Act III - Week 11: The Dame Finally Breaks Bad Hallelujah, folks! Our dame finally saw the light – or rather, the lack thereof. Flowering has begun, a slow burn that's more like a smoky confession than a fireworks display. Big shoutout to all the growmies out there who kept me calm during this green-fingered fiasco. Still, gotta be honest, this is some seriously late blooming for an "auto." My outdoor non-autos have also started flowering. Looks like this dame had her own schedule, one that wouldn't be rushed by sunshine or a well-timed trim. Growth slowed down this week, a respectable 4cm. She's putting all her energy into those precious flowers. Speaking of which, tiny shoots have started popping up all over – another sign our dame's finally embraced her floral destiny. Rain and sunshine, both in abundance this week, seem to have given her the push she needed. But the question remains, folks – will this late bloomer be worth the wait? Stay tuned for Act III, where the stakes are higher than a penthouse with a bad view, and the harvest moon hangs heavy in the smokey air.

Drinking has really slowed down but keeping the un-PH one gallon daily flush since tap water is cheap. Annie doing very well under the LED lamp, TS-1000 plenty large enough for one plant in flower. This is encouraging for plans to replace the HID with either a TS-2000 or TS-3000(preferred) this spring before the summer heat. Hello,,, semaine 11, floraison 7. Nous sommes à la fin, ja vais les laisser aujourd’hui dans le noir pendant 24/48h. Et ensuite procéder à la récolte et au séchage lent pendant environ 15 jours. Je suis assez satisfait de ce cycle de culture même si il y a encore pas mal de choses que je peux améliorer pour la suite. Comme l’utilisation du toppping, du scrog et du LST pour essayer d’améliorer le rendement et la qualité. Je suis aussi très très satisfait de ma lampe, la slim 600H de chez OpticLED. La lampe semble vraiment donner de très bon résultats. J’ai hâte de refaire une cycle avec. Voilà, je referais un update avec de nouvelles photos et vidéos cette semaine dans 48h avant la mise au séchage. Happy grow...😎

Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two. Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. Will begin light organic nutrients with next watering. Day 13 - Watered today with very low strength nutrients added. - Zannabis7

Freaked out this week cause I couldn't smell the plants anymore. Turns out I caught covid, yay! Not much content because I was resting up mostly. Getting plants ready for chop, many seed packs say you can chop by week 8 of flower - that's actually the earliest one can harvest. If given the time like a home grow, one can wait 1-2 weeks longer to harvest. Also in the cases of sativas like mine, they can flower for up to 12-16 weeks.

Top feeding is almost done. she is looking a little sad as I work the transition Top feeding but once the roots are fully in the water she will start to take off. NO TOP FEED TODAY SIR!!! now that a root is touching the water and she looks stable, I am not going to topfeed, I will see how she looks tomorrow and as long as everything looks good I am going to go ahead and do a change and week 1 fill on Nutes.. I know it is a couple of days in but the same Nutes go through Week 2 and get changed at Week 3 So I should be good to go.. Been feeding just water ready for the chop. Some of them have all brown pistils and have pretty much stopped all together. The kalimist indica pheno is still flowering so I'll let it go until it looks ripe 👍

09/16/2020 Will be 72 days at end of the week. Should be done soon. Will begin flush at end of week and watch her trich's. 09/20/2020 76 days and milky trichomes are abundant still clear here and there but no any amber at all will monitor daily till done. This strain will ripen mid to late September in my area so I'm happy with that. 😊😊😊😊😊😊 She be ready to smoke for the Holiday season! Keeping her going in a Perpetual grow smoking my indoor cut as I write can't wait to see how they compare to mother nature 's outdoor version.

So it seems my baby is transitioning as her budder nips are growing at a quite doubling rate! Topped of with ph 5.5 R/O and Added an extra 5ml bloom and 5ml floranectar keeping the same nutes until Friday 5/17/2019 😛💪🏽

4/10 Hey all. So I obviously slacked off on keeping a journal. Easier said than done when life gets busy. This is for anyone who took a passing interest in this plant because this was a relatively new strain from In-house.When I last left, I was reporting yellowing in the plant and general sadness in how she looked. Long story short, I think it was the enviornment it struggled with. I ended up switching it to my "warmer" tent that was closer to the space heater. It ended up growing more when I did this. That being said, it never seemed to fully recover. I ended up flipping to 12/12 (not recommended if you have a struggling plant) only because I was starting to run out of space. Fortunately for me, it seems like the plant has never been healthier. The buds are coming in nicely thus far and smell great. I think spring came just in time for her. The tent now routinely gets up to about 75-77 degrees F instead of the balmy 72-69 F I was dealing with months ago. Regardless, this journal WILL have a happy ending. Happy growing everyone.

I did a leaf pruning this week. The plant is still doing well, blooming and smelling very nice😍

Glookies turned out surprisingly well! It yielded the least amount, at only 50g, but it was by far the most resin-coated plant in the tent. I would highly recommend this strain to beginners. It handled a lot of abuse throughout it's life cycle: multiple deficiencies, nitrogen toxicity, tip burn, etc. and still turned out beautiful and effective. The nuggets turned out nice and dense after drying/curing as well. I'm highly interested in coming back to this strain again in the future. What a great introduction to Barney's Farm.

What an amazing strain, the plant purple all around giving these amazing range of colored leaves. The buds are super tight to the touch and heavy filled with trichomes. The past week I only gave plain water. Giving her the time to use all the nutrients already introduced. I was thinking about using Flawless Finish but decided to keep it purely PLAGRON nutrient from start to finish. The competition deadline is close so I hope you all enjoy some of the pictures I was able to share. Next week I'll harvest, but already I can't tell that she will produce great buds once dried.
