Week 9 Day 5 Bloom now 48h darkness

They’re finally doing their thing. There’s a little smell in the tent now, not crazy but definitely there. The cold temps definitely have them using way less water and nutes but they’re still doing ok despite lights out temps in the 40’s. The Green Crack has gone from the most to the least impressive in my opinion although I’m still looking forward to trying out the flowers. The gelato has blown me away, you’d never know it was 2 weeks younger than the others besides it being a little behind on the flower. Welcome to my diary for The Seedsman Tiny Pot Contest I was left with two difficult tasks. Firstly, what the hell am I going to grow in? It has to be something unique! Can't just be any ordinary small pot..... Secondly, what am I going to grow in it? It also has to be unique! Can't be just any ordinary pot..... The first obvious choice to me was a photoperiod. Since we are dealing with a micro root system, I would be able to train it like a Bonsai. As the roots get big, it would be easy to cut and maintain the root system before flower. Less chance of root bound and the plant would grow according to its environment. Then I said fuck it..... and chose an autoflower. It's a contest and I love a challenge! I landed on Oasis Genetics Auto Crystal Widow and a little hippo named Herbie! Herbie holds 0.081 gallons of soil. I'm hoping with a 12/12 light schedule it will keep the roots from getting out of control. Wish me luck!! GERMINATION: Day 1, dropped seed in small glass of water. After 12-18 hours the seed will be transferred to a wet paper towel until taproot forms. End of Day 4 taproot had reached 3/4" and it was time for soil.

Well we made it to the end with no mould or pollen sacs, no seeds and fairly nice bud It's in jars at the min sitting between 65% and 69% sweating - a little high I know but don't wanna get them down to 62% too quick - and opening twice a day for an hour or two Weighed it before going into jars before sweating them and there was 201g just hope it hasn't lost too much weight after cure I do have another purple punch mainlined in early veg right now too but think I'm done with purple punch I've ran it a few times with varying results

Wow, looking great, buds have taken shape and can start with filling up a bit. This Mars Hydro light is amazing, the buds are quite big for week 4. Cant wait to see next weeks development. The boosters name is Pro Bloom, most have new names in europe, same company, different names

Feb 25 watered with nutrients, everything seems to be going fine. Had problems with some COB lights, but fixed everything today. Feb 27 got another feeding Mar 1 flushed with clean water

So far so good, Can anyone out there please advise if these are ready now or a few more days... Tis getting warmer now where I am. How hot is too hot for plants? Thanks in advance..

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. Things are going good in here this week. I'm starting to see some yellowing of some of the older leaves as the plants are pulling back nutrients to keep the buds going. It's the last week of food for the girls. I'll be starting flushing next week. I've got a few branches of seeds going so I won't flush too hard the first week. It smells wonderful in here. Smells like sweet hard chalky lemon/citrus candy with some skunky undertones. Delicious. I volunteer at the local observatory and when I drove up the hill this week I thought what are those trees with the silvery leaves. So no one was behind me so I slowed to see what trees they were. All the maple trees had bad white powdery mildew on their leaves. It's been a long cold wet spring this year but it's supposed to get hot this weekend, enough to stop the WPM? or all the maples will lose their leaves early. I don't see any on my zucchini plant yet. It's usually the first to get it. OK. Have fun. Chuck.

Video posted for this week was taken last night. Getting anxious on which plants will be kept. I just noticed the Zombie Kush with the smallest root zone, leaves and shortest height happens to be (by far) the frostiest. Will be running 1 of each, 1 more time to be certain. I will be taking these to the lab to be tested as well.

The white is not doing too well but she’s holding up to the environment she has not stretched much but showing signs of bloom with little white hairs she stands at about 33cm

Yay! video is back up again.. Day 22 flowering: Well what a week this has been for the Amnesia Haze. She began the week intact and showed the many bud sets throughout her frame. I have been waiting until day 19 to defoliate her and get as much of the light down lownas I can she has some perfect stacking developing now and all of her quadded limbs are top to base with flowering sites. Her speed and progress has been excellent from the off and I am now preparing to run 3 Sweet Seeds Autos of this strain with their Amnesia Haze XL alongside 3 Gorilla Girl XL and 3 Sweet Cheese XL , I cannot wait to see what these genetics can throw up. The amnesia has got a nice fruity smell starting to be noticeable as i open the tent. She is 3ft across inn parts and has a lot of mains vying for top spot . I am hoping she will be a great yielder with the way I have trained her out. She is feeding well and not showing signs of any issues at all so its a head for the finish line now in about 5 weeks time. S.a.d is alive but not looking the best still , she is in flower but her initial poor start has effected her too much. power toner for keeping going though, same with the red hot cookie really. gutted to have lost so many in the heatwave issue and be left with so few to show this breeders genetics.
