03/02/2021 Going to take some cuttings today so, I will post up pictures after doing so. Topping?? Topped!. It should be interesting to see how her auxins direct growth. They always look sad when topped, but she is a fast grower, I thinking if she responds well I'll flip into flowering next week, cause I got two rooted clones and 4 more started. Ps. And she is sexually mature after all Ps I believe this is the lemony kush pheno. Day #4 and I supper cropped her top to get side branching stronger for flowering next week.

good plants for hydro grows they dont stretch too much, buds need support because of the weight at the end. i run in a little calmag issue because i went overboard with the bloombooster around week 5. this caused a lockout top leaves got effected by this other then that i had a huge yield.

Some of the leaves starting to yellow slightly but as it’s coming to the end I think I will let it ride out might give a little pk booster but that’s about it

Starting to feed plants with molasses. Smell taste Is changing from vegetal to fruity .😍 Added smart thermohygrometer sensor for Optimize humidity ranges also it's rainy this week and humidity raises a lot. Installed 100mm pipe in intake ending to heater and controlled by thermosmart sensor for lowering humidity since it's rainy days.

Week 8 - second week of flower One plant is much smaller - still not confident on sex of any of them ... maybe that small one is a male - I’m guessing they’re all female tho. Either way i may need to slaughter that little guy - the other plants are just overtaking the tent - might not be worth keeping that little one in there. Update 6/5/19 - I’ll take some updated pics tomorrow - I’m 95% sure I have FOUR out of four female plants. Just picked up some yucca to try - and I got some more led hangers so maybe I’ll upgrade the lights today - the rapidLED far red flower initiator isn’t coming until Wednesday unfortunately but I have two more SolStix I could add. Update 6/5/19 - far red flower initiator and the two (now 4) solstix are installed - I need to make a simple aluminum frame - maybe this weekend Picked up some 29% H202 to clean the rez tank and pumps and filter etc (not to put in the nutes for the plants tho!) Got a better air pump and airstone for the rez. New Vivosun oscillating fan - wtf!? Made for grow tents but can’t turn without stopping on the sides of the tent!? - I emailed them maybe it’s defective.

This was a great experience and something I have looked forward to for 19 YEARS!!!!!! Thats right, my very first attempt was a summer when I was 14 in a backyard with mediocre results and no flower but that was my very first grow ever. 19 years later its fully legal and here I am getting 36 grams of decent bud grown by the sun in a very questionable cannabis climate!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!!!!😋 This diary was never about getting giant buds or the best flowers but more about I'm growing ORGANIC PINEAPPLE EXPRESS IN MY BACKYARD literally a dream come true, to do this worry free, 100% legal. As far as the grow goes I will certainly have some new strategies next year, I think a plastic pot would have been better to keep the heat in at night time with the cool temps earlier on in summer. Maybe even some minor insulation would be a good idea?!?! I'll invent the canadian outdoor cannabis pot hahahah I did not scrog the lady but I did use some yoyos to pull down the outer branches to help the flowers get even light. Will try folair feeding as well next time. I also dried her outside! and trimmed her outside to, she got the full outdoor experience. I just cut the plant and hung her under the deck, worked out good as it was a fairly dry week and she dried out fairly slowly, a little quicker than the tent plants. Now in about a week or 2, maybe a small cure at least first I will be doing the end game goal, smoking endless doobies of pineapple express while watching pineapple express!!!!!!!!! Week continued pony-tailing tops until the middle of the week some tops outgrew the ties . She’s grown back week after that defoliation . I’m proud of her she’s almost 1 ft tall 😂. Shes truly a shrub like plant now. We’re waiting for those dry amendments to become available to her and are hopeful for the next 4 weeks to be explosive in uniform growths across the canop

Shes kinda dark, cal/mag dropped to .5 gallon. I hit her with Game time and she burned a tad. But shes good. Only getting cal/mag and green sensation. Had to tie some of her branches up, sagging badly. She is freaking rocking! Now if the RH will go away. Darn rain!

Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off.
