Day 49 These beauties continued to stretch after the defoliation. Stretch is done and the buds are getting bigger. I’ve secured some of the branches to the trellis to create more space between them. Everything is going fine. Not much to comment on. Happy Growing 🌱

Diese Woche haben sich die Pflanzen von der Entlaubung der letzten Woche erholen dürfen, nach drei Tagen (die ersten drei Bilder) haben sie schon wieder einiges an Blattwerk zulegen können. Des Weiteren ist die Woche nicht viel passiert, ausser dass ich die Bodenfläche zurückgewonnen habe und endlich einen Umluftventilator zum clippen kaufen konnte. Ach und zum Ende der zweiten Blütewoche habe ich einen Komposttee gemacht, den sie am Samstag Abend bekommen haben. Ich hätte schon früher gerne den Tee gemacht, aber ich musste auch hier erstmal alle Sachen kaufen, da ich leider wieder komplett von Null beginnen musste.

📆 Week 13, 16-22 April 2024 16-20 April - Let the plant grow. 21 April - Increased light power to 100%. 22 April - Let grow and observe for signs of light stress. This week her bud began to grow in length, so I decided it was time to turn up the light intensity to help manage this process. This will bring the DLI to 60. Understanding this is a high level I do closely watch and observe. Because the light has increased the heat will raise some, so there may be a chance of burn to look out for. I dont expect either one because of the distance from plant to light, but am aware. Then vaped, smoked and put back in the jar for 4-8 more weeks. (SADLY, I DELETED THE PICS LAST NIGHT. AFTER UPLOADING TO A NEW 3 WK, WK, AND PAUSED IT. CAME BACK LATR AND STARTED UPDATE ON ANOTHER, WIPING AWAY 3 WKS OF PICS...GRRRRRR Roughly 105-110 days. 55-60 Days in flower. WEEKS 13-14-15 Days was harvested. Noticed a lot of dead leafs in-between the buds. Pult it back to start pulling it out. And was covered in fuzz. The Pure Zym had started degrading the dead leafs that she threw off last wk when she turned yellow. And, the smell she look of rot. So, had to go thru everything. In total 3 of the biggest buds had to be stripped, opened and cut out the rot. (Thankfully I know what to look for) so, 98-99% of it was fine. Just 3 big ass buds,,(semi colas) so so dense. And yeah. I was running her in co2 with 70+ RH with temps pushing 30c but, even in her last week of fattening she took to co2 so a bat outta hell. HARVESTED METHODS Pult and was checking her trichomes. 90-95% cloudy. And was pulling dead leafs and noticed fuzz. Harvested ASAP. She was already on water for a wk. So I stripped, checked, cleaned out the dead leaves, and de-stemed and hung on my 8 tier net Drier. Was amazed when going through her bud, removing dead leaf after dead leaf from within the buds,( BTW, was very satisfying. Was like I was 15 again in wood class pulling wood glue from my hand while the teacher driveled on. 'Memories) anyways, I digress. So, she's hung, far from ideal temperature. 21.5-19c. So, she'll dry fast. Thankfully she was heavily fed on water all week. I did flush the soil to check the ppm was 290 bit higher than I'd like. Its why I soft flush for 10-14 days. But, I panicked. And stripped her. Delighted I lost very little. Video above to what I cut out, and some of the buds. So dense Lights SP/FC 3000 SP 3000 was used from start to 2/3rds thru fattening phase. This grow looks a lot larger then what it is, gorilla zkittlez came out light and fluffy but still a solid 9.1 oz yeild in a 4x4 tent sharing the space with girlscout cookies She grew a little rough at the start during veg but once she got back to health she really took off Heavy feeder she would always drink more and be lighter green then the girlscout cookies Had a reveg mishapp around week 3 and 4 in flower which caused her to stretch a lot, none the less she still stacked up on some colas Due to heat and too much light the buds turned out really fluffy compared to girlacout cookies Buds are nice and frosty with lots of orange hairs tho Smelling like lemon peels and gummy Candy with a hint of that earthy smell Harvested on day 77 she was at the end of week 10, hunger her up in the basement where temps were about 70-73 and humidity around 55% stable for 5 days Trimmed off all the fan leaves and some sugar leaves to aid in the drying process Was low on stash and wanted to harvest instead of buying more Finally have enough to keep me stocked up will next harvest! Just from one plant Still have the girlscout cookies to weigh up aswell and she had better buds None the less easy grow specially for the last 3-4 weeks as I ran out of nutrients I just gave them the odd watering ph to 6.0 but she got waterings as low as 5.5 and High as 7.1 and didn't effect the growth Although I could of gotten a larger yeild or denser buds with nutrients up untill the last week She didn't die nor slow down during the last few weeks and doubled in bud size pressing out nicely im sure ill be doing a lot of it with this bud

Hello. Please read week 1 for the plant description It's been a quite week round here.. Just the normal type of cannabis growing week. I noticed that some of the leaves are going yellow a little earlier than I would like so I gave each plant about an 1/8 of a cup of Blood/Bone meal 7/7/0 and watered it in. I didn't want to give too much nitrogen at this point in flowering, but just a little so the plant will stop feeding on itself and turning it's leave's yellow to soon. I came across some very aggressive white powdery fungus/mold on one bud of plant #1. As I examined it I saw that it wasn't the normal powdery mildew that I had been battling here for years. This had a white circle and was domed. One on the domes had dislodged a few mm and stuck there. Another had a small tendril growing out of it across the leaf and off the edge a bit. I just happened to have experience with this one. About 6 years ago I was over at a buddy's and he had a Super Kush by B.C.S.C. growing a few feet away from his humming bird feeder. He said I could take a few clippings. I put them in water overnight and was going to clone in the morning. In the morning I found this white fungus/mold on several leaves. I cut the leaves off and worried over the next few weeks as the plant was forming roots that the fungus would return. It never did return and the white stuff I found this week has not returned yet either. The bud that was affected was right under the roof vent and I have lots of hummingbird flowering plants and shrubs around the house and one probably pooped as it flew over the greenhouse. Seeing how they eat sweet sugar water and nectar with some insect proteins thrown in, they must have some powerful stomach bacteria in their tummies. I plan to flush the first 2 weeks of August and harvest around the 15. Till then. Chuck.

I think about the fact that it is no longer necessary to cut leaves. I cut it a lot, but I notice that many people cut a bunch of leaves at one time, although somewhere I read no more than 10% at a time. When I gave fertilizers, I always diluted them with water even more to reduce ppm Day 68: I added cal-mag to the diet because the leaves are really turning yellow from the bottom. 0.5 ml Day 70: I added 1 ml cal-mag

I'm thrilled to share another exciting update on my flourishing journey. We have now reached week 4 of the flowering phase, and I must say it has been an incredible period of growth and progress. The plants continue to stretch magnificently, and the onset of bud production has been truly remarkable. 🌿🌸🌱💪 As we progress through this crucial stage, I remain attentive to the well-being of my plants. They have developed a healthy thirst, consuming approximately 4 liters of water every 2 days. The pH level of the nutrient solution stands at a steady 6.11, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake. Furthermore, the TDS range between 1050 and 1150 provides the ideal nutrient balance. 💧⚖️📈 In light of the unfortunate hermaphroditism incident experienced by a fellow grower, I have been diligently checking my plants for any signs of similar issues. So far, I'm pleased to report that everything is progressing smoothly, and I haven't encountered any Bananas or seeds (it's hard to check the back sides). 🚫🍌🔍 That's it for this week! He sido muy estricto con los riegos, dejando que el top hasta el nudillo se seque completamente! Día 14 (07/05) Hago una mejora en la tienda. Hasta ahora tenia intracción pasiva, pero ahora he instalado una turbina para que impulse aire fresco dentro de la tienda Día 15 (08/05) Con el calor que hace me sorprende que las macetas sigan aguantando la humedad, pero al hundir el nudillo sigue húmeda. Mañana haré un riego de nuevo Día 16 (09/05) Relleno el top con sustrato para compensar la compactación y dar mas soporte a las plantas Riego con 300 ml solo H20 - pH 6,2 Día 17 (10/05) Baño de sol de dos horas. Purple Pheno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ripening nicely. She is super smelly. Smells like fruity gape. Have 2 carbon filters going and it doesn't even touch the smell. Noticed a little burn on the tips of the leaves so backed off a little on the nutes. Coasting toward the finish line. Maybe three weeks?😁

Moin Leute, hab vor paar Tagen mit der Ernte der beiden Pflanzen begonnen, war etwa 3 Stunden mit dem Trimmen der beiden Pflanzen beschäftigt. Von der Farbe sind keine großen Auffälligkeiten erkennbar, Standard orange, hell bis dunkelgrüne Buds dabei. Die Größe der Buds variiert von den beiden Pflanzen, die eine eher mit sehr langen aber eher dünneren Headbuds, die andere eher mit breiten und kürzeren Headbuds. Insgesamt kam jetzt circa 640g Nass auf die Waage zusammen (gewogen am darauffolgenden Tag), denke das wird schon eine ganz gute Ausbeute. Im Nachhinein hätte ich schon eine Woche früher ernten können: Die trichome sind schon an manchen Stellen sehr bernsteinfarben gewesen (siehe Bilder). Auch musste ich ein paar Stellen aufgrund von Schimmel wegschneiden (denke das lag daran, dass manche Triebe zu nah an der Zeltwand lagen und aufgrund des wechselhaften Klimas insgesamt). Insgesamt bin ich natürlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow, ich konnte einiges an Erfahrung sammeln und werde diese auch für weitere Grows nutzen. Zurzeit trocknen die beiden im Zelt mit aufgehängtem Trockennetz bei etwa 23 grad und zwischen 55-60 RH. Denke in einer Woche werden diese schon bereit für die Gläser sein, und dann kann man schon mal ein wenig naschen ;) Ich danke nochmals dem Sponsor Dutch Passion für die Gelegenheit, bei diesem Contest dabei gewesen zu sein. Ich bin mit dem Strain sehr zufrieden - es gab kaum Komplikationen, die Pflanzen waren relativ resistent und das Wachstum ziemlich schnell. Ein endgültiges Review werde ich erst nach dem Tasting machen können (um ehrlich zu sein hatte ich mir schon vor ner Woche mal einen Trieb abgeknapst und schon probiert, ist aber natürlich nicht ganz repräsentativ für den Grow - war aber mega :P). Weiter gehts für mich erst mal mit den zwei Stecklingen von den Pflanzen und der dritten Pflanze, die anfangs im Zelt war - diese ist draußen in die reveg gegangen und wird - nachdem die Pflanzen im Zelt trocken sind - zusammen mit den Stecklingen in die Blüte geschickt.
