This was a really fun week i started prototyping an irrigation system, i might try and 3d print some new nozzles.

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

I turned her pot and plucked a couple of yellow shade leaves...the basic daily maintenance. 9/22- I didn't water her yesterday as she looked great and was 'praying' hard. Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her through her drip pan (bottom chuggin) and I also gave her pot a turn. I'm keeping an eye on what appears to be a few seeds developing. I'm hoping they're just fat calyx's that haven't matured yet however there's a strong possibility that, due to a temperature fluctuation that was excessive (20℉) may have caused her to stress and turn hermaphroditic... Fingers crossed! 🤔🤞 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 1.5g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! ~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/18- Well, we're now going into the 10th week of veg for this FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod. She's becoming quite the tall lady with wide node spacing and a classic 'Christmas tree' shape. Her overall health and vigor have remained excellent and she's tolerating our oppressive heat with out complaint! 7/20- The daily watering of 5g continues, as does the hot weather. 7/22- Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 1/2 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. Today I resumed my regular watering routine, watering late in the afternoon with 5g of well water from the garden hose. 7/24- There goes ten weeks of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and she shows no signs of slowing her vertical growth at this time. I am hoping that with our daylight hours slowly diminishing, the Papaya Sherbet will begin to transition into flower in the next few weeks so that it won't be late October before she's ready to harvest... we will see! 23 Dec - Evening @ 8PM - Excited! Third grow here we go (whilst simultaneously running my second grow into flower & a third outdoor started)! 24 Dec - a lot of seeds popped already. Will wait until morning to put in soil with a longer/stronger root. 25 Dec - 36hrs from putting seeds in water - all seeds now germinated & planted in moist soil, high perlite % (approx 50% and minimal nutes), temps between 25-28c, on 18hr light cycle, 50% on edge of light strength (see photo) and lightly misted with ph’d but nute free water (will be doing daily) in humidity dome with vents 100% open, good air flow around). N.B. Mimosa x Orange Punch had fallen out of shell already. Will see if becomes a problem now it’s in the soil. Planted with coldeyns just on soil line with fine soil v v lightly dressed to cover. Decent root so hopefully will be okay. 26 Dec - everything looking okay and misting pots and dome every 12 hrs (AM & PM). Vents mostly - 75% - closed, with fans going in the tent. 27 Dec - signs of life with all seeds still - most just about to pop through soil line (AM), now having popped above soil line (PM). Still misting every 12 hours and photos above just before another misting. Working well. So happy. First grow 25% success rate, second grow 50%, so hoping for a 75%+ this time! Really putting the time and trust in, not overwatering (past mistake) and using humidity not trying to water non existent root system (caring too much)! 28 Dec - tracking nicely! CLONES TAKEN FROM TRIPLE CHEESE AND RUNTZ MUFFIN (rooted by 17 Jan). 29/30 Dec (1am!) - further progress. Wld lyk to see Charlotte’s CBD above soil pls! 30 Dec (PM) - getting there! Choc mint, fat banana & Mimosa x Orange Punch into veg now, with Frisian Duck, Gorilla Zkittlez, SAGE CBD above soil but waiting on seed head to fall off and CBD Charlotte’s Angel to come above soil line. Sunday tomorrow. Might start ‘veg’ on Monday for simplicity and the hope others will be up and away!

3 more weeks of veg then gonna throw them all into flower. 🌺 These are definitely coming along nicer than my last widow run.😅 Gonna do a little lollipopping on these this week & a little defoliating in the process. 🍭

This week she is growing more buds every day and yellowing lower leaves, early flowering state... Feeding schedule is for helping the plant to grow more bud sites in this stage..

da die ladys in zukunft zwischen den erdbeeren stehen werden hab ich dort schon mal eine tröpfchenbewässerung verlegt. noch reicht die bewässerung mit den literflaschen locker eine woche, aber das wird sich bald ändern. aber bis dahin stehen sie weiter im gewächshaus.
