Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊

UPDATE: Day 2 of week 12 - Friday 6th Nov: Nutes in today, haven’t really had to do much else, as the girls just seem to be concentrating on fattening up the buds at a nice steady pace. Oh and this week I’ve finally got a hint of a fruity tropical sweet smell from the buds.. It’s truly lush.. My thoughts are now at when to flush the ladies and how many weeks are left? I’d like to time it all perfectly but as this is my first grow now sure exactly how long they have left! Trichomes are still looking clear and pistils are still mostly white but don’t wanna get caught out and miss the best time to harvest and flush.. Keeping a close 👁️.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 12 - Sunday 8th Nov: Nutes in again and all looking good, except for the girl that got really wilted last week, she’s doing ok but no way near as nicely developed as the other 3 girls. She has one main cola that’s taken off more than all the other colas which I think may be partly due to topping not working as well as is did on the other 3 girls, she still has one really thick stem compared to the other 3. However the wilting did really slow her down on top of that 😞.. Apart from that I’m pretty happy, Christmas 🎄 is coming and it looks like I will have my first ever home grown smoke just in time.. 🙏🏼❤️🌱 UPDATE: Day 7 of week 12 - Wednesday 11th Nov: Nutes in and a small amount of defoliation. Girls weren’t quite ready for a feed yesterday but this morning they were super thirsty and leaves 🍃 were slightly droopy, nothing major but they were all really ready for a drink. Put an extra 18w 2700k LED strip (from an impulse buy at the beginning of my grow journey) in last night to try and boost bud growth. I think my Viparspectra 300w LED alone wasn’t cutting it. I know it’s only a small increase in watts but the extra 2700k flower lighting for the last week weeks of flower can’t be a bad thing right? .. My DLI was 32 before adding the light so I hope this works positively. Looking at the girls at around 10 hrs after adding the additional LED and they look great so let’s see what happens.. ✌️🏼 & ❤️🍃🌱

Hello!, Day 60 Flower I just done the my first harvest ever. Gelat og has cool looking buds, After seen the BUD ROT on one single bud in day 59 yesterday , Today in Day 60 i just cut the plant down for Dry. Going to WASH the buds with H202 (half of them) and going to dry for 10-14 Days and in to Jars for another 14-21 Days as I learned from fellow growmies. Essa semana alimentei as plantas (45 dias após transplante). Utilizei fertilizante Forth Flor regulando seu PH para 6.8 utilizando bicarbonato de sódio. Flores continuam desenvolvendo muito rápido e novos pequenos buds continuam aparecendo por toda parte. A planta ainda continua crescendo verticalmente, o que é impressionante, mas ruim pois está muito perto dos LEDs.

What is up guys? The time has finally come! The blue dream has officially sprouted, she sits in 7.5L bio bizz light mix with RQS easy boost. I’m hoping this can take her most of the way feeding her RQS easy combo if she needs it. I’ll be feeding her PH balanced filtered water. The only problem I have is with my other plant being in flower the humidity is low, but I’ll keep them covered with open lids until harvest day when I can fix the whole room humidity. I also had problems with the easy start with all 3 taproots growing straight out the top. All 3 were removed and planted straight into there pots. With the purple lemonade going very bad I hope I can apply everything I learned to this grow and have a more successful harvest day. Do-Si-dos auto is doing great. She was lollipopped today, and a selective defoliation In the canopy. She is stretching and developing more bud sites as well. Hopefully the stress doesn't bother her. She is ready to flower now. Nothing more to report. Purple queen #1 and the watermelon are much further ahead than the rest I think, crazy to see both purples looking so different. I did some Defoliation to most of the plants as it was getting really crowded in the tent, they seemed to love it and you can see all the new budding sites. Wish I had more space to play with the plants as I think I was a bit gredy doing 6, I've learnt so much over this time I've loved it. I love waking and up going to check on the progress 😌 💚 I cannot wait to smoke my own plants which I grew and know exactly how it's been grown 😝
