I put the new light in yday, tarantula borg v3.
I don't have the controller yet, but I did my best to set it to spectrum #49. Resulted in 11-1400 PPFD across the lower and higher canopy. The plants loved the first day.
I got the controller, set it to 59% power spectrum 49 which lands me at 640w. The same wattage as the previous light, much more photons.

Day 8: All settled in and game for the grow now.
Six shooter is a lanky looking lady with longer leaves than the other two girls. She has a sativa look to her already !. lol
shebis on her 3rd set and possibly 4th at a pinch
Strawberry pie is the smaller of the group in overall size so far with her leaves resembling the six shooter. onher 4th set of nodes
Mexican Airlines is a broad leaved girl indeed. lots of area to power those growth spurts hopefully . All around 2 inches tall and now directly under the sp3000 with the room fan keeping them dancing. Lets hope they are thick stemmed ,multi noded ,monsters next week!!!.
With their position in the room , they will be trained but not to keep their height down as they are next to a tall lady and need to keep the light up.

Stretch is done - I hope - Strawberry Cough is almost touching the light - Mimozz is not far behind.
I need to move the light up even more. That is first time I did not ScrOG them right after flip - and so far I regret it - but we'll see - maybe I'll harvest more than usually and will not use scrog any more... who knows !?
All are in full flowering mode now - stacking nodes on nodes, producing pistills and forming flowers. One month to go 💪

Esa familia, a que pintan fenómeno estas skunks?.
Es que Zambeza hizo un gran trabajo con esta variedad, es una cepa que es bastante rápida en floración, crece muy bien en su etapa de crecimiento, y sobretodo es aparte de típica, muy sencilla de cultivar.
De mis favoritas hasta ahora para indoor, como siempre, controlamos el ph y la humedad (siempre dentro de los parámetros correctos establecidos).
La semana que viene nos vemos con más avances , un saludo.

The first week of the vega was almost perfect, except for the fact that the leaf is spinning at the Apricot, but these are trifles
The light was on all the time 30 watts, 20/4, watered to a glass weight of 300 grams every day, water 70ppm / 7.8ph with the addition of Tarantula and Piranha
On the 8th day they were transplanted into airpots, the light was set to 60 watts and the mode was 18/6
For transplantation, I use the method of two plastic cups, the video clearly showed

These girls are 5 days old under 16 w cfl. The one wrapped is only 2 days old in soil. The medium is a mix of mostly coco and some sohum soil. (Seeds are photoperiod)
The T5 17w lights have definitely changed their behavior, they’re not shooting upwards in length no more. What do you guys think?

Finishing off the first week of flowering and watching the buds grow :)
All strains seem to be happy with with 1L water with 12ml nutes 25/75 veg/bloom each, every other day.
Missed the defoliating deadline in veg mode but have done some very light defoliation this week, I should do more I know and will once flowering is a bit more established.
A bit more LST, again on the careful side. The next grow will get the full treatment :)
Of course things were going too well, a couple of hours ago while I was working on climate stabilization contra running costs (I got my first power bill since grow start) I noticed 100's of very small ants all carrying eggs exiting the base of my Gorilla Glue's airpot. I had been trying to work out why she in general seemed a bit laggy. Now I might have the reason, grabbed the Neem as 1st defense and gave what I could see a good spray. For those that I couldn't see and were probably munching on the root system and tunneling through the medium I added 4 tablespoons of fresh coffee grounds and 6ml of Wood Vinegar (pyroligneous acid) to 1L water and gave the Glue a soaking. This all happened just before lights out so now hopefully by lights on the ants will be gone and the Glue will start to perk up.
Yesterday I flipped the switches on the LEDS to include deep and IR light to the spectrum.
All in all a good week I think, any tips and advice always welcome :)
*Update
Gorilla Glue is looking much better 12h after the treatment for the ant infestation. Coffee grounds and wood vinegar, natural, safe, effective and cheap as well. I have Cinnamon as well now, so I'm well prepared for any future ant invasions :)

Unfortunately, I had to correct the first week of flowering as the last week of the growth phase because I didn't reset my timer and the lamp therefore ran at 18/6 for another 5 days
Some plants are a little lighter, some are a little darker, they all received about the same water I'm assuming it's phenos Otherwise they look really good and grow into the net. Each flower gets a field of the net

2019-12-08 (day 9) -not much too add, seedling is growing. Atmosphere in tent is stable, slightly colder than I'd like but nothing I'm worried about. My second Meizhi 600 showed up and I will add it most likely in week 3 or 4. I may pop 2 more seeds to grow simultaneously with these two girls, just a bit worried about the coverage of these lights, we'll see I haven't made up my mind yet. I'll likely implement nutes by the end of next week.
