49 Days! Lost a day of timelapse footage, found a temporary fix tho, should not happen again. The plant stretched a little and is full on on flower. This will most likely end up as a single big bloop of bud again, sadly did not stretch as much as I liked it to be. Overall a good week. This week I removed a couple of side branches and did a little defoliation. Annoyingly I noticed fungus gnats but not too bad and iv grown monstors with them before - they don’t seem to go for the buds and I’ll wash anyway. Iv started using the COB either 50w or 100w I can’t remember but I dimmed the Mars hydro one in compensation. Iv also turned off the water and will probably leave it off for a good few days until it may kill them? Who knows… I must admit I am tempted to just chop it now and start again but it’s actually nearly time for the first flower update as I added this one late. We are getting some stretch now. I pinched the top side branches and tucked one of the fan leaves to give more light to the side node at the bottom. I noticed the one on the side of the extra light was bigger so I turned the pot 180 degrees also. This was the first one iv not LST’d yet and tbh, at this stage I’m not sure why they tell you not to. Don’t think I’ll get as big of a yield from this than my smoothie but then I have a while to go yet.

I would have carried on feeding if I knew it would take this , but now we are on flawless finish until harvest Trichomes are still mostly milky, have some clear ones on the banana purple punch because she is foxtailing like mad because of heat, and just a touch of amber on some Been 30+ Celsius most of the grow, luckily this week will be cooler for them I also did a stupid and fell in my tent while taking pics, ended up with 1 branch of z up as a premature tester hahaah I've added some pics of it Am going to enter my banana purple punch and z up in the biggest cola contest (I know my ruler starts from 22cm my 10 month old broke it) so BPP is currently 34cm long and the z up is 24 cm long

Plants are really flowering still small but plant one has a lot of tops now and plant 2’s buds are already getting dense.

I am only using tap water half soil half perlite no nutes no ph or ppm tester £70 led from Amazon.had problems earlier but realised that I had no ventilation so I drilled 3holes and put 2 fans facing backwards and put a air vent in the other and the seem to be loving it

Als Unterlage verwende ich einen Untersetzer mit Blähton der Körnung 4/8mm, der Topf läßt sich so besser ausrichten aus mit der gröberen Körnung. Das blaue Unterteil des Topfes habe ich mit einem doppellagigen Stück Insektenschutznetz versehen, damit die gute Erde nicht so schnell rausrieselt. Damit sind wir beim 2. Punkt der Neuigkeiten. Diesmal verwende ich die Bio-Hanferde von Sonnenerde. Die Aussicht, meine Pflanzen in Living Soil ohne Düngergefrickel anzubauen, stimmt mich neugierig. Auch die Aussicht, die Erde mehrfach benutzen zu können gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut. Zum Mulchen habe ich von Sonnenerde die Bio-Faser vorgesehen. D61 (21/01/2021): First day for week 5 of flowering. It's incredible how the buds are forming and getting bigger. It easily doubled (if not more) in size in the last 7 days. Since beginning of bloom, I normally gave water every other days. I make sure the soil is dry and the pots feel light when I lift them before giving any water. But it's not ideal cause it means that the plant drank all the water at his disposal and maybe it missed some. I will try a different watering schedule by giving water every 36 hours instead of every 48 hours. I will still make sure the soil his not wet and the pot not heavy (soil full of water) when I will give water. At this stage, they need a lot of nutrients to produce big buds. I will give nutrients every other feeding and only Max Minerals the others. Today I gave 1/2 of the recommended dose of Max Minerals. - temp: 24-26C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6.3 , 329PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.9 and 1090PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.9 and 940PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 50% light ON ; 48-49% light OFF D62 (22/01/2021): Nothing special for today. The lamps are now at 12 inches from higher colas. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-21C light OFF - no water - RH: 50-52% light ON ; 48-52% light OFF D63 (23/01/2021): I gave full dose of Max Minerals and Max Bud and 1/2 of Max Grow. All base on mid late flower recommended dose. Relative humidity % was difficult to maintain low last night. It is normal since I give water more often. I removed leaves to help reduce humidity. They say 65-75 day from seed. My girls are not ready. I guess maybe 2 more weeks. The trichomes are all cloudy for Glue Gelato and 90% cloudy 10% clear for Banana Kush. I think it is time to start flushing. I will only give tap water at proper PH for the next 10-14 days and keep looking at trichomes. I consider also reducing air temperature and humidity for the rest of the grow. We are getting close! 😍😎 - temp: 24-26C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D66 (26/01/2021): I decided not flushing today. I gave only full dose of Max Bud. Glue Gelato is getting very frosty! She has approximately 50% white pistils and 50% brown pistils but she keep growing new pistils. Banana Kush is less frosty but thicker and look a bit behind in maturity compared with Glue Gelato. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6 , 440PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.8 and 930PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.8 and 1220PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 48% light ON ; 47-50% light OFF D67 (27/01/2021): The electric breaker where all the equipment of my tent is plug tripped. It took me around 20 min to notice it. During that time the relative humidity % went up around 75%. I don't think it will cause anything bad but I wanted to document it. I started the flush today by giving tap water at proper PH. The tap water of my city is around 130-140 PPM. I always let it sit in a bucket for 24h. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-21C light OFF - water: PH6, 135PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.9 and 625PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.9 and 725PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 48% light ON ; 52-55% light OFF

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

This week I switched over to 12/12 light cycle to begin flower stage. Cycled through a sequence of blue, red, and purple light to develop taller (red) and fuller (blue) foliage, using both (purple) at times as long as I could keep the temp under 79F. Man! once I switched over, they began taking off! Some of the more dominate branches began taking over and blocking the smaller ones in record time. I had to add a couple filler lamps (1 LED & 1 CFL, both white) to even things out a bit. NOTE: reverting back to actual Plant-to-Lamp distance (vs Screen/Net-to-Lamp).

Well, that's the end of the story. Finally she's been chopped and dried, buds are in the jar for curing period. As it was my first plant, there was so many mistakes on my side that cost me a yield ( only 30g dry) and size of the plant, was 22 cm tall only. So the main mistake was a bad water pH especially on the start of flowering but at least I found the problem on time and didn't kill the plant. All in all I'm happy with all the lessons I got, happy with quality of the blackberry. Yield is low but I'm glad that I have something to taste at the end.

hey guys sorry for the absence but in this period I have had a lot to do with my work and I have not been able to bring a good detailed diary, but finally now the holidays will start and I will be able to dedicate myself 110% to a new crop and new ones diaries. having said that, I think I will leave him a week at the most and finally reap the benefits 💚🌳💚🌳maybe my fault the RQS slow release nutrients did not perform as much as the ADVs in my tent, you can see it from the video of 27/07/22 where you can see that 2 out of 6 plants are visually leaner and less compact to the touch , I wanted to try on the same varieties in order to have feedback. I think it could also be caused by the crowding of the tent but with the ADV I have not encountered any problems. I will definitely try them again, giving them much more attention.

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.
