Day 71, 29th of November 2021: Here we gonthe first day of the week 5th of flowering! Nice group like the different "personalities" and "styles". Hopefully not much left I guess 3 weeks and we will be very close to the end :) Let's go then Happy Growing Guys! The only changes I made is the ventilation and the extraction fan is off at the same time with the lamp so only switches on when the lamp does. So this is the set up and and operation schedule now: ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: As I mentioned it is off when the lamp is off so 12 hours. When the lamp is on it switches on in every hour and off for one hour. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it takes a rest with the lap together lol ;) Watering pretty much remains the same. Humidity quite is approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Ordered a scale the other day so should have some more numbers tomorrow! Not going to sample anything until I get the scale, then I'll update with some more details.

Sep 13: nearing the finish line. Doing a chemical flush this year cuz my buds lasy year often didn’t burn very well due to too much P. Using Final Flush from Grotek which uses citric acid as a chelating agent. Other flushes like Flawless Finish use EDTA which I’d rather avoid.

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . I've topped this beautiful girl 16 times, now I'm going to take some time off from the stress to get out, then I'm going to put on the scrOG net and switch the light cycle to 12/12, she feels great💚🌋

Week 4 / Day 28 Flower begins today - 8/12/2021. Runoff EC has been a little high on both girls but not enough to give them any burn or anything thankfully. They are both beginning to pack on frost early on the leaves and buds are certainly getting bigger. Average of about 1.5 EC with a 1.2 inflow. Getting this back down and under control over the next couple days. With having weeks mixed up at start, the C4 was started a week early, so therefore I am going to be carrying on with C4 for this next week, then introduce the Ultimate PK. This is also going to be a week early but I’m sure it won’t be too bad, live and learn for next time. Smell is certainly increased, as soon as I open the tent there is a nice fruity/orangey smell that only gets more intense as you sniff the leaves with frost and buds that have formed. Smells unlike any other strain I’ve smoked before! LST- although stretch is now ending, the string will be left on just to allow plant to stiffen up in that shape over the next week or so, so I won’t be covering anything in the middle of the plants when the string is removed. It seems to have worked well as the stuff on the lower of plants that last time came to nothing, is already larger than what it was last time and they were a week ahead of these. Still using less than half of what mills suggest for A+B, but full strength stimulants. They don’t seem to mind as I haven’t had one piece of nute burn this run, or any signs of deficiency so I think the way I’m doing it is the way to go. Can’t wait to see these all finished up in about 4 weeks! 🙏🏻

Harvest Report by Zuppler - End of Week 9 Yo, what’s good fam? Zuppler comin' through with that harvest report, Week 9 wrapped up and it’s time to bring these queens down. The buds are lookin’ fat, frosty, and sticky – they ripened up just right, with that perfect mix of milky and amber trichomes. Real proud of how this run turned out. I learned a lot in this grow, no doubt. Dialin' in them nutes, catchin' the burn early, and lettin' them heavy buds stack properly. It’s all about leveling up, ya feel me? Next grow, I’m excited to be poppin' some Cherry Pie and Fruit Cake beans – gonna take everything I learned this round and make the next one even better. Zuppler out. Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.
