Almost there- chop day for the rainbow forest! 🌈✂️ After 77 days, the plants have reached that perfect 10% amber / 90% milky trichome ratio I was aiming for. Even though they’re three different genetics, they all hit the sweet spot around the same time. I’ll be back soon after the great chop chop with a full dry and smoke report. buds starting to get shape and trichs coming in nice. the blueberry muffin has such a unique berry pastry smell. no dank weed smell at all. the khalifa mintz x (bcc x jealousy) is still pretty gassy, with stronger fruit profiles on both strains now that the buds are starting to get fuller. update in a bother 2-3 weeks lol.

She looks excellent on gje second week, very very terpy smells super dank and sweet,looks like she's very happy so let's see how she develops those frosty flowers 😍🌱, the smell is very powerful and strong man, I'm in love with this strain,I always recommend to every single grower please fed the plant properly that's for sure but please do it the organic way, and here's the demonstration,crazy resin production, very sticky and stinky,I didn't thought she abd her sister were going to produce such a crazy amount of aromatic very cery very sweet resin, I don't even know how to explain the aroma,but super floral,that's for sure. In love with this strain that after 19 days flowering she's producing such a big quantity of quality sweet cristals,thank you guys for creating this awesome genetic,I'm definitely happy and satisfied.

Update: All 3 seeds broke ground on May 20. Ready to see these babies grow big and beautiful. Germ Day 1: Today I decided to plant 3 Fast Buds Afghan Kush Auto. I mixed the Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 with a couple tbsp of mychorrizae and crushed egg shells into 5 gal of sunshine #4 which is predominantly a peat based media. I watered around the seed thoroughly. I am using the sponsored Vipar Spectra XS2000 and think it will be awesome for these auto flowers. It’s a super strong light with an awesome spectrum. I have it set at 30% at 34”. I’m excited to see how this combo works. I’ve seen great things from each part and looking forward to a great result together. Happy Growing 🌱

🌿 Week 14 Update: Khalifa Kush - Preventative Strikes & Airflow! 🛡️✂️ Let's go! Welcome to the new week for the Khalifa Kush. She is absolutely loving the balcony life, but after the recent battles indoors, I had to make some tactical moves this week to keep her safe and thriving. 📈 The Details / Progress Report: Preventative Warfare: After dealing with that brutal thrips infestation inside the tent, I am taking absolutely zero chances out here! I had to bring out the neem oil and give her a thorough foliar spray just in case. I definitely don't want what happened to the indoor girls to happen to this massive bush. You can actually see the fresh oil and water droplets resting on the lush green foliage in the close-up shots! 💦🌿 Opening Her Up: To go hand-in-hand with the pest prevention, I got in there and did some much-needed defoliation. She was getting incredibly dense, so taking off some of those larger, light-blocking fan leaves really helped open her up a bit. It drastically improves the airflow through the center of the plant and makes sure the neem spray can actually penetrate the whole canopy. ✂️🌬️ Vibrant Health: She took the pruning and the spray perfectly. As you can see from the overhead shots, the leaves are rocking that deep, rich, leathery green, and the structure is looking incredibly strong. She is looking super lush and happy! 💧 Next Steps: With her canopy opened up and a protective layer of neem oil applied, we are in a fantastic spot. The main goal now is to just keep her well-fed, monitor the leaves to ensure no pests try to bypass our defenses, and let her keep building that massive frame in the sun. Let's keep it growing! 🌱💨

Have been flushing and temperature training for the past 2+ weeks and she's a very deep purple all around with nice hints of grapes. The trichomes the last i check were starting to get milky as this strain only goes 50 day and today is day 55, this plant won't make it past the wknd

MAY 17th I'll water the 10th planet again tomorrow. Things are going amazing! I topped one of the blueberry cheeses and fimmed another. I'm not seeing any stress. If they seem good I'll hst some of the others. This doing ONE thing at a time helps figure out problems. It's 75 right now but it was 39 this morning. UPDATE: IT STARTED FUCKING SNOWING TODAY. Forecast looks good and others are putting plants out. I'll hold off. They'll go to the garage soon for hardening off. Looking at other diaries I had much bigger "clones" but they always come full of problems (see last year). These plants are the healthiest ivecever grown. I'd rather have a healthy plant half the size than a clone with a bunch of issues. Tomorrow I'm planning to wash my stakes and grow bags. I'll get the palletts in position and move my cage. I also am considering either putting a small pvc cover on my cage or finding a way to attack something to the trellis system for heavy rains. If anybody has ideas I'm all ears. 5/18 DIDN'T WATER TODAY. Soil was dry but the pots were heavy. I could feel some moisture through the drain holes. I think it would've been alright either way but I'm erring on the side of caution. I'll check again later in the day. I topped one and fimmed anotger of the blueberry cheese. The purple punch is quickly catching g up to her sisters. I HAD to add a small ring around one of the purple pounce plants as it was WAAAAY lighter than the others. It's possible it could've gotten less water than the others last time due to its positioning. I'm also considering adding silica next feeding. So much left to do before they go outside. Oh and it was fucking snowing here yesterday! May 17 and it was snowing middle of the day. Morning temp wad 31 this morning so I'm staying cautious and making sure I have all my ducks I'm a row before I go outside. I'm also weighing options to either add a pvc hoop on top of my cage or look into protecting plants individually come late fall with our horrible weather. I'm leaning towards the pvc top. I think that would greatly help things. UPDATE: Went back over at four and everything's looked great. Leaves praying to the sun. Topsoil is dry as fuck but I can still feel a little bit of moisture through the drain holes plus they have a little heft left to them. I plan on watering tomorrow and see how that goes. I wanted to add silica but I'm afraid of changing to much or raising the ph of the soil. 5/19 Found out that my scale will actually weigh the three gallon pots! I don't have an empty one to fill with dry soil to compare though. WATERED everything today. Topsoil was totally dry. Some plants had some heft to them. However I last watered on the 15th so I decided to cut back on the amount of water and see how that goes. Instead of the full 28oz powerade bottle I gave them a little over half. I tried for approx 16fl Oz per plant. Everything is looking great. Other than the little runt. I don't know whatcthecdeal is with that one bit it may get given away or culled. I also FIMed a purple punch. UPDATE: Went back over around 11 and boy weren't the plants looking good. I'm moving my cage and sanitizing my pallets tomorrow. I sanitized my grow bags. I vleaned them with the baking soda and water and a scrub brush but since I had that problem with fusarium last year I then soaked them in a h2o2 solution for 20 mins before rinsing them off and letting them dry. I am so stoked for this season. Wondering about the pvc top and whether it's necessary 🤔. I have TONS of heavy equipment (well dad does) but the smallest thing we have is a backhoe and a bulldozer neither which I'm to inclined to use to move big plants. I thought that since the door to that garage is large enough to drive a front end loader in than if I could find a way to make my pallets mobile I could bring them in if storms are coming. I worry to much. I also got rid of anything that could gave spires on it. Ilk need to wash my plastic trellis netting and the bamboo as well but better safe than sorry. 5/20 Plants are still growing like weeds and are the ones I HST are recovering nicely. Soon they'll go out to the garage and spend their days outside in the sunshine and their nights inside the garage while I harden them off. Having trouble uploading stuff right now. 5/21 Topped two blueberry cheese and one purple punch. Plants are still doing great. We are getting close to go8ng outside in tye forever homes in smart pots ranging from 10gal to 50 gals. I still need to sanitize the pallets but this week I plan on hardening these girls off fully. 5/22 I weighed a couple of the plants and they were different. I think I got a couple 7lbs one that was 6 something and a heavier one that was 8. Looks like I've found the right amount. I plan to water tomorrow. They'll be moved in the next couple days to the garage and I'll let them fill the 3's before they go in their final homes. Plants are recovering from HST great. Still getting cold nights here. Honestly if I didn't have a major life event happen they'd be outside hardening off now 5/23 Watered everything with approximately 18oz of water. I am either going to move plants outside today to indirect sun (even though they've handled full sunlight from an open window) in the garage and keep the light going for a little longer. They need to fill their pots before they go in their forever homes. I've got some work to do but it will pay off. EDIT: Cage has been moved to its new home. A huge pallet takes up most of it but I have littler ones that will fit in. I just haven't had a chance to disinfect these. I'm probably going overboard but I'm not fucking around with that fusarium or other any pathogens this year. I'm going to use the systemic organocide once I go outside. It's going to rain tomorrow amd might be cold but I still move the plants to the garage in the morning.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. It was a good week for the ladies, all the toppings are complete, and now I am just focusing on some LST to try and keep all 8 tops level on all the ladies. Today is day 42 and I just removed the milk crates that all of the ladies were sitting on to give them more vertical space. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. This week has been such a great week, as you can see compared to last week they have shot up and really spreaded out! Finally rained a good bit last night so put some feed on them and this rain will have washed it into them. Next few days need to get down and put some netting over then try get them spread out bit more before this stretch comes. When potted in ground mixed soil with some charge and bone meal so think they’ve hit some of that with the growth they’ve shown this week looking really good and hope they keep it up! We’re closing in on what I’d call the subjectively ideal harvest window. Amber trichomes are now appearing on the sugar leaves, which (by rule of thumb 😄) means the rest are likely cloudy. The aroma is exactly as expected — like smashing your face into a bowl of cookie dough. This week has gone great! At the beginning of the week we flushed the remaining Fox farm nutrients we had been using before with Sledgehammer. After we treated with an organic compost tea brewed by our local hydroponic shop. We started with the Cyco Platinum Series this week. It’s still a bit early to tell but we will see how this nutrient line performs. I am very optimistic. As you may be able to tell I have a reservoir with coco coir mix on top with a drip irrigation system. I’m going to be trying out this system and an ebb and flow system in the upcoming weeks. I’m looking to maximize quality and quantity and believe these two system offer some of the best results. We look forward to starting that project! As for the lady she is looking extremely healthy. She is recovering well from being topped and lst. We’re going to let her grow up a bit now and stretch her out across the first trellis. My experience says this should be in 2-3 weeks and the. We will let her grow up through the second trellis. All in all I believe I’m looking at a 7-10 week veg. My goal is to shoot for a minimum of 1.3lbs from one plant. Week 3 (April 12-18th) At this point I was using water and a small amount of coffee grounds. Spent a lot of time talking and singing to the plant. The leaves got bigger and formed quickly this week. If you look at the different days you can clearly see how big the plant was getting.

Still just watering about every 2 days only water. 1 day a week im still using fishit. About to move them to a flowering room. I cut about the bottom 20% off. I am gonna scrog and the bottom wont recieve any light

Hey there! Welcome to this diary! I made it easy back in 2021. Sorry in advance for the Spanish audio. For my germination method I always use both the glass of water and the paper towel. Let me explain, the glass of water only goes for 6 to 12 hrs, it's just a soak that also contains 3-4 drops of hydrogen peroxide, this way we kill all pathogens that the seed may have on the outside. Then to a warm, moist and dark place with the paper towel, this seed sprouted pretty fast using this method. Then, once it has that tiny mouse tail of it goes to the pot, I keep it moist by putting a transparent cup upside down. Just to keep the dates, it just took from the 17th to the 19th to go from the cup with water, to the paper tower, to the soil, AND SPROUT!!
