W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Watered 3 times with Flawless Finish with 20% run off. After that, flushed everything out with plain water and then watered plain water a few more times with no run off (not all at once😀).. Just waiting on the pot to dry out completely 👌🙌

📆 Week 13, 4-10 January 2024 4 January - Turned light time back 2hrs to a schedule of 14/10, and lowered light power to 50%. This will facilitate ripening by mimicking an autumn environment. 7 January - Flushed system, filled with RO water and 10ml p/gal HG FloraKleen, PH 6.2. 10 January - Turned lights off. 📑 This was the final week of flowering. It will be followed now by 3 days in darkness, giving a total of 7 days in plain RO water. This provides the proper nutrient flush and a small cannibinoid/terpene boost just prior to harvest. Which will be 13 January. She will then be followed by a 7-14 day curing process, where she’ll hang for 5-7 days until the chlorophyll has dried in the leaves, then trimmed, weighed, put into mason quart jars and burped until a RH of 62% is reached/maintained. While in this state the flower will reach its peak potency/flavor in about 30-40 days, and can last for 6-12 months. An overall interesting grow. Especially if you like the color purple. She grew rather rapidly for about 6 weeks as expected from an autoflower, then slowed down and flowered simultaniously. Buds are on the smaller side but tight. There certainly was no problem in resin development as she is quite frosty, sticky and smelly. The trichomes have purple and clear stems with milky heads, about 5-10% amber and 10%(+) clear. All white pistils have turned orange or brown. Genetics are very stable with no signs of foxtailing or hermaphroditism. The only problem I’ve had was with nutrient sensitivity in flower phase - specifically week 8. It will depend on the end product quality as to whether I will grow this strain again or not. My final update will run a few days later than usual, but will include the Harvest and Smoq review information. UPDATE - sat 6th March Doing good for first week. The change of light made all the difference. One is a hempy that I am going to add some worm castings and I’m already adding loads of microbes so it should buffer the ph for me. UPDATE - Monday I ordered some worm castings so I can mix it with my coco and perlite, as well as a few other goodies so I can treat a hempy more like a soil grow but get the benefits of the passive hydro system. I’ll probably use around 10%. I’m still waiting for my fan and my microbial product that is made by the same people as charge. It looks great. Loads of ph buffering microbes to munch on the vermicompost and enable me to get away without spending 60-70 on a ph meter.

So far so good , looks healthy and growing fast , I will love to see them grow and how fast they are Lets see what the next weeks brings.

Hi Guys, This week has been pretty good, the plant at the bottom right just seems to struggle her way through everything, she has loads of roots, they keep growing but for what ever reason she look plain ugly and grows very slowly above the water which is evident when looking at the photo lapse I have uploaded. I bought a Torus PH Perfect capsule which is a chemical free way of stabilising the PH, since that has gone in the brain bucket, I haven’t had to make any PH amendments yet. You can see it at the end of the video. They have all been topped for the 3rd and final time around D32-33. I will train some tips down so they don’t become dominant, but other than that, they’re gonna have a free week or so of growth with no more slicing or cutting before I flip them😊 Hopefully the ugly one will have bounced back by then and I can push forward into the transition with 6 healthy bushes.

Its done! Even though I expected a higher yield, I'm happy with my first harvest. It could have gone worse. Got 61 grams of the biggest plant, it took eternities, but the yield is pretty decent for a first grow. Thanks WSE! Next up will be Strawberry kush and Harlequin.

Our little Do Si Dos has started to flower, the main lining has given it a very nice bonsai look, there are a good number of buds that are coming up. The plant is an exemplary with a very short internodal distance, the mini brunches were growing and becoming lignified quickly. It probably won't produce a lot of grass but it will be very beautiful to look at, full of resin and flower quality for sure. I deal with the image of cannabis and the eye also wants its part, what can I say. We are still using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately.
