The buds on Rucucu Cucu are getting fatter by the day! As they swell up, the aroma is becoming more intense — a strong, sweet bubblegum scent with a spicy undertone. If everything keeps going well, this is shaping up to be an excellent smoke. The plant is growing so vigorously that I had to remove some leaves to give the lower buds more light and space. The main cola has stopped stretching and is now packing on some serious weight. Meanwhile, the side branches are still competing for the spotlight and are developing some impressive flowers of their own. One lovely surprise: some beautiful purple hues are starting to show up in the bigger buds — totally unexpected, but definitely a nice bonus ✌️☘️ That’s it for now. Flushing looking a lot better than I thought

Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

Setted up this cutting of Skywalker. Having some initial problems with air and humidity. Hopefully is going to rain soon so humidity will rise a bit. Planning to do some LST and ScrOG. The stretch finally... finally... stopped, just as I was starting to get worried about her outgrowing her bedroom. Four colas decided to shoot up above the rest of the canopy. I'm not mad about it. She's producing buds with vigor now--fat pistils and, interestingly, purple calyxes (happened with the last one I ran too... passive temp control for the win 🙃). A lot of trichomes popped up overnight too. She may finish sooner than I was expecting, which would be rad. She's grown into a real sphere of doom.

Very nice plant to grow. Beautiful flowers covered with trichomes. The smell is very lemon citrus flavourt. She gave a bit of a stretch. I think she isn’t the biggest yielder but definitely quality over quantity. Later on the results. Very pleased sofar! I underestimate the density of the buds. Dry weight 375 gram of 5 plants. Pheno number 2 yielded almost 100 gram! Powerfull lemon flavour with a touch of sour. Running pheno number 2 again!

Update - 4th July 2021 Just still flushing away. The colours that are coming out are crazy. I have edited some pics but not videos and the videos dont really pick up the colour. Its strange that it started completely green and then went darker and darker until it reached purple buds covered in trichomes. I am planning on harvesting both this plant and the purple punch today or tomorrow depending on when i can be bothered lol Tbh, its not hard because i dry trim so it's just a case of plucking off the fan leaves and hanging it in different branches.

Nice sweet smell... could say what strain it is because its from sweetseeds sweet auto mix 10 pk of the best.. Definitely going to enjoy this one ... Grow went well and fast 62 days flat...

No more nutriments

Through week 2 of the stretch and it’s a bloody mess of super crops with about 8”of headroom to the lights.😂. Bit of a disaster definitely suggests a need to lower the table height slightly. My own errogance wins again. I know better than not to top or fim under these conditions, just figured we’d get better control on an extremely short veg. Cycle. Wayyy off there lol. Still another stretch week to go which means they’ll be more cropping to follow with it as well. Is what it is and we’ll have to make due. No issues with the plants whatsoever yet👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.
