OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊

Week 3, first nutrient treatment

There are so many possibilities this is only the first time I've used it... Let's get to the plants because I'm really overexcited for this super top background and I could talk about it for hours... As said several times but it is worth repeating when harvesting, this time we followed the logic of comparing 2 plants: the first left to grow freely with just a little cleaning and the second with the application of techniques, a mainlining to be precise. Speed: The good news is that they practically matured together, the one without techniques is perhaps a little more mature but really just a little. Both ready in 10 weeks. Resin/scents/taste: Truly an excellent level of resin and a fantastic coffee/chocolate scent that develops from the trichomes, it wouldn't be easy to say that it's CBD if I didn't know, delicious already in the dry room ready for 15-20 days of treatment and then off to the Autoflower World Cup, they definitely go in the CBD category. Production: The amount of grass is not bad at all, considering that they grew in full winter in vegetative mode, that they are in an 11-liter pot, in my opinion we are around 100 grams both maybe a little less. They are looking real good. I think I may have gotten some nutrients on one plants leaves and it caused some yellowing and leaf curl, I’m hoping it straightens out.

Week 24 of growth, and this is the second week of flowering for the Pineapple Upside Down. Flowering has clearly declared itself now, with the first pistils appearing across the plant. That part is good news, but visually, the plant still isn’t where I’d like it to be. The foliage color is off, and I’m being honest: it makes me question the final yield potential. This probably won’t be the best run, but there’s no reason to panic or to quit. The plan is to keep things stable, finish the cycle cleanly, and take the lessons. Important timing clarification: this cultivar is advertised at around 45 days of total flowering, so we’re not “around day 45.” We’re simply early in flower, and the plant is already showing pistils properly. Stretch has remained quite limited so far. Is that purely genetics, or is it also influenced by the plant not being in peak shape? Hard to say. Either way, in a grow tent, limited stretch is honestly a comfortable scenario. Feeding-wise, the key point isn’t “soft feeding.” We’re staying under EC 2.0, with 2.0 as a ceiling, but the real note for this week is: no PK booster yet. For now, we hold the base feeding steady, and we’ll introduce PK later, progressively, depending on how the plant responds. So the strategy is simple: stabilize the environment, avoid adding stress, and let flowering build at its own pace. Next week we’ll reassess color, vigor, and early bud development, then decide when and how to ramp up.
