📋 Grow Diaries: Week 2 of Flowering – The Northern Lights Auto Sisters The Northern Lights Autoflower sisters, Charlotte and Makayla, have confidently stepped into Week 2 of true flowering. The initial transition phase is settling, and both girls are busy stacking up distinct pre-flower clusters on the deck. Because these are autoflowers tracking on a fixed schedule, this week clearly illustrates how a complete divergence in training strategies can entirely alter the plant's architecture and budding profile. 🎀 A Study in Contrast: Natural vs. Pinned Down While sharing the exact same indica-dominant genetic backbone, the structural contrast between the two sisters is night and day right now: Charlotte (The Natural Tree): Training: Left completely alone to do her own thing, Charlotte has been allowed to grow naturally. Structure & Flowering:** She is exhibiting a textbook, upright Christmas tree shape with a strong apical dominance. Her primary central cola towers over the rest of the plant, heavily stacking clusters of white pistils along a single vertical pillar. Lamp at full power 200 W. Start adding bioboost, don't have much of it. I'm ok with the final stratching, not too much about buds growing seems slow growing and fatten. maybe high temp.

Finishing the first week of flowering. Unfortunately I'm having issues with lack of nutrients, probably a PH issue. I've bought a PH meter and some PH up and down products but I'm still figuring out how it works. I've removed some leaves as well.

Hbss is 27in tall ABxRKO is 38.5in tall I'm starting to run out of height because of the ABxRKO as it finally flowers. Still slight nute issues with the HBSS, but nothing too tough to handle for now. The smells the HBSS give off are absolutely crazy. Just letting them grow, and watering every day seems to work. Will upgrade to earth boxes for this tent since a little autonomy is nice

I know I missed a few weeks I honestly just forget sometimes😂 but regardless I harvested middle of week 9 of flower, I’m excited to see how she dries I’m not going for weight I want the stem because it looks cool lol but I’m guessing I’ll get around a half OZ

Both seeds broke grown on Jan. 11, 2020. I’m really impressed on how fast they are growing in a matter of 12 hrs. Most of the photos are taken earlier in the morning.

This week has been all about maturation. I’ve been watering only with plain water, starting the flush to clean the roots before harvest. The buds are looking dense and compact, covered in a nice layer of trichomes that keep getting frostier day by day. The lower leaves are yellowing, which is normal at this stage since the plant is using up the remaining nutrients stored in the foliage. Trichomes are mostly clear with some turning milky, so I think she will be ready for harvest in about a week. Overall, the plant looks healthy and stable, with tight bud formation and a great aroma coming out. Even though she stayed quite small, she’s packing some nice, solid flowers. Watering: only water (about 600 ml)Environment: stable and controlled Stage: late flowering / flushing phase Next: monitor trichomes daily and prepare for harvest

Et voilà la floraison à bien commencé sur les 2 plantes la bannana x purple à un peut d avance sur la west coast og mais elle aussi a bien commencé (et moi j latrouve trop belle forme, structure;) Voilà voilà rien de neuf autrement a part que d ici 2 jours je commence le flusch de la scherbet (la grosse derrière la bannana et une fous couler la west coast og ira rejoindre la bannana x purple histoire que je puisse fermer la tante pour utiliser du co2 en gaz (pour mon dernier grow fast bud et dernier grow de l année j vais essayer de tous faire pour avoir une recolte digne de se nom;)

IPM (integrated pest management) thi Amsterdam Amnesia Haze that is looking outstanding by the way !!! As my good friend 71DP0 once well said, it all starts by doing and applying it, in this case i am applying nematodes (steinernema faltiae) with you cant see at naked eye but will do they’re job on the soil and take on a microscopical way, i also am introducing some beneficial bugs to be more exact the stratiolaelaps scimitus they are machines killing trips, soil flies and a bunch of other plages we dont want around our girls and i also invited some Noseilus Californicus as a preventive for Any kind of non beneficial mites. With this i recipe i have faith my girls are safe and will roll all the way with one less worry in my head, non so ever one need to always keep the eyes open and be sharp … With this said man does she looks amazing or does she looks amazing, i mean the trichome production is something out of this planet, specially for such early flower stage like she is, very curious to see were she is going from here lol apart from that all the rest is just perfect and great, i have nothing but good things to say about this run, she is strong af , beautiful and full of health and amazing greens <3 No changes on foods or anything for now, all is going as supposed and she is not asking for anything else yet, i will provably star adding some K next week or so , this will help her growing bigger , heavier fruits, but for now i dont want to mess much with her hahahaha As always thank you all for stoping by, for your time, your love and for it all, i am truly blessed with you all. week 1 is behind us and they are all still alive. lol I do have 2 that seem to be holding back from getting on with growing. The #1 , #2 and #3 are doing good but do look a little shocked by the medium. This is evident by the twists and end of the leaves contortions. Kind of when we taste lemon and screw our faces up. lol. The plants are just on a lot slower time passing existence so respond in very ,very, very, slow motion. I have noticed huge difference in response time like this between auto and photoperiod grows and can only imagine thats the ruderalis speed too. This three are heading towards 2nd and 3rd node growth showing in their tiny bracts. Very impressive looking for seedlings from my recent experiences. The #4 is a weird looking little lady and has set herself up with really narrow coty and 1st set of leaves too. I took her done off today so she can get better light. I hope she improves this week. #5 has struggled from the off. She isnt quite finished off at all and still has something going on in her bracts. I don't have anything to lose leaving her to it for another week. I am excited to be getting to try more of the Exotic Seeds range with their generous offering of 3 more of their auto's. I had to harvest by layers due to height of the plant, so the harvest took time from day 88 to day 115, but the outcome was for sure worth it. This was may first indoor grow and presumably last for some time, but I took some great notes nevertheless. :) I would like to thank fast buds for providing me with this great genetics. I will for sure try some next next when the opportunity rises.

Salut les Growmies, Quelle superbe aventure cette génétique de chez Exotic Seeds. Cette Zkittalicious depuis le debut m'étonne , de part sa grande vitalité .Malgré l attaque du caht , elle a reprise le dessus , elle a réagi merveilleusement bien a l entrainement que je lui ai fait subir ,LST ,Topping..... Et maintenant comme vous pouvez le voir elle développe de nombreux sites floraux et elle devient de jour en jour de plus en plus frosty. Donc en gros vous pouvez vous tourner vers Exotic Seed les yeux fermés et je lui donne une note de 9/10 pour sa vigueur, beauté, odeur pour la production on verra plus tard. Mais au vue des resultats mors de la phase croissance et debut de flo . Je m attend a de tres bons resultats 👍👍👍👍👍🤜🤛Merci Exotic Seeds.
