now stands at 25cm. Day 34: 26cm. Day 34.5: Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Performed further LST on lower nodes. Performed HST on some higher nodes just for practice. Day 34.75: Fertigated 4l Day 35: She didn't gain any height at all that I can tell, but she has put on a lot of leaf growth in the last 24h. So here we are at the end of week 5, and Queen Citronella is starting to take her regal form. Slightly alarmed by the yellowing new growth but her growth rate has stepped up again so it may be just normal. I'll keep an eye on it. Once I can take enough clones I'll cut her back a lot. For now she can grow as much as she wants. Citronella now smells citrusy, if you brush against her it's quite strong. Defoliated approx 6 fan leaves.

VT Before and the VT After They look similar to a "Bonsai type of training" Here is a ..''paradox'' for ya: A man fell seriously ill with a deadly skin infection and, after recovering, asked his neighbor, "Why didn’t you send me a 'Get Well Soon' card during my treatments and recovery? The only 'Get Well Soon' cards I received were from people who knew it was a terminal illness, not from any Class A drugs i was on for treatment and pain. So why didn't you give me a card?" If the neighbor responds, "I thought you were on drugs and looked unwell because of that," it undermines the man’s entire treatment and recovery process, which was evident through his efforts and progress. This response would suggest that the neighbor is inadvertently equating terminally ill patients with drug addicts—an assumption that stigmatizes the illness. The paradox lies in the phrase, "I only received 'Get Well Soon' cards from those who knew the truth." By answering this question, the neighbor is stuck in a loop, as any response would place them in a paradoxical situation. //////////////////////////////////////////////// Girl ya' so' Tropical; because i am the cherry to your coconuts' 18/03/2024 MIDDAY: Removed domes and sprayed 0.5% HP! 19/03/2024 Lights On! I thought I had major issues, and stunned this plant during growth. Apparently this plant is a very short strain. I didn't mess it up as bad as I thought. I did have issue with the grow. Bud smells very intriguing, and looks potent. I don't have much else to report, but am curious to how it smokes. Buds are getting denser, stickier and stinkier this week. Defoliated a few leaves from each plant throughout the week. Watered every 2 days with a 1/4 gallon to each. They got a mild compost tea beginning of the week to boost the microbial life and their final top dress towards the end of the week. Aerated Compost Tea Recipe (24 hour brew) 2 gallons rain water 2 cups Coast of Maine Lobster Compost 3 tablespoons GS Plant Foods Fish & Kelp 3 tablespoons EWC 1 tablespoon kelp meal 1 tablespoon azomite 2 tablespoons molasses Top Dress per 3 gallon container 3 tablespoons Dr Earth Flower Girl 1 tablespoon Down to Earth All Purpose 1/2 tablespoon Down to Earth crab meal 1/4 cup EWC Day 43 - watered with 50/50 mix of compost tea and rain water pH 6.0 Day 45 - plain rain water pH 6.4 Day 47 - top dress and plain rain water pH 6.4 Day 49 - rain water w/ Recharge @ 1 tsp per gallon and Natural Wet @ 1 tbsp per gallon pH 6.5 StayWeeded ✌️

we improvised with threads the mesh was badly placed but everything served and fulfilled its function, now the leaves have grown again and the mini jungle is re-formed, we really liked how the previous pruning turned out although aggressive to the plants it did not affect them they recovered almost instantly, and it works in our favor because of the space, so this is already the end of the second or the beginning of the third week, in the next one I will upload the pruning and everything as it is already at the end of almost the 3rd week of flowering, at least of the larger, the others, as you know, are 2 to 3 weeks apart, so for them it is 1 or 2 weeks of flowering, which is noticeable in their development. the risks that are written down in the diary are the fertilizer once a week, and 1 3.5-liter drum or a gallon is used, which is divided into the 2 largest and another equal gallon with a different proportion for the 5 smallest , in the newspaper it is written down of the great ones.

Going to try video update this week. let me know if you like it. Day 30, Day 24, Day 17- Good growth this week. Most are budding up. They are still pretty small but happy. I am feeding them 5-7 gallons distributed between the 10 of them every 2 days or when the coco feels like its starting to drying out. Outside temps have come down the past week so it has been much cooler lately.

Again I haven't taken any pictures of this plant was on the side of the fan that didn't go down I've inspected her all over and I've found no evidence of mold or bud rot. This plant is now drying separately to the offer plant I just didn't want to take photos for it all to end up in the bin but this should be a nice harvest

17.3.25: I've starred a Hulkberry auto. This was the first pack of seeds I bought! I realised it was mostly sativa, but now I'm ready to give it a go! Made my soil mix, which I will update next week. Planted the seed into an RQS seed starter plug. Mainly to keep the seed in place when watering. Join my journey and hang out 🌱✌️
