Hey people! ✌️✌️ So, at the time of this post, it's day 60 of flowering. 🌸🌸🌸 We're nearing the finish line. This week, the seeds started popping out in all directions. Feeding remains unchanged: AB 20ml/5L. Today, I noticed some scary numbers on the runoff, measuring at 2500ppm. Next watering, I'll give them plain water. I'll continue feeding until the very end. The taste of the buds isn't our focus in this grow, and what kind of buds can we expect anyway? I continue to train the big plant as it started leaning to one side. I've tied it to the pot for support. My bet is that in 2-3 weeks, we'll be harvesting, collecting seeds, and running some bubble hash. There's a new addition to the grow box. I added a Barney's LSD auto since it's outgrowing my small box. I also planted 7 no-name seeds that came my way by chance. Curious to see what comes out of them. Well, until next time, have a great time! ✌️✌️

Bubble og I still have 4 of these guys going. A few of them are still dark green and pretty decent growers they have thiner leaves. I'm sure a few of these will be on the chopping block later down a few of them just have crappy start growth and they need the humidity at 75% or above 100% the time with the light lower than normal or they start to shrivel up. That's not all of them just a couple. Also I am only going to flower 8 plants out if the 12 seedling and I have 5 strains going so can't have half my plants bubble og (wish I had room to grow the full 12 plants at a time) It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

What a stretch from the last week, week and a half... Both of the gelato and forbidden runtz are 3 feet tall!! The vigor and structure look great, I let these 2 go as a normal plant with no training and they have proven themselves to be great plants.

5th week of flower, the plant has stopped growing and focused on the buds. Both plants look nice, I’m hoping the 3 gallon plant gets fatter before the end though.

Another veg week for the original sensible seeds girl Scout cookie auto. (I don't know why the other weeks say flowering I'll have to change them.) Nice growth on her and looking healthy shes on a weekly (when I remember) bio buzz triple, tap water and any homemade nuits knocking around. She's had her top chopped to split the main cola and some trimming of lower buds that won't have long enough to mature. I'll be shaping her some over the next week or two with LST, supercrop ( now a tradition more than a requirement) for her new home the converted cupboard which requires a more rectangular canopy. She's probably 2 weeks away from 'The stretch' (I don't know if its a real thing the strech but its a term I like to use anyway) in my head it goes -seedling - veg - signs of flower for about two weeks - Stretch week or two. This is the phase where by if you don't check on her for a day or two all of a sudden you've got a tree in your cupboard -Bud fattening -Harvest

Another week gone for this plant and she’s took really well to the training implemented last week. Knuckled both of the main branches last week and kept the biggest branch tied down ans as you can see she’s shooting up from doing so. Should get few more tops now and bush out. She’s come on lovely these past few weeks after mowing munched on by slugs and I personally didn’t think would recover from it but I was so wrong! Ones she gets strong again from the knuckling I will tie all heads down to get more light into the middle. Next time down will give her some bio grow but this week shes had plenty of rain. Been ate a little by slugs so put some copper tape around stem to help keep them off. That’s all this week happy growing 🌱

June 26 Getting bigger and bigger! Makes me wonder if I should flip her to flower here soon to control the size since she's not an autoflower which is usually smaller, genetically. She hasn't used up all of the nutrients in the bucket yet either. June 27 Plant was a bit droopy, so a half gallon of PH'd water did the trick. June 30 Some lower leaves are getting yellow and dying. I'm taking that as a sign that the soil is almost out of nutrients. Mixed up a 1/8th strength of General Organics GO Box nutrients (week 1 to avoid nute burn), but upped the CalMag to 1/4 strength. Fed one gallon at a PH of 6.7 to slight runoff.

A few more days left before I start to harvest my plants. For now I'm going to start with the two on the left and work my way around to the plant that's still in reveg, shooting heads like crazy for some reason. Smells amazing and the stickyness is out of this world. Much love ❤️🍀

~Entry for the 'Best Rarest & Smallest Pot by Seedsman' contest~ Starring 🤩.... ~ Seedsman Zkittlez Auto ~ Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto x Auto Fruit (Auto Fruit Cheese x Auto Blueberry) Zkittlez Auto is one of the very sweetest-tasting auto strains available anywhere. It is a sativa-dominant (60%) strain that was bred from Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto crossed with a male Fruit Kush Auto, the latter a remarkable fruity strain bred from Fruit Cheese Auto and Blueberry Auto. Growers can expect to harvest some good yields of high-THC buds. Zkittlez Auto remains a fairly short plant, rarely exceeding 120 cm. in height wherever it is grown. This is a vigorous plant which is able to metabolize a high level of nutrients and she's a thirsty girl too! If growing indoors close to neighbors it is strongly advised to ensure good and effective carbon air-filtration in order to neutralize powerful odors. This strain's life-cycle is approximately 90 days from seed to harvest. The leaves on this plant are big and wide serving to convert every lumen available into Zkittlez goodness. Indoor growers should obtain between 400 - 500 gr/m2 while plants cultivated outdoors will produce slightly more at 500 - 600 gr/m2. Lateral branching is very good and it is recommended to use supports/ties to prevent snapping and keep buds close to the light source. This strain's scent is sweet and fruity with candy and berry notes. Its high-THC has been measured at between 21 - 24% with less than 1% CBD. The effect is well-balanced, cerebral and euphoric, and is very good for social situations as well as for relaxing in front of the TV either alone or with company. It also has the added effect of helping to relieve chronic pain, helping with nausea, insomnia and depression as well as stimulating the appetite.** **Credit to Seedsman.com ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~ The Setup ~ ~ Grown in a 2qt plastic popcorn pot filled with Mother Earth Grow 70/30 Coco/Perlite with Xtreme Gardening Mykos added. ~ Seed was germinated directly in the medium without any 'pre-soak' ~ Feeding will be by Dutch Pro Nutrients ~ 24hr light cycle while germinating ~ 20/4 light cycle after first leaves appear. ~ 4x8 Gorilla Tent ~ HLG 650R w/ 30w Supplemental UVA Bar controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. How exciting is this! Today when I checked her pot it was light so I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 that I allowed the excess to drain to waste. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Grow 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g (I'll be switching to the "Bloom" next feed), Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Take Root @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 850ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.0 @ 74℉. 12/1- Today after doing some HST (twisting and bending branches), I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 that I allowed the excess to drain to waste. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.3 @ 73℉. 12/3- Today I let her dry out a bit more and will be watering/feeding her tomorrow after 'lights on'. Today all I did was take a quick video of her, check and rotate her pot and do a little HST on her main branches to keep her canopy as even as possible. 12/5- Well this little lady is getting big enough now to require daily watering as she's a very thirsty girl! I'm now watering until runoff daily with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 to which I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 900ppm nutrient solution. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC (1.9 EC), I ph'd the solution to 6.3 @ 73℉. I also kept up on canopy maintenance by doing some lite bending of her main branches and ended with giving her pot 1/4 turn... See you next week! 😎❤️ ~ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for following my grows and for all the ❤️and support you give! 💚What you grow - Grow what you💚

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.
