Welcome back once again to my DWC tutorial for beginners like Me. As this grow is drawing to an end I decided that this week I'll run back thru the topics I previously discussed for a bit of revision . Firstly I'll mention the plants progress. The Blue cheese auto is almost ready to pick , The calyxes are swelling and the trichomes are mostly clouded now with a few amber. I will let her run thru until monday the 9th before starting the flushing process with some flawless finish. This go for aprox 2 days and then I'll just run her on plain water until the end of week 7 Unless She's ready before then She's Drinking nutes still and I've dosed her up with the last of the liquid guano concentrate . Now for some revision of what we have already discussed . *Week 1* I showed how to make some bubble buckets with full instructions and pictures *Week 2 *Was all about water chemistry and that Cannabis prefers to be in a range from 5.5 - 6.5 when growing in hydroponics *Week 3* Was about the importance of keeping your tds and ph meters calibrated and working properly *Week 4* All about nutrient mixing and how to prepare a nutrient solution *Week 5* was all about how the plant contracted rust fungus and how over the coarse of just one week and the use of sulfur I overcame the issue and the plant won *Week 6* Was the weekly care guide for new growers Basically explaining the care you must provide from day to day to keep the plant healthy *Week 7* Was all about the optimum environment and conditions your plants will need to thrive We discussed the use of fans etc to keep the grow area cool etc *Week 8* Pests and diseases that can attack your plants we discuss the ways to combat this *Week 9* No tutorial just a full plant update with pics *Week 10* was about nutrient problems and deficiencies how to read what your plants are telling you and how to either prevent or fix any problems *Week 11* was about the plants trichomes and how to tell when the optimum harvest times by watching their development. Ideally you want them Clouded with a few amber . but this will differ from user to user and from strain to strain. *Week 12* was a revision of the previous weeks and next week will be the final plant pics before harvest . Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

Día 42 (27/02). Riego 1,25 Litro H20 + Wholly Base 2,5 ml/l + Solid Green 1,5 ml/l + Rise Up 0,5 ml/l de Gen1:11 TDS 898 PPMs - pH 6,5 (mínimo ajuste con pH+ para subirlo desde 6,2) Plantas sedientas con un intervalo de riego cada 4 días. A partir de ahora regaré cada 3 días Día 43 (28/02) Las ramas crecen muy rápido y se van colocando para recibir el máximo posible de luz. Es impresionante su evolución día a día! Día 44 (29/02) Han crecido 17 cm desde que cambié a 12/12. Alucinante! 😍😍😍 Día 45 (01/03) Riego 1,25 Litro H20 + Wholly Base 2,5 ml/l + Solid Green 1,5 ml/l + Rise Up 0,5 ml/l de Gen1:11 TDS 891 PPMs - pH 6,25 Añado un poco de substrato al top y a los bordes de la maceta antes de regar, porque se ha compactado ligeramente. Día 46 (02/03). New week, new growth.. Will hopefully start the LST and Topping in a few days. They are really starting to grow. Fan leaves looking healthy and big. Girls coming with vigorous growth now, everything dialled in and happy. Just adjusting the EC/pH as needed when the girls show me the relevant signs/deficiencies if any. D31/D35- Decided they were in a good enough place to start topping the girls, all 6 topped and just some defoliation of the bigger fan leaves that are shading the growth shoots some HST was also done. We were also due a water change, so I cleaned the whole system just to keep things extra cleanly, very important in a RDWC system. I also switched over to a sterile system instead of using beneficial bacteria so I will experiment and see how this goes. Time to let the girls ecover before the next training session. Cruise control for now.

Week 6 (6-3 to 12-3) 6-3 Temperature: 27.6 degrees (lights on) 19.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 40% (lowest) Watering: None. 7-3 Temperature: 27.1 degrees (lights on) 19.6 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 52% (highest) 39% (lowest) At the beginning of the day i made a 15L feed and gave both plants a 1.5L topfeed, and i removed some leaves underneath the canopy. Later that day I installed the AutoPot reservoir and attached all hoses to the pots and reservoir. The airpump is connected aswell, and on a 18/6 timer. I added the remaining 9L to the reservoir and turned on the system. At the end of the day i added another 15L to the reservoir. The light is at 80% with an distance of 45/50 cm. LUX: 24.000 / 26.000 8-3 Temperature: 26.1 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 54% (highest) 40% (lowest) In the midday i turned off the reservoir, and at the end of the day the AutoPots were dry. I installed a SCROG net aswell that i bought a couple of days ago. The holes of the net are too big, so i will order another one with smaller holes, but for now i will use the bigger one. I disconnected the 18/6 timer of the airpump, so now it runs 24/7 on full power. I checked the PH of the reservoir and it went up to 6.3, so thats quite high, i added some PH- to 6.0 Light is at 50 cm. LUX: 23.000 / 24.000 9-3 Temperature: 26.3 degrees (lights on) 19.7 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 50% (highest) 41% (lowest) 10-3 Temperature: 26.7 degrees (lights on) 19.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 59% (highest) 43% (lowest) No pictures. The reservoir was getting empty, so i turned it off. 11-3 Temperature: 26.6 degrees (lights on) 19.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 58% (highest) 47% (lowest) Added 15L to the reservoir. 12-3 Temperature: 25.9 degrees (lights on) 19.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 58% (highest) 46% (lowest) No pictures.

Still doing foliar: Cal-Mag Terra Aquatica, Pro Bloom, and silicate from T.A. some plants are removed because of root root. naw left with 19/24 plants. I also use a mobile app to set the light intensity, and I burned the leaves later. Which gave me the knowledge that the application is not very accurate.

You can see the nute burn here from the first and only feeding earlier in the grow. Just a tad too much fertilizer.

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer, so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and uniform. Average frost so far. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

good plants for hydro grows they dont stretch too much, buds need support because of the weight at the end. i run in a little calmag issue because i went overboard with the bloombooster around week 5. this caused a lockout top leaves got effected by this other then that i had a huge yield.
